Thank you very much for your hospitality. The staff’s polished service was outstanding, and the room felt extremely clean. The size, amenities, and in-room facilities were all very satisfying. In particular, the room with a balcony this time had a wonderful view and was perfect. The Bay Club Lounge is on a completely different level from lounges at other hotels, and we were able to spend an elegant, relaxing time there. The cocktails, mocktails, and food are always truly delicious and make us feel happy. We sincerely hope these wonderful services will continue unchanged in the future... Thank you again for your warm hospitality.

We stayed here while visiting USJ for our anniversary. Before check-in, we could store our suitcases in lockers, so we were able to head to USJ hands-free. That alone was a big help, and when I asked at the front desk if we could get some Universal stickers, they kindly gave us several different kinds as a gift. Thanks to that, my wife was excited even before entering the park. After enjoying USJ until closing time, we checked in. Our room was on the top floor (30th), and there was a “Happy Anniversary” card waiting for us—it made us so happy that all our tiredness disappeared. Although it wasn’t on the park side, the night view was beautiful. We eased our tired feet with the foot massager and bath, and since it was the top floor, it was quiet with no noise from above, so we slept peacefully. A ReFa hair dryer and hair iron were also provided in the room. Not only were the room and amenities great, but the warm smiles and service from the front desk staff made our stay truly comfortable—we had a wonderful time. Next time we visit USJ, my wife and I would love to stay again in a park-side room. Thank you very much.

This was my first trip to Hakodate. There is only one direct flight a day from Nagoya, and I was incredibly lucky to get a ticket. Visiting a new place for the first time is so exciting. The Room had huge floor-to-ceiling windows with a panoramic view of Mt. Hakodate. The space was generous, and the bathtub and sink were spacious as well. The lighting switches were thoughtfully placed throughout, making everything very convenient—it was almost too comfortable! Dinner at Kita Jin (booked separately) was also excellent: premium Genghis Khan in a private room, relaxed and delicious. Breakfast was around 8:00, and we were seated right away. We came without much prior knowledge and were amazed by the variety—and even more by the quality of every dish. My spouse and I travel all over the whole country, and this may have been our best breakfast ever. Personally, I loved the eel snack with tea, dim sum, sashimi, chiffon cake, and egg tarts. What stayed with us most from this trip was meeting so many wonderful people in Hakodate: The kind driver with a great smile on the airport limousine bus. At lunchtime at Lucky Pierrot near the station—busy as it was—a female staff member still let us draw an Ichiban Kuji lottery ticket and gave us a pin badge with a big smile. At NIPPONIA Hotel Hakodate Port Town on our first day—a female staff member kindly explained everything and gave us a hand-drawn illustrated map of nearby spots within walking distance. On an evening sightseeing taxi tour to see Mt. Hakodate’s night view—a female driver born in Hakodate from Donan Taxi carefully explained local history, the Western-style houses in Motomachi, and the origins of Soma-tei. The staff who made our motorboat cruise even more enjoyable under clear skies the next day. At lunch near the station at Uni Specialty Shop Yoichiya—a female employee whose attentiveness and refined service truly impressed us. And above all, at Century Marina’s front desk—the female staff member who kindly explained everything for our first stay left a wonderful impression with her polite service; of course, the male staff member at checkout was also outstanding. The quick yet courteous service at Kita Jin was excellent as well—we are truly grateful to have stayed at this Hotel. It was an intense 2-night/3-day trip to Hakodate, but seeing everyone working so hard to make their city shine really moved us—it looked genuinely inspiring. We will definitely come again. I truly fell in love with historic Hakodate from the bottom of my heart!

This was my second stay for a live show at Budokan. The Hotel is close to the station, within walking distance of Budokan, and there are convenience stores both inside the Hotel and right in front, which is very convenient. Last time, there was no numbered ticket system before check-in, so I was relaxing on the sofa without thinking much of it, but I noticed others holding what looked like paper. When I asked, I learned that numbered tickets were being distributed. I think it’s a good system, but it was a bit disappointing to realize that if I hadn’t noticed, I might have ended up waiting for a long time. Other than that, there were no issues at all, and the staff were efficient and made my stay very comfortable. I would definitely like to stay again next time. Thank you very much.

We stayed with our 18-month-old daughter and two adults. As an official hotel, they offered excellent service: we could leave our luggage at the Welcome Center at Maihama Station and have it delivered directly to our room, and when checking our bags we were able to request that the beds be moved to the side and fitted with a bed guard for our child. The bathroom was spacious and had a separate washing area, which was also very helpful when traveling with a child. We had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and we were very satisfied. The value for money was outstanding, so we would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. Although the building is a bit old, it was clean and comfortable. The large public bath was not crowded, and it was kept very clean with frequent cleaning. It was also great to have a ReFa shower head installed. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the grilled beef at dinner was surprisingly delicious.

Once again, I was very satisfied with the cuisine, the Room, and the service, and had a wonderfully relaxing stay. Dinner in particular was excellent and truly outstanding, including the salt-grilled ayu we ordered separately. One request: drinks in the lobby lounge end at 7:00 PM, but it would be appreciated if guests could have a drink after dinner, so I would be grateful if you could consider staying open until around 9:00 PM. In any case, I would like to visit again in a different season and look forward to enjoying your delicious food and sake. Thank you for your hospitality.

Located right in front of Hikone Castle, the location is outstanding. Although it’s not a hot spring, you can see the castle keep from the large public bath, and being able to bathe while enjoying such a wonderful view is truly special. I ended up going in three times—at dusk, at night, and early in the morning—and was able to fully appreciate the castle’s beauty at different times of day. For dinner I had sukiyaki. The portion was very generous and I couldn’t finish it, but it was delicious. What left a strong impression on me was how kind and attentive one of the younger female staff members was—she served us with genuine care and effort. Even as we were leaving, she chatted with us and saw us off with a smile until the very end. It was service that really stayed with me. When I’m in Hikone again, this is definitely a hotel I’d like to return to.

This was our first trip to Kanazawa as a couple. The location was excellent, right next to Omicho Market. The room was very clean, and the breakfast—especially the wide variety of potato dishes—was delicious. We honestly wondered if it was really okay at this price. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Kanazawa.

I visit Fukuoka often, but this was my first time staying here. The Plan was reasonably priced, and the location in front of Hakata Station was very convenient. Although it was a single Room, it had been renovated and was clean, so I had a very comfortable stay. The amenities were well stocked and really helpful. The lobby staff were also excellent. With more foreign-owned Hotels increasing these days, I was reminded once again how pleasant and wonderful the attentive hospitality and service unique to Japanese city Hotels can be. I would like to stay here again.

While looking for a place to stay in the Izu area, we happened to learn that this property is used as a filming location for a drama my husband loves, so we booked it. It was our first time visiting Shuzenji Onsen. Because the hotel strongly highlights its connection to the drama, I initially wondered if it might be a bit of a “fan-oriented” place. In reality, once we arrived, we found thoughtful hospitality throughout—not only in the facilities and atmosphere, but also in the service—so we could truly relax with peace of mind. What impressed me most were the small touches everywhere on the property. Not only were little inconveniences—things you often wish other inns or hotels would improve—quietly resolved, but there were also many ideas that made me think, “So this is how it could be even more comfortable,” even for things I hadn’t considered inconvenient before. Nothing felt over-the-top, yet every detail seemed to come from carefully considering guests’ movements and feelings. I believe that accumulation of thoughtful touches is what makes the entire stay so comfortable. Even the amenities and in-room items felt carefully selected one by one; it was clear they had thoroughly thought through how guests can spend their time pleasantly. The service also left a strong impression. The staff member who looked after us was relatively young—polite yet pleasantly friendly and approachable—and our conversations were enjoyable, which naturally helped us unwind. We also felt genuine warmth from all staff members and their desire for guests to have a wonderful stay. The heartfelt hospitality—attentive without being overly formal—was exactly what suited us. The food was excellent as well. The presentation and tableware had a playful touch, and there were pleasant surprises in both ingredient pairings and how dishes were served; we enjoyed each course with fresh anticipation right through to the end. It was clear that no corners were cut even at breakfast, making for an extremely satisfying stay. Perhaps because it was just before a holiday weekend, we had the large public bath almost entirely to ourselves and could enjoy the hot springs at leisure. The garden was beautiful too—I can easily imagine reservations becoming highly competitive during autumn foliage season. We usually visit Hakone more often, but extending our trip by about another hour brought us here—and compared with Hakone’s prices, we were amazed that such an indulgent experience could be enjoyed at far more accessible rates. It was a wonderful property that made us want to return in another season.

This was my first stay here. When I went to the large public bath, I forgot to bring a bath towel from my room and panicked, but I managed to dry off with a small towel. For forgetful guests like me, it would be reassuring if bath towels were also available at the public bath. (This was entirely my mistake—the hotel did nothing wrong.) The amenities were well stocked, and I was happy they even had face masks. Breakfast was stylish and delicious; I wanted to try the croissant too, but I was too full. The pudding in a jar was delicious. It would be perfect if there were hangers in the room for hanging clothes. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would like to return if I have the chance.

Both breakfast and dinner were exceptionally delicious, and we were completely satisfied. The view from the lounge was wonderful. From the in-room scenic bath, we could look out over the sea, and from the living area we could see airplanes up close. In the open-air bath of the large public bath, we could look up at planes just before landing, and were truly impressed by how powerful it was. We look forward to visiting again next year after the renovations are completed.

We stayed for two nights and three days during the Silver Week holidays in September, traveling from Aichi, and had a wonderful time. Before our stay, we contacted Yufuin Hana-yu by email to confirm details, and just before departure we also received a phone call with further confirmation. Thanks to this, my mother and our whole family were very satisfied. We especially appreciated the thoughtful consideration given to our meals and the in-room amenities. Although the weather was not ideal, the staff’s cheerful and considerate service made our stay very pleasant. We would love to stay again if we have another opportunity.

I stayed for one night starting August 14. Every year around this time, I return from Saitama Prefecture to visit family graves, but since my family home was lost in the earthquake, I stay at a Hotel instead. In previous years, I stayed at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Ichibancho every year, but because the parking lot was always off-site, I learned about Sendai West Exit Premier near the station and stayed here for the first time. Since it’s close to the station, I was worried about parking availability, but I was glad I could park even before check-in time. I’ve stayed at several Daiwa Roynet Hotels, and their bathrooms are my favorite. If I had made my Reservation earlier, a slightly larger Room might have been available, but it was quieter than expected despite being near the station. The location is very convenient, so I would definitely like to stay again next time. Thank you very much.

We stayed here for the first time with our dog to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The welcome drink and dessert were very delicious! The welcome treat for dogs also seemed tasty—our pup finished it in no time! There’s also a drink bar available at certain times, which was great. They even have alcohol, which was the best!! The dog run was air-conditioned, so it was comfortable even in midsummer. Our dog ran around until completely tired out. Dinner is buffet-style, so it’s hard to decide what to eat (lol). The roast beef and sashimi served as a one-plate set at the table were amazing! Alcohol is available for an additional fee, but the food is so good you can’t help wanting a drink (lol). You can dine together with your dog, and there’s also a buffet just for dogs, so we really enjoyed the meal. Since it was our daughter’s birthday, we ordered a cake for an additional fee, and it was delicious as well! The staff celebrated with us too, and our daughter was thrilled! You can also use a private bath. We used it this time; we had 90 minutes, so we could relax without rushing. Dogs are allowed in the private bath too, which is wonderful! There were post-bath drinks and ice cream in the fridge—also fantastic! It’s well worth paying the extra fee! By the way, I also used the large public bath in the morning. The view was great, and it felt wonderful bathing while looking out over Lake Hamana! The breakfast sandwiches were filling and very tasty! They come with pudding too—again, amazing! One of the reasons this Hotel felt so good is definitely how pleasant all of the staff are!! Everyone we met was smiling; they talked to our dog and played with him too. Our pup got lots of love! If I had to mention something negative: although parts have been renovated, there were some areas where you could feel that the building itself is old and showing its age. But personally, there were far more positives than anything else. How easy it is to stay with your dog here, how great the staff service is, how delicious the food is, how relaxing the baths are—we went home satisfied as a whole family! I’m glad we chose this Hotel for our first overnight trip with our dog. We’d love to stay again!!

The Onsen temperature was just right, and the Room was clean and well maintained, so we had a very comfortable stay. The view from the Room was also great. The meals were delicious, and thank you to the staff member who looked after us for being so kind to our children. We would like to stay again when we visit Awaji Island. Next time, we’d love to come in a different season.

I booked a Deluxe Twin. The room was on the top-floor Executive Floor and was very spacious. The mattress was on the firmer side, so I was able to rest well. The meals were delicious, with just the right amount and quality—I was very satisfied. The sashimi was especially excellent. I will stay here again next year.

Close to Osaka Station, the lounge was fantastic—from tea to beer and other drinks, plus delicious snacks. I had an amazing time with my friends. This time, our main plans were visiting the Nakanoshima Museum of Art and chatting. We decided we’ll stay here again next time. I recommended it to both family and friends.

The Hotel was much more stylish than I expected, and I felt it was a great value for the price! The TV was large, and the room was comfortable and clean. I checked the nearby dining recommendations from the Hotel staff shown on the TV and went to a restaurant that was absolutely delicious. Overall, I’m very satisfied, and I really love Oita.
