Because of a sudden change of plans, we made a last-minute Reservation and stayed here, and it was far more enjoyable than we expected! In the lobby right by the entrance, there was a kids’ play area, board games, and a small complimentary ice cream service—our child was thrilled. Meals were buffet-style, with a wide variety of items stylishly displayed, which made dining fun. We were especially impressed by the many dishes featuring ingredients from Ibaraki. Even though our Reservation was last-minute, they handled food allergies very carefully—for example, providing us with a detailed list—which we really appreciated. Our Room had not been renovated, so we noticed a slight musty smell and some humidity. If we stay again, we would like to reserve a renovated Room. Overall, the staff were very kind and made our stay comfortable.

In addition to unwinding in the open-air bath and sauna, there is also a dog run on-site, so our dog could have plenty of fun too—we were very satisfied. Another highlight is that you can enjoy BBQ as well, making it easy to spend a fulfilling time without leaving the Accommodat

I liked how the staff were casual and friendly. The 1st-floor restaurant also had a great vibe with its music and furniture, making my stay enjoyable. However, it was disappointing that the Room toilet and toilet paper were too far away, and the bidet was difficult to use.

I stayed for two nights, and the best part was that drinks were free all the time with the all-inclusive plan. I didn’t go out anywhere and just enjoyed the Onsen and drinks, which was perfect.

We stayed as a family, and the room was spacious, stylish, and very clean, just like in the photos. From the second-floor living room, we enjoyed a breathtaking view of Hakuba's expansive scenery, offering an incredible sense of openness. The staff were extremely friendly from check-in and made our stay very pleasant. We stayed for two nights, and on the second day, they replaced our towels and promptly responded to our calls, which was very helpful. Amenities such as insect repellent spray and baby guards were well-prepared, making it safe and convenient for families with children. The recommended restaurants and spots were all fantastic, making this a truly satisfying stay. We would love to visit again!

We stayed with our 3-year-old child. Since we were in the LOCA THE CLASS Room, there was a sauna in the basement and a large bath that could fit about 4–5 people. Including the post-bath relaxation area, it was very spacious and thoughtfully designed. It was great that even with a child, we could bathe comfortably. There was also a refrigerator in the changing room, stocked with plenty of bottled water. It was very helpful to be able to drink cold water immediately after bathing or using the sauna without having to go up to the living room on the first floor. We didn’t use them, but there were also powdered drinks provided for before and after the sauna. The living room was spacious as well, and there were two bedrooms. The Japanese-style Room had a tatami area that became almost full once two futons were laid out, which made it feel safe and comfortable for our child at bedtime. On the other hand, there was one disappointing incident during our stay. Early in the morning, the fire alarm suddenly went off with a loud siren throughout the Accommodation. We were later told it was due to an accidental operation in another Room, but it took about an hour for security staff to check and reset everything. During that time, the alarm kept sounding continuously, so we evacuated with our child to a relatively quiet terrace. Afterward, an operator contacted us to confirm what had happened and asked whether we would still be able to make checkout on time. Since it overlapped with breakfast and getting ready in the morning, we explained it would be difficult and they extended our checkout by about 30 minutes. We appreciate their consideration; however, we had hoped to spend a relaxing morning (including enjoying another bath), so that part was unfortunate. I also saw other Reviews on different sites mentioning issues related to fire alarms. As it seems many guests come from overseas as well, I would appreciate it if you could consider measures to prevent recurrence—such as providing clearer instructions at check-in on how to handle fire alarms. Overall, both the Facility and Room itself were extremely comfortable—this is a wonderful Accommodation that is easy for families to enjoy.

The maisonette-style room instantly lifted our spirits the moment we walked in. The view of Mt. Fuji from the bath was also spectacular. However, one thing: the cleaning wasn’t thorough. There was trash left on the balcony, and we even found potato snack crumbs under the cushion of the massage chair.

The BBQ at night was unexpectedly delicious. The breakfast bread was also very tasty. We stayed in a large Room, which was spacious and open, making it very pleasant. The bath was a shared Facility, but it was very warming. All the staff were kind, and we had a comfortable stay. Both inside and outside the Facility were clean and well-maintained, making it very comfortable. We participated in the pottery class, which became a wonderful memory for us. We would love to stay again!

The living room is spacious, so you can relax with your dog. The kitchen is also very easy to use. There are two Rooms, so up to about three guests can stay comfortably. There are rice fields right nearby, making it easy to go for a walk. The bathroom is small, so you may prefer to go to Makino.

The retro design created a great atmosphere. The property was well-maintained, and I enjoyed my stay with care. Since I couldn't afford an expensive Hotel, the affordable price left no complaints.

The staff were very kind, and we had a pleasant stay. They were also friendly to our dog, and there was a larger toilet suitable for male dogs. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the human beds, so it’s recommended to bring your own bedding for your pet. Next time, I’d like to try the sauna as well.

The Room was spotless. The view was beautiful. Everything about the location was perfect. On the day of our stay, we made a last-minute request to move from Building A-1 to Building A-2, and they kindly accepted and had it ready in about 20 minutes. During that time, they even served us tea at the café. All of the staff were truly wonderful! If I have a chance to visit Yamaguchi again, I’d love to stay here again, and it’s an Accommodation I can confidently recommend to others. By the way, the view of Tsunoshima Bridge and the sunset from the balcony at dusk was absolutely stunning!!! Building A-2 has a kitchen/dining area, so it was a great space for cooking and eating together (4 chairs). Also, although it wasn’t shown in the photos, there was a bedroom on the first floor! There’s also a small shower room. With two beds on the first floor and two on the second floor, there’s more than enough space for four people—you can stay comfortably and relax. When deciding on our booking, it was hard to understand the overall layout of the Room, and I felt like I couldn’t gather all the information from photos alone. So when we entered on arrival, we kept being surprised—“There’s space like this too?!” “Wow, it’s this spacious?!” It might be helpful if there were Instagram posts or similar that show an overall layout in advance. The nearby beaches were very beautiful as well, and if we travel again in summer, I’d love to come back here. Please let us stay again—thank you very much!

We stayed here during Obon while visiting family graves in Kunisaki. Thanks to the dog shower room, our dog could play to the fullest at the walkable sandy beach and the spacious dog run. Since we were arriving late this time, we didn’t have dinner, but it was very helpful at breakfast that dogs are welcome in the restaurant and there are free-to-use carts (for large dogs). Next time, we’ll definitely enjoy the luxurious dinner! It was a wonderful trip. Thank you very much.

We stayed on a pet-friendly Plan for our dog’s first trip. The building with the pet Plan Rooms felt a bit old, but it was kept very clean and didn’t feel unpleasant at all. We really appreciated having pet amenities in the Room, such as a crate and a trash bin. Both dinner and breakfast were served as set meals, and everything was delicious. Our child, who usually doesn’t eat much, said it was tasty and ate heartily! The portions were more than enough—my big-eating husband was completely full and very satisfied. All of the staff were friendly, so we had a very comfortable stay. Just one thing: at check-in, we didn’t receive an information sheet with details such as facility guidance, business hours, or meal times/locations. I wish there had been one (we couldn’t find the bath hours in the in-room information file either, so we had to go all the way to the bath area to check). Still, it was a wonderful Accommodation that made us want to return—next time with our eldest child as well—and stay as a family of four plus our dog if we have another opportunity.

This was our first stay for 2 nights and 3 days—thank you for taking such great care of us. As it is limited to one group per building, the Room was spacious and comfortable. On the first day, we had sushi. A sushi kaiseki prepared just for us right in front of our eyes. Every piece was crafted with great care, and chatting with the chef made it an incredibly luxurious time. On the second day, we enjoyed kaiseki cuisine. The chef personally brought each dish to us, and talking about the depth of the料理 while enjoying drinks made it a truly special time. The owner’s wife was also very friendly and wonderful, making these 2 nights and 3 days truly meaningful. We will definitely come back again in a different season.

The Room was spacious and spotless, with plenty of beds, and the appliances were all high quality, so we had a very comfortable stay! The tableware was well stocked, and everything was stylish—above all, it has great taste! The meals were also absolutely delicious! The staff were attentive and courteous, which made our stay even more pleasant.

It exceeded our expectations, and the kids were very happy. It would have been even better if amenities like razors and lotion were provided. Since we stayed in winter this time, we’d love to come back in summer to enjoy a BBQ.

From the moment we arrived at the parking lot, the staff kindly guided us, and throughout our stay—from check-in at the front desk to meal times—every staff member was cheerful and welcoming, making us feel great! We stayed with our dog, and they were very kind to him as well. The facility seemed old but was very well-maintained and spotless—no issues at all! The meals were exceptional, starting with Yamagata beef for dinner and various small dishes. The breakfast buffet was of high quality with just the right variety of options. The bathwater was hot, but the spring quality was excellent! We appreciated being able to bring our dog into the dining area. If we have another opportunity, we would love to stay here again!
