The Accommodation is very clean, and the breakfast selection in the morning is excellent, so I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

This was my first time staying here. It’s close to the interchange, so it’s convenient if you’re driving. There are also many restaurants within walking distance—Bikkuri Donkey, Yamaokaya, Komeda Coffee, Kora, and more—so you’ll have plenty of choices. The Room was clean and there is a large public bath as well. I would like to stay here again.

The staff were all very pleasant. Everyone was friendly, with smiles and a perfect sense of distance. The Facility is not new but clean. The public bath was also very clean. I especially liked the shampoo and conditioner in the public bath, which left my hair feeling silky smooth. Breakfast had more variety than expected and was delicious. We chose a Room with Airweave bedding, and my family member with back pain found it very effective and was delighted. It felt a bit expensive, but we were glad we chose it. However, one major disappointment was the water area in the Room. The edge of the sink drain hole had mold all over it. I cleaned it before use, and it came off easily—so please ensure this is cleaned beforehand next time! Also, near the sink area, there seemed to be failed caulking or cracks that looked like they could harbor insects—it gave me goosebumps just looking at them! My family also found this unbearable; it's not just my opinion. It was so unsettling that I covered it with tissue paper to get through our stay. If this issue persists during our next visit, we wouldn't be able to stay again—it’s that disturbing of an issue for us! This is such a great Hotel otherwise; please fix these caulking issues as soon as possible for future guests' comfort! Thank you so much in advance!

Traveling from Yokohama to Yamanashi to visit a relative in the hospital. This was my second stay at this Hotel. The parking lot is spacious, and the welcome coffee tasted great. This time I used a twin Room as a single. When I called the front desk because the in-room Wi‑Fi wouldn’t connect, they quickly brought me a router. Great service. I also had dinner at Hanachaya. It was nice that ordering white wine comes with free snacks—ham and fried cheese. Apparently it was an idea from the gentleman at the front desk who wears glasses. The wine was quite good. I ordered gyoza and a hamburger steak as snacks; the hamburger steak was very tender and delicious. When it reached the 8:00 PM women-only time for the Onsen, I hurried over. By the time I left, three women came in. It doesn’t get crowded, which is great. The free breakfast was flawless! The curry suited my taste perfectly, and I enjoyed the potato salad as well. A Hotel that definitely makes me want to come back again.

This stay allowed us to spend our limited time in great comfort. We were able to fully enjoy the rainbow, the night view, and the beautiful scenery from our Room, and we sincerely appreciate your Hotel’s warm hospitality. The edamame bread and watermelon bread we reserved were also very well received, and my whole family was delighted. Whenever we stay in Niigata, Hotel Okura Niigata will be our regular choice of Accommodation.

First, the Onsen water quality was excellent. I wasn’t expecting much since the purpose of my trip wasn’t the Onsen, but my long-standing shoulder stiffness improved. The next morning’s breakfast was said to be homemade. They kindly told me, “Please eat plenty,” and I felt the warmth of the staff.

It’s close enough for a day trip, so I’d never stayed in this area before, but this time I did. For this price, having breakfast included and five baths is beyond amazing. I didn’t expect much from the breakfast given the price (sorry), but it’s outstanding value for money. The staff’s guidance and hospitality were also excellent. I hesitate to leave a Review because it might make Reservations harder to get, but next time I’d like to try the evening restaurant too (it was closed on its regular day off). There are several Sano ramen shops nearby, so you can enjoy a ramen-hopping tour as well.

A long-awaited stay at the warehouse complex. I stayed here on a trip with a wine-loving friend. All of the staff were very warm and welcoming, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. At the bar we visited in the evening, they shared some fun facts about Hokkaido wines. What stood out most was how much we enjoyed chatting with the staff. I would love to stay again.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights). The Room was spacious and extremely comfortable. There were plates, cups, and a full set of cutlery, plus a frying pan, so I bought ingredients and prepared foods at a supermarket in Nago City for dinner. I had a packed schedule with marine sports and more, but it was so comfortable that I wish I’d made more time to relax at the Hotel. Sunrise spots, sunset spots, and Heart Rock are just a few minutes away by car. The Eisa performance was amazing as well—thank you!

We arrived a little early, but relaxed in the lobby while enjoying shaved ice. That kind thoughtfulness made us very happy. This is an old but truly lovely Hotel, quietly nestled in the mountains of Atami. The soft, high-quality Onsen is outstanding. The building does show its age, and there is also an area where the owner lives, but that is more than made up for by the wonderful Onsen and meals. Fresh sashimi. Delicious fresh salmon roe. Steak and sukiyaki, and a great variety of desserts, fruit, and ice cream—everything was very satisfying. The amenities are plentiful as well—both in the Room and at the large public bath: DHC face & hand soap, gel lotion, cleansing oil, body & hand milk, milky gel, and hair milk, plus KOSE shampoo, conditioner, and body soap— an excellent selection. There is also a pool that can be used year-round, which is great for children. It really felt like what you would expect from Livemax. Considering how travel costs have risen in recent years, this resort offers excellent value for money. Many of the staff are from overseas, but they are well trained so we felt at ease and very comfortable throughout our stay. Whenever we want good hot springs water or delicious sashimi again, we will come back to stay here. I would highly recommend this very comfortable Hotel to many people. Although our stay was short, the Facility had a wonderful atmosphere and we were able to relax and enjoy a peaceful time. The next morning, we enjoyed the Onsen and sauna—it felt great, and both body and mind were refreshed. Since we arrived just before midnight (24:00), it was a bit disappointing that we couldn’t use the Onsen that day. Next time, I’d like to arrive a little earlier and take more time to enjoy the Facility as well. I would definitely like to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you!

This time I wanted to try fishing at Kesennuma Port, so I stayed at this Accommodation because it’s close to the fishing spots. It’s located on a hill right in front of the port, with a great view. From the main entrance you can overlook all of Kesennuma Port, and it was such a refreshing place. What’s more, thanks to the very unique elevator tower, it was super convenient—I could get to the fish market on ground level in just 2–3 minutes. The building itself feels a bit retro and has a Showa-era vibe, so it may not be for everyone, but I found it very comfortable. What really impressed me was the night view of Kesennuma Port—and the sea urchin and hoya! The scenery completely changes from daytime; with the illumination it felt almost like a theme park. I was truly moved. I also enjoyed night fishing while taking in the lights—please do see it in person if you can. And the dinner served this time—sea urchin on its shell and hoya sashimi—was incredible. The sea urchin I had before at a Hotel in Minamisanriku was delicious too, but Kesennuma’s sea urchin is no joke! It had rich sweetness and umami and tasted amazing. The hoya sashimi may have been the best I’ve ever had. The ocean aroma and perfectly firm texture were irresistible for anyone who loves hoya. All staff were polite and very pleasant. Some seemed new, but their sincerity came through, and it made me feel this is a well-run Hotel. I suppose there’s no helping that some Facility areas are a bit old, but even taking that into account, I’d definitely like to stay again.

I have been staying here during my summer trips home since the year before last. The Room is spacious and the amenities are more than sufficient, and above all, the breakfast is excellent. There is a wide variety of dishes, all of them delicious, so my children were very satisfied as well. Having a coin laundry nearby was also very helpful. I would definitely like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed for one night during an event at Makuhari Messe. While it isn’t the newest, it felt relaxing and comfortable, and stepping outside I could immediately enjoy the greenery of a nearby park. The Room was very clean, and I was completely satisfied. The shower had great water pressure, making my stay even more pleasant. Thank you very much!

I stay here every year as my regular Accommodation. Overall, I’m satisfied, but I was very disappointed to find that the morning newspaper service had been discontinued. I have chosen this Accommodation as my regular place mainly for the meals and the newspapers, so if possible, I would appreciate it if you could resume offering two papers—Asahi Shimbun and either Nikkei or a sports newspaper. Thank you.

The Room was clean as always, and I was able to relax. I understand the air conditioning is shared across all Rooms, but it was still hot even after turning off the AC, so it would be appreciated if the window could be opened even a little. I know this may be for fall-prevention reasons, but aside from that, it was affordable and I was very satisfied.

I stayed in a twin Room with my daughter. The toilet in the Room had weak water flow and wouldn’t flush in one go, so we had to be careful when using it. The front desk staff were polite, and it was nice to have a large public bath, so this was disappointing.

I was finally able to visit after the renovation, also to celebrate a birthday. In the communication before check-in, the staff member in charge responded very courteously, which raised my expectations. The team also provided attentive service at Girandole during lunch after check-out. However, during my stay there were several moments when I found myself thinking, “Huh?” For example, even though I had a 1:00 p.m. lunch Reservation on my check-out day, I wasn’t able to use the 1:00 p.m. late check-out Diamond benefit; some services differed from what was stated; and at breakfast there wasn’t enough explanation of the menu, and the staff seemed too busy and moved around without making eye contact with guests, making it hard to ask for help. These are small things, but because my expectations were high, they stood out. Also, while I thought the meals at New York Grill and Girandole were delicious, perhaps because I’m getting older they felt a bit heavy on my stomach (haha).

I stayed alone in a clean 10-tatami Room. The futon was already prepared, which was very helpful. At the restaurant, I ordered with a Kansai-style image in mind, and was surprised when a large draft beer arrived in the size from 30 years ago. I figured I’d have to go izakaya-style with small dishes so I could finish it (though I did). I plan to visit the area occasionally, so I’ll be back again.

This was my first stay at this accommodation! All the staff were kind and provided excellent service! The room was very clean and extremely comfortable! Moreover, there was an exceptional touch of hospitality on the bed! The view was great, and I have no complaints at all! It’s truly the best hotel! Breakfast was outstanding as expected! There were plenty of options, and everything was delicious! The lounge was also fantastic! Indeed, it’s the best hotel ever. I will definitely stay here again!
