I chose this Accommodation because it was conveniently located for the area I needed to visit. Even though it was a Saturday, the price was lower than nearby places, which was a big plus. What I personally liked most was the amenities: in addition to standard items like toothbrushes and razors, they also offered an uncommon pouch, and it was free to take—great touch. I didn’t use it, but there is also a lounge, and overall I felt they really focus on providing good service. It was a very satisfying Accommodation.

The staff were wonderful, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. From the Room, I could enjoy views of the Irabu Bridge and beautiful sunsets, and the view from the infinity pool was outstanding. The restaurant on the first floor of the Hotel was delicious for both dinner and breakfast—I was very satisfied. The location is great, with convenient access to sightseeing spots around Miyakojima. It was also a big help that I could use Times Car (car sharing) at the Hotel. The views, food, service, and location all exceeded my expectations. This is a Hotel I definitely want to stay at again when I visit Miyakojima.

I stayed at the accommodation with my beloved dog. The first thing I felt was the owner's deep love for the local area. Their passion for cherishing local attractions and ingredients was evident in the meals and throughout the facility. The meals were made with plenty of local ingredients, offering a gentle and delicious taste! On our first night, the fruits were a bit large, making it difficult for my dogs to eat, but by breakfast the next morning, they had been finely cut. This thoughtful gesture truly moved me. The sauna was excellent, leaving both my mind and body refreshed. My dogs also seemed to feel safe and comfortable during our stay. It’s a wonderful accommodation filled with kindness that naturally makes you want to return again someday. Thank you so much!

We had a truly fulfilling and enjoyable stay here. Six of us stayed together, including our children and their spouses. From the pre-departure emails to the on-site guidance, everything was very clear, so we felt at ease throughout our stay. The Facility was also kept very clean and well maintained, and we were completely satisfied in every way. We bought ingredients at a nearby supermarket and had a barbecue for the first time, which was great fun. Even though it was late May, we were able to use the pool, and the rock bath accessible from the poolside was also very comfortable. One night went by in no time—we definitely want to come back for two nights next time!

We visited during the July long weekend with our two children, aged 9 and 5. As soon as we entered the Room, we were amazed by the view from the living room. That alone made the trip worthwhile. Everything in the Facility felt spotless, the view from the bath was wonderful, and there was also a washer-dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. We could truly live here. The activities were also incredibly well organized, and our children had an amazing experience. We harvested vegetables together, made pasta using what we picked, and melted beeswax to make herbal lip balm. Our younger child especially loved getting to actually pound the meat, coat it in flour, dip it in egg, and cover it with breadcrumbs. There’s no way I could give anything other than a perfect 5. We would love to visit again.

I stayed for five nights and was able to relax in the Onsen. I love the atmosphere of Hakodate and visit a few times a year. I used to regularly stay at S or R near the warehouse district, but after trying this Hotel, I found it very reasonably priced and the breakfast (both Japanese and Western) was excellent. The staff were also very kind, which made me feel at ease. The large public bath has free-flowing natural hot spring water, and there is also a sauna—no wonder it’s becoming so popular. I will be staying again from October 4th to 8th.

I was extremely satisfied with all the Facilities in the property. The all-inclusive plan and the amenities bar were both excellent. The meals were delicious, and they were served at just the right timing. I truly felt genuine hospitality from all the staff, and it was incredibly comfortable! I will definitely be back again.

I stay here almost every month for regular errands. They have all the amenities, Facilities, and services you need for travel—truly a long-established Hotel. By chance, Kuyoan was fully booked at Saturday dinner time. Since I was traveling solo, I took a seat at the bar counter, and it was surprisingly comfortable. It’s actually relaxing and recommended for solo guests. However, it was truly disappointing to see that several à la carte items—once flawlessly complete at the time of the reopening—have disappeared from some of the less in-demand meals.

Thank you for taking care of us again this year, following last year. It’s a good Hotel. We stayed with three grandchildren on a two-meal plan. As we were leaving, they asked to come again next year. The only drawback is that it can be hard to make a Reservation.

I have stayed here several times, and the location is convenient and easy to access. This time, I was upgraded from a standard single room to a ladies’ double room, which made my stay even more comfortable. I recommend this Hotel in Sendai to anyone.

I stayed here while traveling around Odawara and Atami. It was drizzling, but the Hotel is directly connected to the station, and places to explore like Minaka Odawara are close by, so it was very convenient. The large public bath amenities were also great—FANCL and Sekkisei. Breakfast included Odawara specialties, and I was satisfied. However, I felt the Room lighting was dim. I know home and a Hotel are different, but I wondered if Hotels usually have so little lighting. It was a bit inconvenient that the elevators took a long time to arrive. I don’t think there are too few elevators, but the wait time felt long. Also, it would have been better if checkout were at 11:00. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

I stayed alone, and the location was close to the station. The staff were also very courteous. The Room was comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay. I was surprised that all the water was purified. Breakfast was delicious as well. I would like to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

Upon arriving at Omoide Roman-kan by car, staff were already there and guided us to the parking area. Their service was polite and pleasant, leaving a great first impression. In the lobby, you can enjoy as many drinks as you like. There were draft beer, sparkling wine, and sake as well. It’s available not only at check-in but also after the baths, and they also had ice pops. No matter what you have, there are no extra charges. The meals offered a wide variety of dishes, all of them delicious. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy local specialties. Here too, no matter how much alcohol you drink, there is no additional fee. The Room was a twin Room, very spacious and spotless. The sofa and cushions were perfect for relaxing comfortably. The baths were excellent as well—the tea open-air bath felt amazing. It’s also great that there is a separate riverside open-air bath. Large public bath before dinner, riverside open-air bath after dinner… I even went in both before and after breakfast. The massage chairs were free to use too. This was my first time staying at an all-inclusive Accommodation, and it was truly exceptional—everything was taken care of for us. I would love to stay again.

I had a very comfortable stay. First of all, the wide variety of welcome drinks and how easy they are to use was excellent. They also had miso soup and wakame soup, which I enjoyed for breakfast. Each floor has a microwave, a water dispenser, and a shampoo/conditioner lending corner, and next to the microwave there are even disposable chopsticks and spoons. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this is the first time I’ve seen one so well stocked on every floor. Most Hotels only offer these amenities on certain floors at best—having them on every floor was incredibly convenient. I stayed here to attend a live show at CLUB CITTA’, and it was just a short walk to the venue, which was very convenient. However, it’s a bit far from the station, which may be a drawback—especially in bad weather. Also, since it’s close to the Keikyu railway tracks, you can hear some train noise. Some people may find that bothersome. Even so, I think it’s a Hotel where you can stay very comfortably overall. I’d like to stay here again when I’m in the area.

I stayed here with my wife and son. We went to see the April Grand Kabuki. It was very easy to get from Ginza to Toyosu Station by subway. There was also a Shuttle Service bus, which made it easy to reach the Hotel. There is an AEON nearby, so shopping was convenient as well. Breakfast was good too. I recommend it.

The Room is spacious! The toilet and bath are separate! Children’s amenities are provided, along with towels for Child Sharing Existing Bedding! Breakfast is available free of charge! The staff were very courteous! We were extremely satisfied, and our child said, “I want to stay here again!” Thank you very much!

With construction starting in September, and since we can only travel on weekdays, this was our last stay of the year. The food, the baths, and the Room were wonderful—and above all, the staff’s hospitality was exceptional in every way. What impressed us most this time was how you remembered what we discussed during our previous stay about how to serve chilled sake, and then made it happen exactly as promised. We were able to enjoy it deliciously right to the very last sip. Your prompt response truly surprised us and made us feel that you are always thinking of your guests. This is a special place for us. We are deeply grateful for this encounter, and we sincerely look forward to seeing everyone again next year.

The Room was spacious, the air conditioning worked well, and the large public bath was clean—overall, it was great. There isn’t a convenience store inside the building, but there’s one very close by. The highway bus stop and the station were also nearby, which was convenient. I wrote that the Room was spacious, but I’m not sure about the size of other Rooms. When I visit Tokushima again, I’ll choose this Hotel.

Thank you very much for such a comfortable stay. The Room was extremely user-friendly, and I was especially impressed by the spacious sofa set along the window. Being able to relax while taking in the Tokyo view and enjoy a drink meant there was a comfortable place to spend time besides the bed, which made staying in the Room itself truly enjoyable. It felt less like being in a Hotel Room and more like spending time in a living room. Combined with the view from the high floor, it was a wonderfully cozy space. The bed was also generously sized and very comfortable, allowing me to rest well until morning. What left the strongest impression this time was the Club InterContinental Lounge. It offered unusually generous spacing between seats for a Hotel in central Tokyo, so I could spend time there in complete calm. Cocktail hour was excellent as well—not simply about offering more food, but thoughtfully designed so guests can enjoy an unhurried evening with a cold tapas buffet, made-to-order hot tapas, champagne, and cocktails. In particular, I appreciated that cocktails were properly prepared and delivered to my seat; that original cocktails such as the Saketini were available; and that when my glass of Moët & Chandon started running low, staff kindly asked “Shall I bring you another?” before I even needed to request it. When people talk about lounges they often focus on the variety of food and drinks, but what I found most appealing here was how attentively the staff looked after guests while maintaining such a relaxed atmosphere. Also, although all key Facilities—such as the pool, restaurants, and lounge—were available within the property, each area felt comfortably spacious. Even spending an entire day inside the Hotel never felt cramped. After using the pool we also ordered French onion gratin soup in our Room; it warmed us up perfectly after getting chilled from swimming, and we were grateful to be able to use our Hotel credit as well. We were also able to enjoy breakfast at leisure until later hours in the club lounge. In addition to both Japanese breakfast options and buffet selections, we unexpectedly received one of the chef’s signature dishes—it was delicious and became a wonderful memory. Having everything we need readily available—and being able to use it freely at our own pace—is what makes this Hotel so appealing. This stay has made it one of those Hotels I would happily return to again whenever timing works out. Thank you very much to all of your staff.

The location was convenient, with easy access from the station, making it ideal for sightseeing and getting around. The Room was clean and comfortable, allowing me to relax and unwind.
