This time, we stayed during the firefly season in late May. After dinner, just as the Accommodation advised us, we walked to a viewing spot along the “Yoboshigawa” River that flows near the Accommodation. Due to the impact of flooding a few years ago, we were told there are fewer fireflies now, so it wasn’t quite “firefly hunting,” but my spouse and I enjoyed watching fireflies flitting about here and there, feeling like kids again for a while. The viewing spot on the Yoboshigawa River is about 400 meters south of the Accommodation along the road, making for a nice post-dinner walk (haha). After that, it was back to enjoying the Onsen. I’ve written reviews several times in the past about their hospitality and service, meals, and Onsen/baths; as always, we received warm hospitality and had another very satisfying stay this time as well. We’ll be back again.

We stayed here for our daughter’s birthday. They kindly accommodated our same-day request by phone for a BBQ, which left a great impression even before we arrived. From the moment we arrived, the courteous service throughout made our stay very pleasant. The Facility was clean, and our whole family was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

Above all, the food was delicious. The service was also excellent. The bath at Fujimitei was great, but the pool and baths in the spa building felt a bit dated. If I were to stay again, I would choose the same plan—Fujimitei plus the course meal—and relax at Fujimitei. The three-minute fireworks show launched one after another and was truly impressive.

We stayed to celebrate my father’s 80th birthday. We had dinner at arco on the 42nd floor. They prepared a dessert plate, and my father was very happy. The website said we could see fireworks from the 42nd floor, so we made a Reservation, but unfortunately they were not visible from the restaurant. (However, after leaving the restaurant, we were able to see them briefly from the lobby.) We also had breakfast at arco the next morning, and the Tsuno sparkling wine and cheese were delicious. My mother especially enjoyed the galette. The ocean view from our Room was wonderful, and I’m grateful that we could do something meaningful for my parents. We would love to visit again.

We stayed in the ocean-side Special Room “Winter Moon” (Japanese-Western style). When we were shown to the Room and stepped inside, we couldn’t help but gasp at the breathtaking view of Matsushima spread out before us—absolutely wonderful! The Room was very spacious, easy to use, and lovely. Although there is a large bath in the Room, we went to the large public bath on the first floor. The view from there was also beautiful, and the open-air bath was so comfortable that it felt like we could soak forever. Even though it was a holiday period with many guests staying, everything—including the bathing area—was impeccably clean and well maintained. It also felt calm and relaxing, so we were able to spend our time very comfortably. For dinner, we requested a Japanese restaurant. The dishes there were also beautiful and delicious, full of seasonal flavors using ingredients from Miyagi. The service at the restaurant was excellent as well, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

We stayed for two nights and had a truly wonderful time. All of the front desk staff were very kind, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Both the Room and the Facility were excellent, and our whole family was very satisfied! We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

In my previous Review, I wrote, “The bath is so spacious—I wish I’d brought bath salts,” and this time bath salts had been added to the amenities, which made it incredibly relaxing (lol). When I made the Reservation, I hadn’t really noticed, but the Plan included a free-flow service during afternoon café time, which was quietly very helpful. After sightseeing, we came back to the Hotel tired from walking and were able to enjoy tea for about an hour before heading out for dinner—such a nice refresh for a mother-and-daughter trip. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection, including Hiroshima specialties like conger eel rice, seafood teppanyaki, and even roast beef—very satisfying. All of the restaurant staff were friendly; if you stay here, getting breakfast included and skipping lunch might be the way to go (lol).

The location is right in front of the station and easy to find, and the Room was spacious and relaxing. The amenities were high quality, and everything was very comfortable. Free drinks and snacks in the lobby were available for guests to enjoy freely, which felt generous rather than stingy—much appreciated. All the staff were full of hospitality. A highly recommended Accommodation.

I visited Arima Onsen Koyokaku with my elderly mother on Respect for the Aged Day. The guest room felt a bit dated, but the Onsen and kaiseki cuisine were outstanding. All service throughout the Hotel was warm and impeccable, and the Shuttle Service driver was also very courteous. It was a truly satisfying trip, and I will definitely visit again.

This hotel is conveniently located near USJ. With Universal CityWalk just a short walk away, it was easy to access restaurants and convenience stores, which was a big help during our stay. The room was clean and well maintained, and I loved the cute “WELCOME” board on the wall. It also had hooks for hanging small items, so it was not only nice to look at but also very practical. The headboard area was easy to use as well, and I appreciated how thoughtfully everything was designed down to the smallest details. I’d definitely like to stay here again when visiting USJ! I didn’t try it this time, but I’d like to have breakfast next time.

I stayed here on the 1st and 3rd nights of a 3-night, 4-day trip. I’ve stayed many times, and it’s always very comfortable. This time I was traveling during a typhoon, but because the hotel is adjacent to Tokyo Station, I was able to enjoy various places without getting wet in the rain, which was a huge help. The Room is always clean, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff were very kind and treated my children warmly as well. I will definitely stay again.

I stayed here the night before heading to Miyazaki during Silver Week. The reason for staying overnight in Kumamoto was to have dinner at a certain Italian chain restaurant that has since disappeared from Fukuoka Prefecture. What made me choose this hotel was its great location—just a few minutes’ walk from that restaurant—and the fact that it’s a hotel where even members of the Imperial Family have stayed, with a wonderful view of Kumamoto Castle. It turned out to be absolutely the right choice! The room is a bit dated, but it’s spacious and has an upscale feel, and you can see Kumamoto Castle from the window at a perfect angle. Fresh flowers were displayed in the lobby and by the elevators, which made me happy. The restaurant we wanted to visit was just a short walk away, and the Kamitori arcade was also nearby, making it very convenient for sightseeing. And above all, breakfast was delicious!! I felt that each item was high quality. In particular, the curry bread wasn’t greasy at all—it was crispy and honestly the best I’ve ever had! I couldn’t believe how light it felt even in the morning. My husband, who loves coffee, also said the coffee was excellent. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel’s Chinese restaurant also looked great, so next time I’d like to come to Kumamoto specifically to stay here. Thank you!

You can warm up thoroughly in the sauna, cool down properly in the cold plunge, and fully relax in the recovery area. In addition, amenities are well stocked, including toothbrushes, razors, exfoliating scrub towels, salted candies, an ultra-cold water dispenser, and ice. The Room is also spacious with a great view—very satisfying.

We stayed for two nights. There were four adults in one Room (Garden Twin), but even with four beds it didn’t feel cramped, and we were able to relax comfortably. Since it was a family trip, the spacious open closet was also great for preventing forgotten items. Each bed had its own power outlets, which was extremely convenient. We expected a garden-side Room, but we could also see the ocean from the balcony, which was wonderful. I also personally liked that you can choose only the services you need at check-in. Since I usually carry a water bottle, I really appreciated the water dispenser service available in the Hotel. We were able to enjoy plenty of delicious water. It would have been nice if the provided pitcher were a bit larger, but there were two so it wasn’t inconvenient. They were acrylic, so there was no worry about breaking when carrying them around, and they looked stylish as well. It was also fun to boil water in the cute De’Longhi thermos kettle and enjoy tea. As is common at many Resort Hotels these days, the pajamas here were very comfortable and helped me sleep soundly. A small detail, but both the Room trash bin and the bathroom trash bin had liners properly fitted, which made them easy to use. Breakfast around 8:00 was slightly crowded and there was some waiting time, but once we were seated we could relax at ease. We chose Western-style breakfast on day one and Japanese-style on day two; both were delicious and very filling. For dinner we chose BBQ, and on the second night they changed up the ingredients so we could enjoy something different. The carefully selected seafood and meat were all delicious, and there was more than enough food including rice and dessert. On the second night it felt like we had a private setting, and we truly appreciated all of the staff’s help. There is also a large public bath; it wasn’t an Onsen, but it was clean and relaxing, so we were satisfied. All of the staff members were pleasant as well—they spoke to us thoughtfully when needed without being intrusive—so we had a very comfortable stay. The Facility offerings and services felt just right—not too much or too little—and it felt like a Hotel where you can relax at your own pace. It rained on our first day, but early on our second morning there was sunshower weather and we got to see a rainbow. We’d love to come back in another season to enjoy both morning and evening ocean views again.

The service was truly flawless for a business hotel. With direct access to Asahikawa Station and a spacious, easy-to-use parking lot, the transportation access is excellent. I was very satisfied with everything: the staff’s professionalism and hospitality, the cleanliness and newness of the facilities, the spacious room, convenient features such as a separate shower room, and complimentary services like coffee. The only drawback was that the public bath was somewhat small and not a natural hot spring.

I’ve stayed here many times. The location is excellent. The meals are consistently well curated and delicious overall. The open-air bath with a sky view is wonderfully relaxing and soothing, and the service is also very good. I’ll likely return again.

This was my first time in Tokushima and my first stay at Sunroute, and considering the price, it was a very good Hotel.\nThe building isn’t new, but the Room has been renovated and is comfortable. The bath and toilet are separate, and the bathroom is spacious with a washing area. The towels were thick and fluffy.\nThe large public bath on the top floor isn’t very big, but it’s a natural Onsen with a sauna. There’s no need to bring towels from your Room, and the woman at reception was extremely kind.\nIt’s conveniently located in front of the station, and even if you’re driving, there’s an affiliated parking lot directly behind the Hotel.

On my second trip to Hokkaido, I stayed for the first time at a Noguchi Kanko hot spring inn. The food was delicious, and all the staff were very kind. While the building does show its age, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the hot spring baths were wonderful. For this level of quality at this price, it was an outstanding value.

We stayed as a couple, and my husband uses a wheelchair. It’s rare to find a Hotel this barrier-free. We had no inconveniences at all during our stay. Dinner was the standard Plan, but the portions were generous, and everything from the appetizers to the meat and rice was delicious. My husband especially liked the miso soup we had at both dinner and breakfast, so we bought miso at the shop. I wonder if we can make it well at home? From check-in to check-out, our stay was very comfortable. Thank you very much.

I stayed with a friend, and everything was excellent—we were completely satisfied with the service, meals, and price! The Room was clean and spacious, with the bath and toilet separate. The bathtub was large, and there was even a partition door to the bedroom, making it feel just like home. Breakfast was buffet-style, and everything we ate at the stylish café was delicious. The Kawagoe Koedo Sightseeing 1-Day Pass was included as well, so we enjoyed visiting several shrines and shopping along Koedo Street. My first trip to Kawagoe became a wonderful memory. This is a Hotel I would definitely stay at again.
