Right in front of Kugenuma Beach, it was quiet and away from the bustle of Enoshima. It’s a wonderful small Hotel where you can enjoy a special getaway while truly relaxing. The in-Room meals were delicious, and we also appreciated that the Hotel partners with great nearby restaurants and provides Shuttle Service. The staff were all kind as well. We felt it would be an excellent place to stay as a vacation home alternative.

The parking lot is less than a 1-minute walk from the Accommodation, but cars cannot be brought right up to the entrance, so the proprietress came to our car to pick up our luggage. Dinner was the Shige-no-Ie group dining Plan; the hot pot was served with their homemade broth instead of ponzu, and it was very delicious. The soba rice porridge served at breakfast was also very tasty. However, we chose a room with an open-air bath, but perhaps due to its age, one tile had come off and there were quite a few dirty bits of sealant and debris floating in the water, which was disappointing. There were several other spots that felt loose when touched, so I think they should be repaired before more tiles come off. My husband used it and said both the Onsen and the garden were wonderful, but my daughter and I couldn’t use it because it felt unclean, which was unfortunate. All of the staff were easy to talk to and spoke to my daughter every time they saw her; everyone was very friendly and it was great.

The staff provided excellent service, and the amenities were well stocked. The bathroom also had a separate washing area, so we could relax and enjoy a comfortable soak. After watching Disney’s nighttime show, Maihama Station was extremely crowded, so staying at this Hotel near Maihama Station was very convenient.

I was able to relax and enjoy a very comfortable stay in the Room. All of the staff were very kind, and both the front desk team and housekeeping greeted me politely whenever we passed in the hallways or elevators. I felt this Hotel was welcoming not only because of the Room, but also because of the warm hospitality.

I stayed here for a concert trip this time. Because of the concert end time and traffic, I didn’t arrive until 9:00 PM, and I ended up getting to dinner very late, but you welcomed me with a smile and I had a wonderful time. Breakfast was also delicious, and since I had some time before checkout, I was able to take a walk in Kenrokuen Garden across the street. The location is excellent, and above all, every staff member was smiling and seemed genuinely happy—I would definitely like to stay here again the next time I visit Kanazawa. Thank you very much for your hospitality. My spouse and I were able to enjoy the private family bath together many times, and it became a wonderful memory for us. We are truly grateful to everyone at the Accommodation for your warm and dedicated service. We were very concerned to hear about the major earthquake that occurred shortly afterward. We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of four nights. Above all, this Accommodation is truly pet-friendly. We visited with both a dog and a cat, and they both seemed relaxed and happy. There were plenty of amenities for dogs and cats, plus facilities such as a dog run. We could stay with peace of mind, and all the staff clearly love animals, which made our time here even more special. The Japanese staff were wonderful as expected, and the international staff were also incredibly polite—so much so that we initially thought they were Japanese—always with warm smiles. It gave us the sense that the training and working environment here must be excellent. The staff deserve more than five stars. Meals are à la carte, so you can choose whatever you like each day in any amount you want. This was especially appreciated during our Multiple Night Stay, and everything was consistently above average in taste. They offer a great balance of both Japanese and Western dishes, so we never got bored. Every day was delicious. Alcohol at night at the bar, as well as drinks in the Room refrigerator, are included, which is very reassuring for those who enjoy drinking. In addition, 30 minutes of spa treatment per day was included; I even received a massage and felt truly healed. The Room was neither too large nor too small—just right for two people—and it was well designed and easy to use. The hot spring water left our skin smooth and glossy; it was excellent. Both the indoor bath and open-air bath are fed directly from the source (free-flowing), and we could adjust both volume and temperature using only the natural spring water. It’s pure luxury. These days many Hotels or Ryokan only allow smoking in designated areas, so being able to smoke on our private terrace attached to the Room is something smokers will really appreciate, especially if you want to have a drink on the terrace while enjoying a cigarette. Because the terrace is surrounded by high walls, our cat could also go for walks there safely. Cats tend to run off easily, so it’s rare to let them stroll freely—this was another great point. Our cat looked completely at ease. It was our first time visiting Kikuchi City. There are many wonderful places nearby including Kikuchi Gorge, and Aso is less than an hour away by car, making sightseeing very convenient. Since there is a university stable near this Accommodation, there may occasionally be a slight animal smell, but that isn’t an issue caused by this Accommodation itself. And since this is an Accommodation that pet lovers choose specifically because they travel with animals, I think it’s simply something not to worry about (it didn’t bother me). This is a fantastic Accommodation where you can truly relax with your pets. Thank you very much.

Thank you for always taking such great care of us! This is our fifth stay! We love Sankyu’s sushi for dinner, and the Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is delicious, the price is reasonable, and we’re completely satisfied! We’ll definitely be back again! We’ve also recommended it to everyone at our company!

Ever since I happened to stay here on a trip to Wakayama, I’ve been coming back regularly. This is already my third stay. I get the sense it used to be a love hotel, but in any case, it’s extremely clean and comfortable. For this level of quality, the value for money is outstanding. Highlights: The Room is very spacious and spotless. The toilet and bathroom are separate, and the bath is large enough to soak properly in the tub. The bed is double-sized and roomy. Amenities are well stocked. I still haven’t found any downsides lol. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back in Wakayama.

We traveled to Miyazaki from Osaka as a family of three for our daughter’s birthday, because she wanted to try authentic spicy ramen. It was a very hot midsummer day, but the Room was cool, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom with a jet bath was spacious, and we were also delighted with the BVLGARI amenities. Since we hadn’t made a Reservation for the dinner course, we asked for à la carte at the restaurant at short notice. The cheerful chef kindly listened to our requests, and we enjoyed delicious Miyazaki beef and wine in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. For breakfast, the three of us ordered different dishes—Japanese-style breakfast, Western-style breakfast, and Eggs Benedict—and everything was excellent. As we didn’t need to drive anywhere afterward, we were able to enjoy plenty of drinks from the morning. In particular, the original(?) sausage in the Western-style breakfast was so flavorful that I wished I could have had more—either as seconds or even as a takeaway. During our stay, they also prepared a birthday celebration plate for our daughter, recommended a great spicy ramen shop, and gave us time to relax in the lounge with drinks while enjoying conversations with our daughter that we don’t often get to have. Thanks to this warm hospitality from all the staff who created such a welcoming environment, it became an extremely comfortable trip to Miyazaki. I truly think this is a highly recommended Hotel. To all the staff members: thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

Because my husband is from Nagaoka, we come from Tokyo to Niigata every year during the Obon season. Our usual routine is to go swimming at Kakudahama Beach first, then stay at Hotel Asuka. The made-to-order dinner buffet is delicious, and the food comes out quickly. The dishes you can pick up anytime are also great, so I always end up eating too much. Both the long-time staff and the newer team members are truly pleasant and welcoming—it makes me feel at home. This is my favorite hotel that I look forward to visiting every year. We’ll be back again next year, so thank you in advance.

I found this Facility on IKYU and liked it so much that I made a Reservation. Just as expected, I thoroughly enjoyed the Facility, the meals, and the Onsen (ceramic bath). During a conversation with the staff at dinner, we talked about Hachimantai’s Dragon Eye. They told me they had gone there after borrowing rental boots and that it was wonderful. So I went the next day right away. Like Zao Okama last year, I was moved by the breathtaking scenery. It was a truly great stay—enjoying both the magnificent nature and the delicious meals at the Facility. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

Although it is a bit far from the nearest public transportation, the location is quiet and within walking distance of Glover Garden and Oura Cathedral. It seems to have opened fairly recently, but the Hotel staff’s hospitality was outstanding. We had both breakfast and dinner, and the creative, innovative menus skillfully blended Western and Japanese flavors with excellent quality. The restaurant also appears to be available even if you are not staying overnight, so it’s a great option to consider for your stay or dining in Nagasaki.

We stayed to celebrate a birthday anniversary. The hot spring water was excellent, and the amenities were well stocked. In the bathroom refrigerator, there were small sherbet treats (for heatstroke prevention?), along with water and tea. At dinner, there was a surprise that made us very happy, and we were able to spend this special time in a meaningful way. Thank you very much.

Despite making a last-minute Reservation the day before, we received heartfelt hospitality and thoughtful attention, and were able to relax and truly unwind. Not only were the Room and meals wonderful, but the Onsen was exceptional as well, helping us forget our everyday fatigue and feel refreshed in both body and mind. Throughout our stay, we could feel the Ryokan team’s spirit of hospitality in every detail, which made us very happy. Thanks to you, it became a memorable and wonderful trip. We would love to visit again in a different season and see everyone again. We look forward to staying with you then.

Once again, we had a wonderful time and were able to relax. We enjoyed the beautiful night view from the Aqua Lounge, and lunch at Rendez-Vous was also delicious. As always, all of the staff were very kind and friendly, and every time my mother and I say, “That’s the Imperial Hotel.” Ever since we held our wedding here 35 years ago, it has been our favorite Hotel. We will visit again.

This was our second stay as a couple. Just like last time, all the staff were friendly and attentive, and it reminded us what a wonderful Hotel this is. The Room and bath were of course lovely, but what truly stands out at this Hotel is the food. Since the menu lists only the ingredients, we try to imagine what will come—and it’s always even more creative than we expect, which makes it so much fun. Every time, we’re amazed by the presentation, combinations, and flavors, and my husband and I enjoyed dinner saying, “They’re geniuses.” And the paired wines are incredible! They’re so delicious that we’re surprised every time. We were happy to spend such a wonderful time here. We will definitely be back!

Despite being in the city center, the hot spring is 100% free-flowing from the source, with no added water and no heating. The water was excellent. Breakfast is free, so I expected it to be nothing special—but I was completely wrong. It was a substantial breakfast that made me wonder if it was really okay to offer it for free. There were welcome sweets, we even received bottled drinks before departure, and there were various games and activities available, so we never got bored during our stay and were very satisfied.

I stayed with my puppy. This is the Hotel my previous dog loved. I had decided that our first overnight stay would be at this Hotel. It has been over a year since my previous dog passed away, and it was probably more than two years since our last stay. Even though it had been quite some time, thank you for your kind thoughtfulness toward my previous dog. You even prepared an offering meal for him (there was a small mistake in the kanji, but that just made us smile). At checkout, you also gave us an offering as well. I was so moved that I couldn’t stop crying. In fact, during our second stay with the puppy last month there was a small mix-up; when I wrote about it in a Review, you responded immediately and I truly appreciated it. I feel embarrassed that I quickly wrote a Review about my complaint, yet delayed writing this thank-you Review for what you did for my previous dog. I am very sorry. The hospitality and Facilities—everything—are wonderful at this Hotel. We will definitely visit again. Thank you very much.

All staff members were courteous and attentive. The meals were thoughtfully prepared with enjoyable touches, and we could even have dessert in the lounge after dinner, which was very refreshing. The bath was a spacious unit bath, and since it can be filled with Onsen water, we were able to relax and enjoy the Onsen in our Room. We would like to stay again.
