The ocean view that greeted us the moment we entered the Room, the stylish background music, and every flower and decorative touch were wonderful. Unfortunately, we had strong winds and rain, but spending a relaxing, luxurious time in such a lovely Room was the best. Also, having the chef cook right in front of us became an unforgettable memory for our children as well, even though they were a little nervous. We would love to come back to enjoy the different views in summer, autumn, and winter from this beautiful Room. All of the staff were very kind. Thank you for taking such great care of us.

We stayed for one night with a family of five and a small dog. Although the signal near the facility was weak, there was Wi-Fi available, and when we contacted them with questions during check-in, they responded promptly, which we greatly appreciated. The room was very spacious with large windows that provided an open atmosphere, and we could enjoy a view of Mt. Fuji from the room. When we entered the room in the evening and turned on the air conditioning, it took some time to warm up; having a heater would have been helpful. On the other hand, from morning to midday, sunlight came through the upper windows making it very hot; blinds for those windows would be nice. We prepared our own ingredients for cooking but enjoyed using well-equipped kitchen tools and appliances like a microwave oven. The drinks and snacks provided were thoughtful touches that made us happy. The hinoki bath filled the bathroom with its soothing aroma, creating a relaxing space—it was absolutely wonderful! Although this stay was only for one night, it made us want to stay longer at this facility. We hope there will be discounts for Multiple Night Stays in the future as we'd love to come back again! Recently, I stayed at GIFTHOUSE Sunomiya with my beloved dog. The Room was a private villa, offering an exceptional sense of privacy. We could relax without worrying about others and truly felt rejuvenated. The highlight was the wood-burning barrel sauna in the villa's courtyard. My partner and I took turns enjoying the sauna, followed by resting in the outdoor space surrounded by nature. The feeling of unwinding amidst greenery was incredibly refreshing. At night, we relaxed under a starry sky—a luxury you can't experience in everyday life. There was also a dog run where our dog could run freely and seemed to have so much fun. It was great to let our pet play in a completely private space. The villa itself was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and appliances, making it easy to cook meals. We enjoyed BBQs and leisurely breakfasts on the terrace while taking in the view of greenery through the large living room windows—such a lovely touch! Access from the city center wasn't too far either; it took about 90 minutes by car, which added to its appeal. The cost per person was around 30,000 yen, but considering this level of luxury, it felt worth every penny. I’d love to visit again for special occasions or relaxing weekend trips with my pet! Thank you very much for your hospitality. We were able to spend a relaxing time with our family over the New Year holidays in an amazing location! The beautiful weather made the sunset views even more spectacular. The amenities were excellent, and we enjoyed the sauna, pool as a cold plunge, and even had a family karaoke competition. We would love to stay here again in the future!

As a regular sauna lover, I stayed here looking forward to the wood-burning sauna, and it exceeded my expectations! Being able to do löyly whenever I wanted in the wood-burning sauna, then stepping outside for that icy “wow” moment—it was incredibly fun! Since it was midwinter in Nasu, I was worried about the cold, but after warming up in the sauna, it wasn’t an issue at all. We cooked using the wood stove, chatted while watching the flames, and whenever we got chilly we either soaked in the Onsen or warmed up a bit in the sauna even with our clothes on. Before we knew it, we had spent most of our time outdoors. Being able to enjoy Nasu’s Onsen was a huge plus! It has some of that camping feel, but with proper indoor toilets and showers—so it felt like living in an outdoor living room. It was a nature experience unlike anything I’ve had before. The Room was spotless, and the building design is beautiful. Falling asleep while looking out at the trees and starry sky through the large windows felt truly special. This time I came with friends and had a great time talking around the campfire, but next time I’d love to bring my kids and enjoy it as a family!

My spouse, our daughters, and our grandchild stayed here and were very well taken care of. Twin-bed Japanese-Western Room with breakfast and dinner included Separate bath and toilet, two TVs The Room was very spacious and comfortable. You make your own futon. Dinner was prepared in the Room. We were able to eat together at a relaxed pace. Steamed pork and lots of vegetables in a bamboo steamer Rice, three small side dishes, and bite-sized dessert (kuzumochi). Miso soup and tea were brought in a pot. For our grandchild: omurice, potato soup, and vanilla ice cream. There was a slightly larger fridge (freezer on top, refrigerator below), so even guests without meals could stock ingredients for cooking. Cooking utensils and plastic wrap were provided. There were separate trash bins for bottles/cans and burnable waste. There was a DVD player, and many DVDs were available to borrow in the lobby. On the balcony there were chairs and an ashtray. The women’s bath had four washing stations. Shampoo etc. were provided. Hair dryers were available (Dyson and ReFa). There is also a water dispenser. Breakfast was delicious too: Bread, rice, curry, scones, yogurt, dashi ochazuke, etc. On the 1st floor there is the dining area, baths, laundry area, ice machine, vending machines, table tennis, massage chairs— all free to use. There was also a kids’ room. Our grandchild played on the day we arrived and played plenty until check-out the next day. There was a large TV and lots of Yogibo cushions/beanbags. It was our first time staying at this type of Accommodation, but it was really great. Some guests were having BBQs in the garden as well. We’d like to come again. However, maybe because the elevator doors are slightly misaligned, they made an extremely loud roaring noise every time they opened or closed. It made us a bit worried. Ideal for value- and time-conscious travelers. We offer simple, straightforward service. Great cost performance. No Meals Included with clean Japanese-style rooms, and the Onsen is reliably excellent—no explanation needed. Please note: the toilet does not have a washlet bidet.

It was a stylish and truly wonderful Accommodation! It was our first time using a self-service wood-fired sauna, and we were worried we might not manage it, but everything was already set up so it was easy. The weather was bad so we couldn’t do a BBQ, but we still had a great time. We panicked when two centipedes showed up in the bathroom, but there was insect spray available and we got rid of them. Well, that kind of thing can happen in the countryside. It’s best to stay with the understanding that it may happen. All in all, a lot happened, but we’d love to come again!

Fruits and bread were provided, allowing us to enjoy a delicious breakfast. Above all, the handwritten message added a warm and personal touch. The Room was clean, and the simmered golden eye snapper for dinner was delicious—everything was excellent. The clear soup was also served at the perfect temperature and tasted great. Breakfast was very enjoyable as well. This is an Accommodation I would like to stay at again.

Our first glamping experience was amazing! Everything was so luxurious that we couldn’t help but sigh with delight!

I was planning to stay at a Hotel, but it was fully booked, so I made a Reservation here at the last minute. It was a cute and clean cottage. I could stay with my pet as well, and it was very affordable—I was very satisfied. Thank you very much. However, one fewer person ended up staying, and I emailed the cottage about it, but the payment remained based on the original Reservation. Since it was so inexpensive, I guess it couldn’t be helped.

The weather was great, and from the moment we checked in, the beautiful view truly impressed us. The villa was stylish and very clean, and we were able to stay comfortably without any inconvenience. Watching our dog happily running around in the garden made us feel so happy.

I visited Matsue with my family and our dog (a Labrador Retriever) to see an old benefactor and some classmates. Matsue Castle was in full bloom with cherry blossoms, so we were able to visit at a wonderful time. As for Matsue Biyori, I’ll be honest—I wasn’t sure what to think when I first saw the exterior, but the inside has been renovated, and the kitchen and bathroom were very clean with no issues at all. With its great location, more space than we could possibly use, and flexible support for sudden changes in the number of guests, we were very satisfied. We didn’t use it ourselves, but there is also a washing machine, which would be very useful for a Multiple Night Stay. The reason I gave “Facility & Amenities” 4 points is that the parking location was hard to understand (especially the one farthest back in the straight row). I think it would help if a simple layout map or photo were posted somewhere on the website (and if it’s already there and I missed it, my apologies). For us, being able to stay together with our dog is more valuable than anything else, so we had a truly wonderful time.

This Accommodation is pet-friendly, and it was very clean, so we had a comfortable stay. The Room had only a shower and no bathtub, but there was a nice Onsen Facility nearby, and we received a discount voucher, so it wasn’t an issue. Thank you.

A condominium with a kitchen, a 10-minute walk from the station and 3 minutes to the beach. It was very convenient since we didn’t have a car. Self check-in is unmanned, but when there was an issue with the screen, staff responded immediately by phone, which made us feel at ease. It was wonderful to cook and dine while enjoying the ocean view from the window. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and other essentials. The Room is spacious and clean, with a living area and dining area, so you can relax comfortably.

We stayed again this year as it feels just like home—pet-friendly for our dog, with laundry facilities available. There are also plenty of affordable coin-operated parking lots nearby. Even when we had trouble with check-in and check-out, the support line was very helpful. It’s easy to access sightseeing spots in any direction, yet it’s quiet at night, which is great. We’d love to stay again next year! Thank you so much!!

We stayed for one night and two days as a family, and we also had two dogs with us. The dogs stayed by the entrance the whole time, but since we could see them when we opened the sliding doors to the Japanese-style room or living room, we felt reassured and were able to relax. We were able to use the BBQ facilities without any issues and had a wonderful time. It was very convenient to pass ingredients in and out through the kitchen window. The washer and dryer allowed us to wash and dry our laundry on the same day, which was extremely helpful. The owner also told us about a fireworks festival, so we were able to watch it at night—it was beautiful, and there were food stalls too, which made it even more enjoyable. We were also deeply touched that we received handmade coasters from the owner for free. Our daughter and son purchased handmade book covers as well, and we will cherish them. There were six of us plus two dogs staying together, and it became a truly wonderful memory for our family.

It was a wonderful building and a clean Room. We could feel the thoughtful attention in everything, including the kitchenware and bathroom amenities. The view was amazing, and the sunset was beautiful. We were slightly bothered at times by people fishing passing in front of the house, but otherwise it was perfect. We would like to stay again.
