Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. We were satisfied with everything—the service, the Room, the bath, and the meals. The meals were so delicious that my mother, who usually has no appetite at all, finished everything. We truly hope to visit again. Thank you very much.

This was the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed at. I was able to spend a truly luxurious, relaxing time while gazing at Mt. Yotei right in front of me. Having a clean washing machine in the room was also very helpful since we were staying multiple nights. The meals were delicious, made with fresh local vegetables, seafood, and meat. The staff’s warm smiles and attentive service were truly soothing. I will definitely visit again.

I stayed here for a concert trip this time. Because of the concert end time and traffic, I didn’t arrive until 9:00 PM, and I ended up getting to dinner very late, but you welcomed me with a smile and I had a wonderful time. Breakfast was also delicious, and since I had some time before checkout, I was able to take a walk in Kenrokuen Garden across the street. The location is excellent, and above all, every staff member was smiling and seemed genuinely happy—I would definitely like to stay here again the next time I visit Kanazawa. While Accommodations with Onsen and breakfast and dinner included are wonderful, we were hoping for a stay that felt more like living locally. We stayed as a couple, and the simple layout—kitchen, dining area, bedroom, toilet, and shower—was impressive and made for a very comfortable stay. The owner’s mural was gentle and blended beautifully with the interior, creating a lovely atmosphere. We were told that in winter all rooms have underfloor heating so you can stay comfortable even in short sleeves, so we’d love to visit again in another season. There’s an OGINO supermarket nearby as well as a butcher shop; we enjoyed basashi and relaxed with Yamanashi wine (the kitchen knife wasn’t very sharp, but honestly it felt safer that way). Partway through our stay, the owner stopped by to check on us and shared stories about life at Lake Yamanaka—more than anything else, that became our favorite memory and made us feel at ease. It was a truly wonderful stay. Thank you very much.

We stayed to celebrate my father’s 81st birthday. From the warm welcome at our car, the staff’s courteous and heartfelt hospitality left a strong impression, and we were able to spend the entire stay in great comfort. Not only was every detail thoughtfully taken care of—including arranging a wheelchair—but the all-inclusive offerings were also exceptionally fulfilling, allowing us to relax and enjoy a luxurious time without worrying about the clock. Each dish was beautifully presented and delicious, and together with the atmosphere and interior design throughout the Hotel, we felt quality and attentive care in everything. I’m truly glad we chose this Hotel for such a special occasion as a birthday. I had assumed it might be used mostly by younger guests, but there were many older guests as well, so we could enjoy a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Thanks to everyone’s kindness, it became an unforgettable memory for us. This is a wonderful Hotel that makes us want to return in another season. Thank you very much for your sincere hospitality. From arrival by car to departure, we had a very pleasant stay. All the staff were cheerful and very kind, and the meals were excellent. When we left by car, it was especially memorable that they kept waving until we were out of sight. We would definitely like to stay again.

The amenities, service, cleanliness, atmosphere, meals, and attentiveness—everything was perfect. We had a truly comfortable stay. If I had to mention one thing, I only wish there were a few more non-alcoholic options on the menu. This has become one of the places we’d love to return to.

Thank you for taking care of us for our one-night, two-day stay. The room was clean, the bath was available anytime, and the staff were always smiling—making it a very comfortable place to be. The room size was more than enough for two people. The meals, made generously with local ingredients, were served properly—hot dishes hot and cold dishes cold—and everything was seasoned in a way that was easy to enjoy. We could really taste the natural flavors of the ingredients, and everything was delicious. It was such a wonderful stay that we keep replaying the memories over and over! My only regret is that I loved the matcha pound cake so much that I meant to buy it as a souvenir, but I completely forgot. This trip to Izumo also celebrated our 12th wedding anniversary, and we would be happy if we have the chance to return again someday.

Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality. We were thrilled to stay for the first time in a Japanese-style room with a jacuzzi, which is usually very hard to secure a Reservation, and my cousin and I were overjoyed. We could also admire the Mid-Autumn full moon through the large open picture window at the front—it was an unforgettable, moving moment. Throughout the property, we were impressed by the thoughtful touches everywhere: simple arrangements of wildflowers and fine pieces on display that we could enjoy as we walked to the restaurant and public bath. The moon-viewing décor in the lobby lounge, as well as the magnificent folding screen and large floral arrangement at the entrance, were all wonderful. Next time, I would love to visit with my husband and family, including my son and his wife. Thank you very much.

We stayed here to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. As soon as we drove up to the entrance, the staff—already waiting—welcomed us with amazingly smooth, attentive service. I was nervous in an unfamiliar place, but before I knew it I was in the lobby with Bach playing softly, looking out at the sea and enjoying a chilled glass of champagne, my excitement building. The space was spotless and warmly appointed, and the selection of sweets, drinks, and amenities showed impeccable taste. The toothbrush was the most comfortable I’ve ever used. Above all, the bath was outstanding. With the window open, listening to birdsong and gazing at the ocean—and because it’s free-flowing—I even tried skipping a rinse-off and body cream afterward, yet my skin stayed moisturized without drying out! At dusk, the view from the lounge was beautiful. The British ginger lemonade was delicious, and we’re especially grateful to the elegant and attentive female staff member who made the lounge so wonderfully comfortable—thank you as well for preparing an orange liqueur for us at the end. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent; not only did everything taste wonderful, but the ingredients and presentation were beautiful too. That said, I couldn’t stop eating bread and butter and ended up too full by the time we reached the main course! Even so, it was cooked perfectly and tasted superb—I finished it all. Next time I’ll pace myself so I can fully enjoy everything through to the main dish. The young service staff were also highly professional and impressive. Even without mentioning that it was an anniversary—and even as first-time guests simply dropping by—we received consistently thoughtful hospitality throughout. Thank you very much.

With Hotel rates rising lately, I hadn’t had many chances to stay, but with my birthday coming up, I visited again for the first time in a while. These days, many Hotels seem busy with inbound travelers, and it’s often hard to receive Diamond member benefits. Here, even though the Hotel was nearly full, they still provided them, which made me very happy. The Room was just as before—very clean, with large windows and a great view. It felt like a unit in a luxury apartment building, and I was able to truly relax. The service was excellent and made me want to stay for as many nights as possible. I can’t visit often, but I hope to come again soon. Thank you very much.

We stayed in the “Japanese-Western Style Room with Open-Air Hot Spring Bath.” It’s not cheap, but it was absolutely worth it—an incredibly satisfying stay! ■ Room & private open-air bath The room was beautifully luxurious, and the view from it was outstanding. There were both an indoor bath and an open-air bath, and I loved that I could adjust the temperature of the open-air bath myself. I set it a bit lukewarm and enjoyed a long soak while taking in the scenery. The room also came with a great selection of complimentary drinks, and having one out on the balcony while admiring the view felt like pure luxury. ■ Scenic public bath (a must!) The in-room baths were amazing, but please make sure to visit the large public bath as well! I’ve been to many hot springs, and the view from this one is among the very best. There are two baths with separate men’s/women’s hours (they rotate), so I highly recommend trying both. The daytime views are spectacular—but nighttime is something else entirely. Everything around you is pitch-black, to the point where you can barely see anything at first. As your eyes adjust, mountain silhouettes emerge with an almost overwhelming presence—like giants looming close by. Just when you think “This is scary,” you look up…and there’s a sky full of stars! It had been ages since I’d seen stars that beautiful—I was so moved I honestly wished they would turn off the lights in the bathing area. ■ Dining & service Every dish was refined and delicious. That said, younger guests might find the portions a little light (though drinking may be part of it—my spouse and I don’t drink). Also, I would have loved to have a big pickled plum at breakfast as well. The staff service was excellent throughout—we were impressed from start to finish. ■ Access / other notes - The roads on the way in and the parking lot are spacious, so even larger vehicles should be fine (we drove a BMW 2-door coupe about 5 m long). However, if it snows in winter, it may not melt quickly and could be challenging. - It’s surrounded by nature, so insects do appear. My wife said that with check-in at 3:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM there still wasn’t enough time to fully enjoy everything—and she truly didn’t want to leave. For me, Hita used to be just somewhere we passed through—but thanks to this inn, it has become a destination in itself. We will definitely return!

I chose to stay here because of its charming atmosphere, and I was sure my husband would like it too. Before booking, I called to ask about the room amenities. The head chef handed the call over to a female staff member, but her tone felt a bit harsh, and for a moment I hesitated about staying. However, once we actually arrived, that impression completely changed. Everyone who assisted us during our stay was very warm and welcoming, with genuine hospitality, and there was nothing at all that concerned me. The property was spotless throughout, and the lounge was comfortable—I was able to relax at ease. Above all, the food was outstanding. Each dish was prepared with great care while considering harmony with soy sauce, and I could truly feel the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and passion behind the cooking. Although the dishes made excellent use of soy sauce flavors, they never left an overly salty aftertaste—even after finishing everything—and I enjoyed every bite until the end. Because dinner was so exceptional, I would have been even happier if breakfast had been a bit more substantial. Including not only the cuisine but also the atmosphere and overall comfort of the inn, it became a truly memorable stay. This is a place I would definitely like to return to.

We stayed at this wonderful property during our Shikoku trip in 2021 and enjoyed it so much that we returned this time with my parents. The guest room with a private open-air hot spring bath was just as fantastic as ever, and both the in-room dinner and breakfast seemed even more delicious than before! My elderly parents were able to relax at their own pace and were very satisfied. Whenever we come to Matsuyama again, we will definitely stay here again.

This Hotel is clean and relaxing, both outside and inside. The calm, tasteful interior made for a very comfortable stay. The attentive service was excellent, and I would like to stay here again. I also appreciate that you delivered the items I forgot.

This was my first solo trip, and I stayed here for the first time. I was very satisfied, as I was able to spend a quiet, extraordinary time just as the Accommodation’s concept promises. The food was delicious and plentiful, and best of all it was brought to my Room so I could relax and enjoy my meal there. The season I stayed was summer, but even in the open-air bath I didn’t see any insects at all, and I could enjoy it comfortably again and again. Perhaps you had taken insect-prevention measures? Thank you for such a relaxing stay. This is an Accommodation I would love to visit again.

We had a wonderful time enjoying activities such as exploring caves by pleasure boat and at the private beach, and collecting sea glass. What impressed us most was how comfortable the bedding was. We slept very well and would love to use similar bedding at home. If you don’t mind, we would be grateful if you could tell us the manufacturer and product name of the bedding you use. Thank you for such a lovely stay—we were completely satisfied and would definitely like to stay again.

This hotel truly embodies exceptional hospitality. The service is attentive, courteous, and thoughtful—and the same goes for the dining. Not only are the flavors and ingredients outstanding, but it’s rare to encounter cuisine prepared with this level of care. I also loved the comfortable room, the hot stone spa, and the atmospheric semi-open-air bath. At all times, you can enjoy a pleasantly private space as well. By the way, on long drives the windshield tends to get dirty and obstruct your view, and although it bothers you, you often end up leaving it (maybe it’s just me?). I was impressed time and again by thoughtful touches like having it quietly wiped clean before departure. So-called “popular inns” often raise expectations too high before your stay, so in reality they can be disappointing more often than not. However, this was a rare hotel that made me want to visit with the stay itself as the purpose of my trip.

I stayed in a newly renovated Room, and it was wonderful. The in-room perks were excellent. In particular, the all-you-can-eat gelato was an incredibly generous service—perfect after the Onsen—and I enjoyed trying many different flavors. Everything was delicious. The pre-dinner aperitif can be chosen from the menu, and the lounge coffee machine is truly high-quality, so I used it many times. Both the quality and quantity of the meals were very satisfying, and what impressed me most was the staff. There were many young team members, but everyone’s hospitality was outstanding. Some staff members spent a long time chatting with elderly guests because they were approached for conversation, yet they responded without showing any displeasure at all—I was genuinely impressed. You can also enjoy two different types of Onsen water, and I think this Accommodation offers excellent value for money. I will definitely return again. I was truly impressed by the beauty and the food. It made me see Maebashi in a new light—like a world of art. The lounge atmosphere changed throughout the day, and I was able to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing space. Thank you very much.
