In a quiet location, I was able to relax and take my time. Breakfast was excellent. In addition to the buffet, there was a wide variety of dishes made with local ingredients, and I was very satisfied.

I stayed here during my business trip to Okinawa Main Island. Positive points: - Breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. - Convenient location and excellent Facility. - Outstanding service. Negative point: - Water pressure in the shower. Apart from the water heating issue, everything was perfect. I will stay here again!

These days, I was really glad to find a smoking Room. No matter which Hotel you stay at, you usually have to change clothes and go all the way to the smoking area. I’ve stayed in smoking Rooms before, but in many Hotels the smell is so trapped in the walls that even smokers think “ugh” the moment they open the door—this Room was clean. Non-smokers might not feel it that way; you may still notice an odor. This Hotel is truly smoker-friendly. I’ll definitely use it again—unless I quit smoking, haha.

We were able to stay with our dog and had a wonderful time. The meals were delicious, and the golf course greens viewed from the Hotel were dazzling.

This was our second stay here, but it was our first time trying the free curry. It was perfectly delicious—neither too home-style nor too much like a restaurant. My husband kept saying, “So good!” and had three bowls (lol). The location is excellent and the price is reasonable, so we’d love to stay again when traveling to Miyagi Prefecture. The Hotel staff are always courteous, and every time I stay here, I’m glad I chose this Hotel. The breakfast is consistently delicious. It’s clearly homemade, and you can tell it’s prepared with great care and attention. Being able to enjoy a tasty, well-balanced meal in the morning leaves me truly grateful.

The room was spacious and very comfortable! There is a convenience store right in front, and parking near the station was available for 900 yen overnight, making it a great accommodation for the trip! If I had to point out something, it would be that the bathroom tiles felt old and a bit dirty.

We visited for a company trip. When we had trouble arranging a taxi, the staff kindly assisted us, which was incredibly helpful. Thank you so much. During breakfast, the staff also greeted us warmly, allowing us to start our day pleasantly. If we have the chance to visit again, we would definitely love to stay here once more.

An affordable Accommodation with nothing to complain about

I booked this Hotel at short notice to avoid the typhoon. The parking area was covered, so we stayed dry, and although we arrived early due to the rain, they kindly let us wait in the lobby.

This is a clean, beautiful, and comfortable Room. The spacious bed is very comfortable, and on clear days you can even see Mt. Fuji. As train and car sounds can be heard nearby, guests who enjoy such ambience may appreciate it. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, including handmade rice balls, a Japanese-style omelet, Eggs Benedict, Greek yogurt, and more.

This was my repeat stay. This time I stayed in the “Tasogare” Room, and its calm atmosphere allowed me to truly relax. As someone who enjoys alcohol, the all-inclusive plan—where I can enjoy my favorite drinks without worrying about extra charges—is a major highlight unique to this Accommodation. Because you can take your time without watching the clock, it’s easy to end up staying longer than planned. Also, compared with my previous visit, there were more types of games available to bring into the Room, which could be great when staying with two or more people. The private sauna I look forward to every time also came with a full 90 minutes—plenty of time—and I really appreciated being able to use it at my own pace without worrying about others. After the sauna, I could unwind in the lobby, my Room, or the lounge, making for a truly luxurious experience. All of the staff were courteous and warm, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Even as a returning guest, it was nice to be treated with consistent kindness. If I had one small note: the slope leading down to the parking area is a bit steep, so drivers of low-clearance cars or those not confident behind the wheel may need to be cautious. That said, it seems unavoidable given the location. Overall, I was very satisfied again this time. I’d love to return in another season. Thank you very much.

I stayed here last year and it was so comfortable that I came back again this year. You can use the pool until late at night, the Room has a great view, and the on-site restaurant is excellent. It’s efficiently managed, so there are quite a few self-service aspects. That’s convenient with no hassle, but older guests may find it a bit confusing. Having a front-loading washing machine in the Room is extremely helpful (detergent is also provided). If you plan to enjoy the pool and other facilities, be sure to make your Reservation in the Central Building, as each building is separate.

This was our second stay, following last year. We stayed for two nights with four adults and our dog (a Yorkshire Terrier). The Room is spacious, so even a family of four can relax comfortably. The bedroom is also roomy—when we pushed the two beds together, there was still plenty of space for three people. The pet amenities were well stocked, and we had a very comfortable stay even with our dog. The kitchen is easy to use, and it’s convenient that almost everything you need is provided except seasonings. The refrigerator was pre-stocked with drinks such as wine, cup sake, craft beer, cider, and juice, as well as snacks and sweets—these thoughtful touches were much appreciated. One small disappointment was the coffee. Although there were four of us, there were only three coffee capsules; having one per person would be better. Also, we realized too late that coffee for the second day required advance request by the previous day, so we couldn’t receive it and ended up buying some from a vending machine. For a Multiple Night Stay, clearer guidance would be appreciated. The terrace feels private, and although it’s on the first floor, you can see Lake Ashi and the torii gate of Hakone Shrine through the trees—the location is excellent. Last year we noticed quite a lot of weeds in the garden area, but this time it was neatly maintained; we were happy to see that improvement. The terrace footbath was a bit too hot for us. Even at the lowest temperature setting it was still hot; we added water to adjust it but found it difficult to get just right. This may depend on the season and personal preference, but finer temperature control would be welcome. Once at a comfortable temperature, enjoying the footbath while feeling the evening breeze would be wonderful—and likely become one of our favorite moments unique to this Accommodation. The BBQ grill kept on the terrace is also easy to use, making casual BBQs another great feature. Overall, being able to spend time with family and our dog without worrying about others is what makes this place especially appealing. With well-equipped Facility features and amenities—and a relaxing atmosphere with Lake Ashi nearby—this is an Accommodation we’d love to return to again.

Our family of four stayed for two nights. At the dinner buffet, our 6-year-old daughter was thrilled by the wide variety of ice cream and got so excited! Our whole family enjoyed the meals and the Onsen. A few things we noticed: the elevator took a long time to arrive, it was hot inside the kids’ play area, and on the second day we were bothered by dust on the floor (possibly from the futons). The elevator situation may be difficult due to the building layout, but it would be even better for families with children if there were more efficient measures during busy times, such as better guidance. Overall, including leisure activities, it was a memorable and wonderful trip!

I stayed here for business. First of all, it’s cheap! The bed was good. The sleepwear was decent. Even though the Room has a bath and shower, there is also a large public bath on the top floor. There is also a microwave in the Room. I wouldn’t call it absolutely perfect, but at this price, I can’t think of anything to complain about. Next time I’m in Himeji, it will definitely be my first choice.

I booked while feeling uneasy because some negative Reviews stuck with me. In the end, if you don’t expect too much, you can be satisfied. The sukiyaki catering was generous and very satisfying. Breakfast was served individually rather than buffet-style, so we could eat at a relaxed pace. Drinks, rice, and pork miso soup were self-serve with free refills. Since it was a cool day—almost chilly—our dog stayed in a crate in the car. Honestly, it was a hassle that check-in/out and breakfast were at a Hotel about 5 minutes away by car. You’re given a map for the cottage, but it’s extremely hard to understand. I wish they would place arrows or signs at key turning points on site to make it clearer. The roads are narrow, and at night you’ll definitely get lost. The short set of steps from where you park to the cottage is tough. With lots of luggage for both people and our dog, you can’t use a cart either. It probably depends on the Room, but there was a full set of kitchen items, which was very convenient. No seasonings are provided. The large fridge and having plastic wrap available were small but helpful touches. Tap water is drinkable as-is, but if that concerns you, it’s better to bring your own drinks. The fridge is empty. There was only one bath towel and one smaller towel (the size you’d take into an Onsen bathing area) per person, which was inconvenient—I’d love two of each. Also, please provide newer towels; the ones for dogs were fluffier and made me wonder which were meant for people. I was very concerned about dampness in the closet where the bedding is stored and in the connected wardrobe area. It would be better managed with a dehumidifier. The insects I worried about were within an acceptable range; given the surrounding environment it can’t really be helped, so if you can’t handle bugs you should look for another Accommodation. The building is honestly old, but the Facility has been updated and everything was kept clean. Because it’s a standalone house-style building, it was very quiet and relaxing. There are no loungewear pajamas and amenities are minimal—so it’s different from staying at a Hotel—but checkout is 11:00 so we could take our time and enjoy things at our family’s pace overall we were very satisfied. Choosing no meals might also be good: shop at places like Tsuruya or local supermarkets/roadside stations (michi-no-eki) and prepare things yourself. That way you can stay with your dog all day too.

We stayed as a group of three, and the room was spacious enough with a large TV, offering great value for money. It’s also within walking distance to Tiffany's, which was very convenient. We were extremely satisfied. The front desk staff were all smiling and exuded hospitality, making our stay very pleasant.
