The building itself felt a bit old, but it was well maintained, and the Room was clean. In addition to the bedroom, there was another Room, and the in-room bath included an Onsen bath and a separate shower room, which made it very satisfying. The meals were buffet-style, but the quality was quite high. If you went at the wrong time, there were people waiting in line. The Onsen was also excellent. It’s a Hotel I’d like to visit again.

This is my fourth stay. The staff's service was, as always, excellent. The Room was very clean and I am extremely satisfied. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Perfect for business accommodation. Stayed during New Year's as a special occasion, but the meals were disappointing, with dishes that weren't warm. The bath was great.

It was conveniently located near PayPay Dome. The Hotel didn’t have its own parking, but there was one nearby, so it wasn’t a problem. Parking fees go up during events, but I received a discount through the Hotel and was able to park at a lower cost.

I arrived on the last JAL flight to Aomori Airport. I thought the bus stop would be Aomori Station, but I got off two stops earlier at “Shinmachi 2-chome,” and it was just across the intersection—very convenient! I had heard in a Review that the Room was on the small side, but since I only planned to sleep there, I had no complaints. The power outlet was near my head, and the Wi-Fi worked fine. At night I went to FamilyMart, but there were quite a few touts along the way, which made me feel a little uneasy about safety… Above all, breakfast was delicious overall. My companion especially liked the squid menchi and even went back for seconds. If I visit Aomori again, this is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

It was mentioned to be 5 minutes from the station, but it felt slightly farther than expected. However, there is a 7-Eleven nearby, and the front desk staff provided very courteous service, allowing for a comfortable and secure stay. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for 20,000 yen, hoping it would be worth it for my certification exam. Check-in was done by entering information on a tablet placed in front of mannequins. Although I selected "Japanese" as the language at the beginning, messages kept appearing in English. I proceeded by guessing and managed to sign using my finger when I couldn't find a stylus pen. After completing the input, nothing happened until an employee appeared from a side door and guided me verbally. I was directed to another machine to pay the Tokyo accommodation tax of 200 yen in cash, though I wished everything could have been settled by card. The coin slot on this machine was hard to locate until the same employee pointed it out for me. It made me appreciate human receptionists more than ever. The mannequins standing at reception did nothing helpful; they seemed out of place and gave off an Osaka-style vibe despite being located in central Tokyo (Akasaka branch). While some families checking in nearby seemed amused by them, I thought fully automating with high-tech machines might have been a better direction than placing these figures. Breakfast was included with my stay and served buffet-style at an Irish pub on the first floor. The menu was simple but delicious. The room felt like a standard business hotel room equipped with newer facilities such as a suit cleaner—likely targeting business travelers—but I didn’t use it myself. The air conditioning noise or toilet water refilling sound didn’t bother me, making for a comfortable stay overall but nothing extraordinary. Even with discounts applied, 20,000 yen felt expensive—probably due to timing and location factors. Thank you for hosting me!

I come to ski in Shiga Kogen at least once a year, and I stay at Lake Hotel about once every two years. It’s great that solo stays are welcome, the location is convenient, and the price is reasonable—so it’s extremely useful for me. Above all, I’m very satisfied because there’s none of the common ski-Accommodation stress like a cold bath area, weak showers, or water that’s too hot. Last time there were only a few groups staying and it felt a bit quiet, but this time there were many international guests and younger visitors as well, which made it lively and enjoyable. It was my first time having both breakfast and dinner as buffet-style meals here, and I ended up eating too much… In particular, my favorite item was a sweet simmered side dish (or maybe dessert?) served at breakfast—something like candied sweet potato and apple. I also recommend the apple juice sold at the shop with the mascot dog on the package. One thing I’d like to mention is the smoking area. I saw cigarettes in the ashtray that didn’t seem fully extinguished, so it might be better to place some water for putting them out (for example in a plastic bottle).

This is a very attentive Accommodation. The staff provided clear and courteous explanations. The cuisine was refined, gentle on the body, and we enjoyed a wonderful time pairing it with delicious drinks. The bath was also clean, and the water felt great on the skin. From the in-room bath, we could look out over the sea in Atami while soaking at a relaxed pace. We only visited Kinomiya Shrine for sightseeing, but it was a trip where we could take everything slowly and unwind.

I had heard the building was old, but I was very satisfied with the convenient location and the staff’s thoughtful hospitality. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

I was very satisfied with this Onsen Accommodation surrounded by nature, and there was also a great souvenir shop.

The laundry line in the bathroom was stiff and wouldn’t come out. Disappointing.

Excellent value for money. The Facility is old, but well maintained. The Room has everything you need, and the toilet is equipped with a washlet. WiFi was good. I didn’t use the outdoor bath, but the indoor bath alone was very pleasant. Unfortunately it was cloudy, but if it had been clear, the starry sky would have been beautiful (the Room I stayed in had a balcony). The free breakfast buffet even included curry rice, which was a great deal. There is also a local souvenir corner; I bought eggs at a bargain price to take home. I’d like to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

I stayed during the Garasha Festival. The plug of my charger broke, and I was about to run to a convenience store, but I found a USB port behind the bed and was able to charge my device—such a relief! The toilet seat felt a bit small, but everything else was comfortable. I didn’t include breakfast in my stay, but the staff kindly recommended nearby restaurants—thank you! I’d love to stay here again.

We stayed here to celebrate a family member’s birthday. The dining staff provided outstanding service and even prepared a cake for dessert, which made the celebration a success. It became an irreplaceable family memory. Thank you very much.

I asked in advance about parking and was told to check with the front desk on the day, so I did. However, while I was asking at the front desk, I temporarily parked in a nearby hospital parking lot. Where should I have parked instead? That was my only concern.

If you want to avoid congestion by car, this might be a hidden gem. The Facility is perfectly fine and is a typical Business Hotel. Above all, it is very quiet. As for meals, there are options like an izakaya across the road, a ramen shop next door, and within walking distance, there's Hotto Motto and an Aeon supermarket. It’s also convenient for accessing the Asahikawa-Kita Interchange on the highway.

The food was delicious, and the beachfront right in front of us was amazing.

While the interior feels somewhat dated, the Room was spacious and comfortable. I was also satisfied with the breakfast buffet.
