This is an ideal Hotel for families with children. We stayed as a parent and child, and it was a trip of nonstop play and plenty of drinks. It rained heavily that day, so we only played indoors. Even so, there was more than enough to do, and our child was completely satisfied. Parents can also relax with a drink in hand while watching their kids play, making it a special getaway for adults as well. Above all, the dedication of the Hotel staff was truly moving. Their care for children felt so professional that it could have been a daycare center. It’s common to see a cake brought out at dinner for a child’s birthday, but this Hotel goes beyond that. I won’t share details to avoid spoilers, but the performance despite the rain became an unforgettable experience. The event starting at 9:00 PM also surprised us with its creative, child-participation format. Parents were exhausted by then, but seeing our child’s happy smile—and the staff’s thoughtful production—made us feel happy too. One challenge was that there is no large public bath. There are only two private baths indoors and two outdoors, so it becomes very competitive. Since you can’t make a Reservation and can only enter if one is available, we managed to use one once by luck but couldn’t find any availability after that. The outdoor open-air baths were difficult in the rain because you have to walk there with an umbrella, so we gave up. Also disappointing was that the Shuttle Service pick-up point at Ito Station has no roof. We waited in the rain, and when a bus finally arrived it turned out to be for another affiliated property—overall it was hard to understand. The price range felt on the higher side, but considering how happy our child was and how devoted the staff service is, overall satisfaction felt high. When I was looking for a Hotel in Hakata at the end of my Kyushu trip, I made a Reservation because it seemed to be in a convenient location. It turned out to be the right choice—the location is excellent and made it easy to get anywhere. Tenjin, Yakuin, and Nakasu are all within walking distance. There are also convenience stores, a supermarket, and drugstores nearby. The Room was more than spacious enough, with plenty of space for luggage such as suitcases. The double-sink vanity area was also very practical and easy to use. When I visit Hakata again, I would like to stay here again.

The Room was clean, surprisingly quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast is included, and there is a refrigerator as well as shared washing machines and an ice maker, which made it ideal for a workcation. Both the station and convenience stores are nearby, and there are plenty of places to eat in the area. A map with recommendations is also available near the front desk. I could choose to skip housekeeping, but fresh amenities were placed by my door every day. I think it would have been even better if there had been an option to decline amenity replacement as well.

We were upgraded because a Room was available, so we had a more spacious Room, and the bathtub was nice and roomy. The front desk staff gave us a recommended restaurants and food-stall map, which was very helpful. Just across the street, there is a famous food stall called “Kogane-chan,” which was very convenient.

Three of us stayed here as friends. We made a Reservation for the executive floor, so all three of us had spacious beds and a large Room. There were many perks, and we were able to fully enjoy our time. The large public bath also helped us relax both physically and mentally. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and it wasn’t crowded, so we could enjoy it at a leisurely pace. When we visit Kobe again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

Great location and affordable! The Room was very clean, and I loved that it had wooden flooring instead of carpet—it felt really nice. I was also happy that the amenities were DHC. There’s a beef tongue restaurant less than a 1-minute walk away, which was very convenient. If I get to visit Sendai again, I definitely want to stay here.

In addition to its convenient location within walking distance of Sapporo Station and many restaurants, the reliable ANA-branded service offers peace of mind, and the pricing makes it easy to use even for business trips. Unlike many typical Business Hotels in recent years, the property has a calm, substantial atmosphere, and the guest rooms felt spacious. The rooms have separate bath and toilet areas, were very clean, and made for a comfortable stay. I was also impressed by how politely the staff spoke and their attentive service throughout my stay. The Sapporo Station South Exit area is convenient for business dinners as well, and the ease of getting around is another major advantage. I found this Hotel extremely practical as a base for both private travel and business trips. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Sapporo. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay. The property was thoroughly cleaned, and the building was new and spotless. In particular, the front desk service was excellent, and the staff were well trained. It is a Hotel I am glad I stayed at. I plan to Reserve again for a third stay.

I stayed for two nights to watch the Japan national team match. The Room had three beds, plenty of storage, and it was very helpful that the bathroom and toilet were separate. Breakfast was carefully prepared and cooked—everything was delicious. I especially recommend the French toast. It was more than satisfying. The location is also great, and the Hotel feels modern and streamlined without unnecessary extras.

This was my first stay with the Hyatt brand to celebrate a birthday, and the warm hospitality truly lived up to the Hyatt name! Not only was there a cake delivered to our Room, but I was also surprised—and absolutely delighted—to receive a fruit plate at breakfast the next morning. All of the staff were very kind, and we were able to spend a wonderful, memorable time. We’ll definitely stay again! Thank you very much.

I honestly wondered if this price could really be right, but since it was through IKYU, I decided to go ahead and make a Reservation as part of the experience. We stayed here on the way back from an Odawara trip, and the next day we went on a shopping tour from Yokohama to Futako-Tamagawa. There were many foreign guests at the Hotel front desk, but the Room was comfortable. It was my birthday, so we toasted at a nearby no-frills yakitori place that opens early. As a couple, we were very satisfied with this Hotel. Thank you very much. We’d love to stay again.

The photos at the time of Reservation reminded me of the library at Trinity College Dublin in Ireland, which felt nostalgic, so I made a Reservation. I would love to stay again on my next business trip to Hakata. Thank you very much.

The front desk staff were very kind.

We stayed for one night and two days as a family of four. The building does show its age, but it was kept clean. Dinner was incredibly lavish—more than we could finish. The dashi the Hotel highlighted was truly delicious, a comforting taste that helped us unwind while traveling. In the lounge, there were alcoholic drinks, juice, light snacks, and plenty of manga as well; my husband relaxed there after the kids fell asleep. We received heartfelt hospitality—the proprietress came to greet us in person, and an international staff member kindly served our fussy daughter with a smile.

We stayed as a family. The family-type room with a bed and sofa was spacious and comfortable, especially with small children. However, the water stains on the walls and floor of the bathroom were quite noticeable. Since we specifically chose a separate toilet and bath type instead of a unit bath, we had higher expectations for cleanliness, which was disappointing. Although we were curious about the restaurant, we didn’t use it this time but hope to try it when our children are older!

The rate was a bit higher than last time, but the staff’s attentive service made me glad I stayed. I would like to stay here again.

We coordinated our sons’ schedules after a busy summer and made a Reservation here because it’s pet-friendly and offers a pool, sauna, and BBQ. We requested BBQ for two days, and they kindly adjusted the selection of meat and seafood, and even changed the vegetables for both the BBQ and breakfast on the second day—such thoughtful attention was truly appreciated. There were plenty of vegetables provided, along with helpful seasonings you’re glad to have on hand, so we had a very comfortable stay. Because our stay was so pleasant, we immediately made another Reservation for year-end! Thank you very much for all your help. We look forward to staying again.
