We stayed for one night in early September. The weather was cool, with cicadas still singing, and morning and evening walks were very pleasant. The baths were both relaxing; I personally preferred the Kura bath. We also used the foot massage machine after bathing. Dinner was an all-you-can-eat mochi pork shabu-shabu course, and even with the kaiseki dishes included, it was so delicious that we went back for seconds! The slices were thick yet tender, with no odor—truly excellent. The dining Room was a private Room, so we could enjoy our meal calmly together with our dog. Our dog’s meals also looked delicious—honestly, I felt like I could have eaten them myself. Breakfast was of course great as well, with plenty of side dishes that paired perfectly with rice. Refills were available, and we were very satisfied. After breakfast we settled the bill, and checkout was smooth. The Japanese-style Room was on the smaller side but comfortably cozy. I usually prefer beds, but I slept well on the futon too. The door used an auto-lock keypad system, which made it easy not having to manage a key—very convenient. If we have another chance, we would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We truly felt your wonderful service and hospitality throughout our stay. The location, the meals, the baths, and all of the staff were genuinely excellent. You even prepared kaiseki cuisine for our 9-year-old son and accommodated a change to our breakfast time. Both the dinner kaiseki and breakfast were absolutely delicious, and it was clear how much care and effort went into them.

The service was arguably the best we have ever experienced. The Facility was, of course, excellent, and the meals were top-class in both quality and portion size. What impressed us even more was how kindly and thoughtfully you advised us regarding the Shuttle Service. Getting to Kirishima Shrine can be inconvenient due to limited transportation, but thanks to everyone at the Accommodation, we were able to visit Kirishima Shrine very comfortably. We would like to express our sincere gratitude once again. Thank you very much.

Once again, we had a wonderful time and were able to relax. We enjoyed the beautiful night view from the Aqua Lounge, and lunch at Rendez-Vous was also delicious. As always, all of the staff were very kind and friendly, and every time my mother and I say, “That’s the Imperial Hotel.” Ever since we held our wedding here 35 years ago, it has been our favorite Hotel. We will visit again.

Lately, even the most luxurious Accommodations have felt a bit lacking, so I’m truly grateful to have found such a perfect, deeply soothing Accommodation. I don’t have the words to fully describe how wonderful it was, but I received exceptional hospitality, felt completely relaxed, and was detoxed both physically and mentally. Without a doubt, this is a top-class Accommodation. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The Onsen offers a wide variety of spring qualities, and whether in the dome-shaped Roman-style large public bath or the open-air bath, it feels wonderfully spacious and warmed us through to the core. The meals featured an excellent selection of seasonal Hokkaido flavors and were delicious, and the Room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The staff were kind and attentive as well—an Accommodation we would gladly return to when visiting Noboribetsu again.

Above all, we were soothed by the Onsen, the meals, and the heartfelt hospitality of your staff. Thank you very much.

I stayed one night in the Main Building 8-tatami + 6-tatami Room. The charming covered corridor and the surrounding gardens were wonderful. I imagine it offers a different atmosphere with each season. Various hanging lanterns are lit along the corridor, making it even more atmospheric in the morning and evening. The lighting in the lobby, library, and Room was also enjoyable in its own way. Each of the three large public baths had a distinct character—the marble bath with stained glass, and the open-air bath with greenery all around. One downside is that, due to the Onsen minerals, the floors can be slippery. As this is an Onsen Ryokan, it was relaxing to spend time inside wearing yukata. All staff were kind and had lovely smiles. It was also fun to see that outfits differed depending on who assisted us—and sometimes even between morning and evening for the same person. Because of the building layout—Rooms connected like separate annexes via covered corridors—some areas inevitably feel almost outdoors. If you dislike insects or mosquitoes, you may want to take precautions. The meals were not overly elaborate, but seafood and other dishes were prepared deliciously, and I was satisfied with the carefully selected tableware as well. For the price, this Accommodation offers a truly luxurious escape from everyday life—I highly recommend it.

I stay here when I’m on business in Aomori. The free ramen at night was perfect for a light bite. The ice cream after relaxing in the large public bath was especially enjoyable. The omelet at breakfast the next morning was also delicious. I’d like to stay here again.

My mother and I stayed for two nights. We chose the Premium “Kiwami” course, and the dishes were completely different on both days—every single one was incredibly delicious! My favorite was the blackthroat seaperch on the first day. It was wonderfully rich, and the salt seasoning was absolutely perfect. The sukiyaki seasoning was also spot-on—I wanted seconds. On the second day, I was blown away by the simmered sea bream head and the miso-glazed round eggplant. They suited my taste so well that I honestly wished I could eat 100 of each! Breakfast was excellent on both mornings as well. The first day’s clam miso soup especially impressed me—my mother loved it so much she finished it all at once, which is rare for her. Even after we got home, she kept saying how delicious it was. On the second morning there was a Western-style breakfast plate, and the omelet in particular was outstanding. When I was little, I once had an omelet at Exiv Toba that amazed me, and since then I hadn’t found one that surpassed it—until now. The moment I took a bite, a gentle buttery aroma came through, and the seasoning was perfectly balanced. It suited my taste so much that I saved half for last because I didn’t want it to end. I only wished it were bigger. Finally, thank you to all of the staff for your kind and attentive service. This became a wonderful travel memory for us. We’d love to enjoy your cuisine again, so we hope to visit in a different season next time! Thank you very much for everything—we look forward to staying with you again.

We stayed here for a family trip with my parents. At check-in, the staff explained the building while we enjoyed the beautiful garden view, which helped us understand the Accommodation even better. The welcome sweets and tea we were served were also delicious. As I am pregnant, I mentioned that I was avoiding caffeine, raw foods, and alcohol. They kindly switched the coffee prepared in our Room to decaf, provided non-caffeinated sword bean tea, and changed the tea served with meals to black soybean tea. I was truly impressed by their warm hospitality. Dinner was excellent as well. They even accommodated me with a separate menu, and I really appreciated their thoughtful attention to detail. Every dish was delicious, the portions were just right, and it was a wonderful meal overall. The private Onsen in our Room could be enjoyed 24 hours a day whenever we liked, which was fantastic. My parents seemed very satisfied too. This was our last family trip before our baby arrives, and we are truly glad we chose to stay here. Once things settle down, we would love to return and stay in a different Room as well.

I was in Atami for work for the first time in a while, and I wanted to enjoy an Onsen, so after looking around I chose this place. From Atami Station to the nearest station, Imaihama-Kaigan Station, it takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes via the Ito Line and Izukyu Line, and it’s about a 3-minute walk from Imaihama-Kaigan Station to the Ryokan—very convenient. Rather than a typical Ryokan, it truly feels like a hideaway, just as the name Ittoan suggests. The lighting is kept slightly dim, creating a calm atmosphere. Dinner was served in a bright private dining room, and the contrast between light and shadow was wonderful. The staff member in charge—who said they started working here five months ago—explained each dish and kindly chatted with us for a while. There were many dishes, all delicious of course, but what impressed me most was the simmered splendid alfonsino served as a whole fish; it was my first time seeing it like that, and both the presentation and taste were unforgettable. They recommended rice porridge as a late-night meal, but I was far too full this time. I could use a private open-air bath for 50 minutes free of charge; I chose “Akibiyori” and was surprised by how spacious it was and how many trees surrounded it. If you think of the open-air bath area as the first floor, there is an upper level that feels like a reclining bath area on the second floor, so I could enjoy going back and forth between them. It felt more spacious than the large public bath area (ofuro), allowing me to fully relax. Breakfast was also luxurious. Both dinner and breakfast are Japanese-style meals with some Western touches, which I really liked. The Room was spacious, Wi-Fi worked without needing a password, completely stress-free. Everything—absolutely everything—was wonderful here, but above all else، the staff’s courteous yet friendly manner truly reflects what makes this inn special. Unfortunately it was cloudy with rain during my stay، so as I boarded my train home، I promised myself I would return next time under clear blue skies.

Our first trip as a couple in a long time. The service was excellent, and we were very satisfied. The bath was wonderful. The shampoo and conditioner were truly great—I’d love to know where they’re sold. If we have another chance to travel, we’d like to stay here again. The only disappointment was that the breakfast didn’t look very appetizing.

Even before our visit, you kindly and attentively accommodated our requests, such as providing a floor chair and securing parking. Not only were the Room and each Facility wonderful, but the hospitality of the staff was also outstanding. Despite it being during the summer vacation season, we were able to spend a calm and relaxing time far from the crowds, and even my usually picky wife kept saying, “I want to come back here again.” Thank you very much.

I stayed here for a concert trip this time. Because of the concert end time and traffic, I didn’t arrive until 9:00 PM, and I ended up getting to dinner very late, but you welcomed me with a smile and I had a wonderful time. Breakfast was also delicious, and since I had some time before checkout, I was able to take a walk in Kenrokuen Garden across the street. The location is excellent, and above all, every staff member was smiling and seemed genuinely happy—I would definitely like to stay here again the next time I visit Kanazawa. Once again, I was very satisfied with the cuisine, the Room, and the service, and had a wonderfully relaxing stay. Dinner in particular was excellent and truly outstanding, including the salt-grilled ayu we ordered separately. One request: drinks in the lobby lounge end at 7:00 PM, but it would be appreciated if guests could have a drink after dinner, so I would be grateful if you could consider staying open until around 9:00 PM. In any case, I would like to visit again in a different season and look forward to enjoying your delicious food and sake. Thank you for your hospitality.

This was my fourth stay. The Room, meals, and service were all excellent, but above all, the bath was outstanding. Being able to soak while looking out at the sea without worrying about others is truly a luxury. With no fence or partitions around the bath, it feels wonderfully open. I would love to stay again.

The French cuisine here is delicious. The meat is especially tender and melts in your mouth. According to the sommelier, they put a great deal of effort into their meat dishes. The sommelier’s sense of humor made the experience even more enjoyable. I was able to buy butter from Oratche Farm! I’d be happy to see you again.
