Thanks to the information you shared by email in advance, we were able to arrive smoothly at Yukaen by shuttle bus on the day. Check-in was explained carefully, and we stayed comfortable throughout. We considered sightseeing on the second day, but since we had fully enjoyed Chuson-ji on the first day, we decided to focus on relaxing in the Onsen instead. We booked a head and hand course at Nagomi-yu for day use, had lunch, and spent a leisurely time. The fried shrimp and minced meat cutlet I ordered for a daytime drink were impressively generous portions and delicious. The lounge pancakes were also great—I finished them in no time. Dinner on the second night featured a different menu from the first, so we enjoyed a fresh atmosphere as well. The guest-focused hospitality was truly pleasant, and my friend and I left saying we'd love to come back again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

I stayed here twice, in May and September. All the staff were very friendly, and the room was spacious and clean. My favorite part is the breakfast. It’s delicious, and I always end up having an extra serving of rice. I would definitely like to stay here again.

We stayed to celebrate a birthday. The Shuttle Service between the nearest station and the Hotel for both arrival and departure was extremely helpful, and we truly appreciated the driver’s hospitality. We were very satisfied with the Room and the private bath, the meals were delicious, and all of the staff were warm and welcoming, allowing us to relax at ease. A reliably solid Route Inn.\nWith a spacious public bath, I often stay here when traveling. No complaints except that the bath was a bit hot.

I planned to share the Room name as part of a birthday message for him, and the Ryokan kindly helped by arranging a bouquet in the Room. Then, on the day, they upgraded our Room, which also made my message to him even more special, and it became a time that brought us even closer (lol). The staff were very kind, and since the bath was private to our Room only, we were able to relax and enjoy our time together. I would definitely like to stay again! Thank you very much.

The free-flowing, continuously fed Onsen was wonderfully abundant, and each private bath had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The cuisine was perfect for wine lovers, with rare wines to match. The interior design—and the lamps placed throughout—were all beautifully chosen. Right in front of the Accommodation, there is a row of cherry trees along the riverbank; I can only imagine how stunning the view must be during cherry blossom season. I won’t wait until then—I will definitely return again soon. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The front desk staff were very pleasant and welcoming.\nWe stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room.\nHowever, the seat of the desk chair in the room was dirty, and I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it.\nBreakfast was very delicious.\nI would like to stay here again.

This Hotel is directly connected to Iyotetsu Matsuyama-shi Station, which was convenient since I planned to take an express bus the day after my stay. The Room and the large public bath were both very clean and well maintained. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which included local specialties (Uwajima-style sea bream rice and five kinds of mandarin orange juice). Since I enjoyed Onsen at Dogo Onsen Honkan, I only needed a place to stay and a good breakfast, so I was very satisfied and felt it offered great value for money.

We stayed as a middle-aged couple. We wondered if we might feel out of place, but it was a wonderful property with ocean views beyond the pool. Not only the pool, but also the two saunas each had their own unique atmosphere, and we enjoyed them both. The sunset and night views from the restaurant terrace were beautiful as well. Floating in the pool while gazing up at the blue sky was pure bliss. Thank you very much.

After golfing near Higashimatsuyama, I made a Reservation to enjoy an area where I hadn’t stayed before. With an Onsen and breakfast included, it was a very satisfying stay. There was also a nearby restaurant serving Higashimatsuyama’s famous yakitori (actually pork). When the weather cools down, I’d like to stay here again and visit Shinrin Park. If there’s room for improvement, I felt it would be better if the refrigerator door and the cabinet door opened in the same direction, as they currently open opposite ways.

We stayed here with our dog again for the first time in three months, following our visit this June. Last time, the Italian food was so delicious that we decided to come back. Also, since you can dine together with your dog, you can relax and truly enjoy your meal. If your dog behaves well, they get a jerky treat as a reward—so our pup kept watching that staff member the whole time... We’d love to stay again.

We stayed here for a trip to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The staff’s hospitality, the meals, and the atmosphere were all outstanding. As I am pregnant, we truly appreciated your thoughtful consideration with the food. It was our first trip together in a while, and we were able to feel completely refreshed! I found this Facility on IKYU and liked it so much that I made a Reservation. Just as expected, I thoroughly enjoyed the Facility, the meals, and the Onsen (ceramic bath). During a conversation with the staff at dinner, we talked about Hachimantai’s Dragon Eye. They told me they had gone there after borrowing rental boots and that it was wonderful. So I went the next day right away. Like Zao Okama last year, I was moved by the breathtaking scenery. It was a truly great stay—enjoying both the magnificent nature and the delicious meals at the Facility. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

Both the indoor bath and the bath in our Room were fed directly from the source, and we were able to relax and fully enjoy the free-flowing hot spring water while taking in the gentle scent of sulfur—it was incredibly soothing for both body and mind. The atmosphere of the Accommodation was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed every aspect of this long-established Onsen inn. All of the dishes were delicious. In particular, the Yonezawa beef nigiri we had at dinner was so exceptional that we ended up ordering more. We were also impressed by how kind and attentive all of the staff were. The meat served with our meal was so good that when we asked for a recommended local butcher shop, they kindly gave us detailed information—thanks to them, we were able to stop by on our way home and buy some as souvenirs!

The meals were truly outstanding. The sake pairings were also excellent. This is an Accommodation I definitely want to return to for the first time in a while.

We stayed as a family, and it far exceeded our expectations—one of the most memorable hotel stays we’ve had in Japan. During our stay, when our child suddenly developed a fever, the staff responded quickly with flexible, warm, and attentive care. Thanks to their heartfelt support, we were able to relax and stay comfortable with peace of mind. We are truly grateful. The cuisine was outstanding—light and gentle on the body while fully bringing out the natural flavors of each ingredient. We have visited well-regarded food-focused inns such as renowned auberges on Yakushima, and this delivered an equally satisfying experience. In fact, it was so impressive that it even outshone the prestigious resort we visited the day before—the one known for its lion crest. We booked an entry-level room, but it was more than spacious enough and very comfortable thanks to its refined layout with no wasted space. The ocean-view jacuzzi on the terrace in particular felt wonderfully open and relaxing. (Please note: the sea directly in front of the hotel is not a location where you can simply walk in and swim/play right away, so those planning a trip centered around beach activities may want to keep this in mind.) We regularly visit many different styles of resorts both in Japan and abroad, but one night here felt far too short. It’s a place that makes us want to return every year—and ideally stay for several nights at a leisurely pace. When we visit Okinawa again, we will definitely return. As usual, I stayed here with my mother. It was very helpful that we didn’t have to walk much inside the Accommodation, and could use the elevator to get to the large public bath, dining room, and lounge. The interior has a calming feel, and the Room was comfortable to spend time in. The food was delicious; the buffet had a good selection without being overwhelming, and the freshly made tempura was excellent. It wasn’t too large, which made it easy for my mother as well. Since we had a long stay until 1:00 PM, we were truly able to relax. I’d love to visit again.

This was my first stay in a year, and it was clean and comfortable. The temperature of the large public bath was just right for me. I fell asleep after coming back from drinks and missed the late-night soba, but it’s close to the shopping street with restaurants, and there’s a convenience store right in front, so it’s very convenient. In Abashiri, this would be my only choice personally.
