This time, I stayed here with my elderly parents. It was our second stay in six months, and although we weren’t blessed with good weather this time, we thoroughly enjoyed everything—the meals, the lounge, and the entertainment. My parents were very satisfied with everything, including the atmosphere, and were truly delighted with this trip. We would love to return again in the future.

In a word, I found it to be a very comfortable Hotel. The calm colors and atmosphere inside the Hotel helped me recover from the fatigue of my flight from Tokyo. The chilled shikuwasa drink I received at check-in was delicious! Thank you for upgrading our Room from a city view to a bay view. We were able to relax and watch planes taking off one after another from the airport. Breakfast was also exciting, with many Okinawan dishes on offer. Everything was delicious. As we are an elderly couple, we asked for a taxi to Shurijo Castle, and we truly appreciated how quickly you arranged one for us. We were also happy that it is close to the airport, and if we have another chance to visit Naha, this is the Hotel we would definitely like to stay at again.

This was my long-awaited trip to Huis Ten Bosch. I considered staying at one of the official Hotels inside the park, but chose this Hotel for its extensive Facilities, the large number of positive Reviews, and the reassurance of the Okura brand. Even before arriving at the main entrance by car, I was overwhelmed by the sheer scale of the building’s exterior. The stunning stepped atrium from the 1st to 3rd floors also set an exciting tone for a truly luxurious stay. The female bell staff member was exceptionally polite and kind, saying, “We’ll take your luggage up via a separate elevator, so please go ahead to your Room.” When I entered, there was an adorable teddy bear on the table by the window. The message card read, “Happy Birthday,” and since it was my birthday month, it was such a delightful surprise! She also wished me a happy birthday in person, which really moved me. From my Room we could see not only Huis Ten Bosch but also views out to open water—an amazing panorama. It was during the Obon holiday period so there must have been many guests staying, yet thanks to how spacious the Hotel is overall, it never felt crowded. Above all else, every staff member’s attentive service stood out. I’ve stayed at many Hotels and usually find something to complain about somewhere—but this time there wasn’t a single issue, and I enjoyed every moment in complete comfort. While this is clearly a Hotel designed with visits to Huis Ten Bosch in mind, once you cross the bridge there’s also a JR station (remarkably close to the waterfront), so on day two we took the train and went as far as Sasebo. It’s also very useful as a base for sightseeing in Nagasaki City or Sasebo. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety with plenty of both Japanese and Western options—I ended up eating far too much. This was my first time visiting Nagasaki and Huis Ten Bosch, and it became an unforgettable trip full of wonderful memories. Next time I’d love to stay longer—this truly is an outstanding Hotel. I stayed in a private Room with an open-air bath on the 7th floor. The Room was impeccably cleaned, and everything—from the air conditioning to overall comfort—was flawless. The in-room open-air bath, available 24 hours a day, was at the perfect temperature, and I could soak at my leisure to complete satisfaction. Above all, the dinner and breakfast were truly lavish! The taste was perfect, and each dish was thoughtfully crafted and a delight to look at as well. It’s also conveniently located near the shopping arcade, Dogo Onsen Honkan, and the tram station, making it very easy for sightseeing around Matsuyama City. This is an Accommodation I would definitely like to stay at again.

There is an Onsen with an open-air bath on the top floor of a high-rise building right next to Oita Station, offering a panoramic view of the city. Breakfast was delicious, and the buffet with a boxed set allowed me to choose my portion size while enjoying locally sourced ingredients and regional dishes. The Room size was average, but it was clean and well maintained. This time I traveled solo, but next time I’d like to come with my family.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with two adults and one child (5 years old). The room wasn’t very large, but the hotel is new, so it was very clean and well maintained, and we had a comfortable stay. We booked with breakfast included; there was a wide variety of options and everything tasted great. For guests from Tokyo, it may be easiest to picture an area similar to Toyosu.

The food was delicious and wonderfully unique! Clear soup with junsai and clams (in addition to a hearty miso soup!), plus plenty of seasonal fruit (Shine Muscat grapes, red and green-fleshed melon), Matsumoto watermelon, and more. Everything felt more thoughtfully prepared than what I’ve had elsewhere, and I enjoyed it very much. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

From the Room on the 13th floor, I could see Sakurajima. The Room was excellent, and the Onsen was great as well. I checked out before 6:00 due to my schedule, so it was a shame I didn’t have time to try the highly rated breakfast. The staff greeted me with smiles, making for a comfortable stay. It was a great-value Hotel.

This Hotel made our stay in Shiretoko even more special. This time, we were kindly upgraded to a better Room, and we were truly moved by the unexpected thoughtfulness. The guest Room was spacious and comfortable, with a calm atmosphere that let us fully enjoy our time away. What left the strongest impression was the large public bath. It was roomy and very clean, and soaking at a relaxed pace was the perfect way to ease away the day’s fatigue. All of the staff were consistently kind, attentive, and professional while maintaining just the right sense of distance, which allowed us to feel at ease throughout our stay. The entire Accommodation had a serene ambiance, and we felt it enriched our time in Shiretoko even more. This is a Hotel we would definitely like to return to when we visit Shiretoko again. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Everything was wonderful as expected—the room, bath, facilities, meals, and service. The meals were elaborate Japanese cuisine and truly enjoyable. With its retro atmosphere and small number of rooms that kept it from feeling crowded, the inn was extremely comfortable and relaxing. The hospitality was, of course, excellent. The large public bath is a little on the small side, but there are plenty of private baths available and it never felt crowded, so it wasn’t an issue at all. Gero Onsen is quite far for us so it’s not easy to visit often, but this is an inn that makes you want to come back.

We stayed with my mother to celebrate her 88th birthday, along with my wife and me. We had requested slightly smaller portions, and the meal was still more than satisfying—we were able to relax and enjoy it at a leisurely pace. As a surprise, the staff gave us a heartwarming celebration for her 88th birthday, and I’m truly grateful that I was able to show my appreciation as a child in such a meaningful way. Thank you very much for your thoughtful care for my mother, who has difficulty walking, especially during the transfers to and from the station and to our detached room. Lastly, when you said “Please come again,” I could accept those words sincerely. Thank you very much.

The staff’s attitude and service, the Room cleaning, the bathroom cleanliness, the views and night scenery, and the lounge were all outstanding—I couldn’t find a single negative point. Adding breakfast was absolutely the right choice! The luxurious dishes, complimentary à la carte items, and drinks were all excellent.

From check-in to check-out, we received very attentive hospitality. The Room, bath, meals, and service were all excellent—an Accommodation we were truly satisfied with. We had such a meaningful stay that we didn’t want to return to reality. Thank you very much.

We stayed on September 27. We had a relaxing and enjoyable time with both the Facility and the meals. The baths offered a variety of styles, and we were very satisfied. Our Room had a sauna, a cold bath, and an outdoor air bathing area, which was soothing throughout our stay. We are truly glad we made a Reservation at Sennen-tei. If we have the opportunity again, we look forward to staying with you.

Thank you for taking care of us during our son’s graduation ceremony. The service, the Onsen, and the meals were all wonderful. This time, we enjoyed visiting Rurikoji Temple, where the construction was completed in half a day, and touring the foot baths. With a bus stop right in front of the Hotel, getting around is very convenient. Everyone was so kind that we came to love Yamaguchi even more.

This time, we visited Lake Kawaguchi and Hakone for the first time, looking forward to seeing Mt. Fuji as part of my wife’s birthday trip. Although it was too cloudy to see the Mt. Fuji we had hoped for, we stayed at Setsugetsuka Bettei Suiun in Hakone and were able to fully enjoy the area. Our Room was a Standard Fourth, and it was very practical and well maintained with thorough cleaning, so we had a comfortable stay. The Onsen was at just the right temperature for me and left me feeling refreshed from the core, and it was also great to be able to use L’OCCITANE shampoo. For dinner, being able to choose the main dish and rice during the meal felt like a thoughtful service that let us decide based on our appetite. Breakfast offered such an abundant variety that we were so full we couldn’t even eat lunch afterward. The after-bath lounge area, along with complimentary drinks and snacks on each floor, was also a welcome service whenever we felt a little hungry. The staff’s hospitality was polite and easy to understand, which left a strong impression on us as well. After checkout we went to Gora Park, and at that time a parking staff member kindly advised us that taking the mountain railway one stop would allow us to walk downhill from top to bottom more easily—very helpful advice for an older couple like us. We hope to come back soon for our “I want to see Mt. Fuji with my own eyes!” revenge trip, and when we do, we would love to stay with you again.

I stayed at this hotel to attend the Kirin Cup Final. In the past, I chose hotels near Tokyo Station, but after the match the area was extremely crowded and it was very difficult to get back to my hotel. This time, to avoid that hassle, I booked this hotel instead and had a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff who assisted when I left my luggage, as well as those who helped me at check-in and check-out, were wonderfully attentive and truly impressed me. Breakfast was buffet-style. I’m not usually a fan of buffets so I don’t eat much, but this restaurant had a great variety of options, and both the omelet and toast were delicious. When attending events at Japan National Stadium, I would love to stay here again.

I had made reservations several times before, but never had the chance to stay until this visit. The Cerulean Lounge was a wonderful space with a Japanese ambiance, and I loved the wide selection of individually wrapped sweets. I was also able to enjoy matcha at a relaxed pace and had a lovely time. For breakfast, I dined at “Sakuragaoka.” Everything was delicious, especially the rice cooked in a traditional kiln and the grilled fish. Thank you as well for accommodating my allergies.

Located in the heart of town, it’s very convenient for sightseeing. The exterior is small and understated, but once inside you’re welcomed by a warm, hospitable atmosphere that feels like a special escape. The in-room bath isn’t a hot spring, but there is always plenty of hot water, so you can soak whenever you like. The complimentary snacks in the lounge were also delicious. Dinner is served in a private room, where you can relax and enjoy an excellent meal. One Hida Takayama specialty after another is brought out. For an additional fee, you can add more Hida beef dishes or upgrade the cut; my daughter chose shabu-shabu, my husband chose seared sushi, and I upgraded the cut—and everything was highly satisfying. It’s exciting to watch the shabu-shabu and seared sushi finished right in front of you. Dinner, breakfast, and the lounge were all outstanding. Every staff member was kind and helpful. We’re truly glad we chose this inn.

I planned to go to Yamanashi to buy grapes and initially looked for a Ryokan, but couldn’t find a suitable one, so we decided to stay at Dormy Inn. We had a twin Room, and since it was an upper-floor corner Room, it was slightly larger than a standard twin. Both the front desk staff and the dining staff were courteous. Breakfast also featured Yamanashi specialties and was delicious. On the morning of the second day, I went to the bath at 5:00 a.m., expecting it wouldn’t be crowded, but five older Asian women took over both the indoor bath and the open-air bath, talking loudly nonstop. They also left towels in the washing area, so I couldn’t relax. I think it would be helpful if guests could be reminded about bath etiquette in advance.
