Thank you for taking care of us during our visit home to see family. 　 When I made the Reservation, I didn’t know there would be a fireworks festival on our stay date. After realizing it the day before, I called to ask about traffic restrictions. You explained everything very kindly and thoroughly, which allowed us to head there with peace of mind. 　 At check-in, you clearly explained how to use the parking area and the Facility, and also gave us helpful advice related to the fireworks festival. Your service was truly pleasant. In addition, I accidentally left my car key at the counter, but you went out of your way to find it and bring it back to me later—thank you very much. 　 The Room was spacious and well maintained, so we were able to relax comfortably. However, since this is a pension-style Accommodation, soundproofing is somewhat limited. We could hear children from a family staying upstairs running around. As it didn’t quiet down even after the designated time (10:00 PM), I informed a staff member; after a while the footsteps stopped, so I believe you took some kind of action. 　 The location is convenient: there’s a 24-hour supermarket nearby as well as public baths and restaurants, so even with No Meals Included we had no trouble at all. Cooking utensils, tableware, and an IH cooktop are fully provided too, so self-catering is easy. 　 Shirarahama Beach is about a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to go swimming in the sea. We were also able to watch the fireworks up close that day and were very satisfied. 　 This was an Accommodation I’d like to use again when I have another chance. Thank you!

We stayed with three people. Since it’s a 2LDK, having separate bedrooms is really nice. The view is amazing! We also appreciated that there were plenty of towels. It would be helpful if a drying rack for laundry could be placed in the Room from the start. We stayed here two years in a row. We’d like to choose this place again.

My wife and I stayed here together. For the past five years or so, we’ve been traveling out of the prefecture about once every month or two. We’re not the type to spend a lot on where we stay. New chain Hotels aren’t bad, but sometimes the cleaning isn’t thorough or the service feels a bit careless. This time, I thought it might be nice to stay at a slightly older Hotel, so we chose Business Hotel Katsuya. The Room (Japanese-style with a unit bath) and the shared bathhouse are a bit dated, but they are very well maintained, so we had a comfortable stay. The staff were courteous, and breakfast was delicious Japanese food (rice, salted grilled salmon, ham and salad, pickles, seasoned nori seaweed, egg tofu, small side dish with vinegar dressing, and miso soup). Coffee was also included as self-service, which we appreciated. Thanks to that, we were able to start the next morning feeling refreshed and enjoy sightseeing all day. I’d like to stay here again when traveling to Wakayama.

The location is a bit farther from Kokusai Street than expected, about a 10-minute walk with an incline. It’s also about a 13-minute walk from Makishi Station, so it requires some walking. The room is spacious and close to a convenience store. There is a refrigerator, but the freezer is small and doesn’t hold much ice cream. It would have been nice if there was drinking water in the refrigerator. I chose this place because it has an in-room washing machine, which is rare in Naha, but since it wasn’t a gas dryer, drying was insufficient. Overall, I am generally satisfied. If walking isn’t an issue for you, your satisfaction level will likely be high as well.

The Ryokan staff were very attentive, and the food was excellent. I would love to stay again if I have the opportunity.

We stayed at this accommodation for our first trip to Yufuin from Tokyo and to celebrate a birthday. At first, we were surprised that the staff were mostly foreigners, but then a Japanese staff member came out and provided very polite service. The room was spacious with a soothing aroma of tea that made us feel relaxed. The private open-air onsen was amazing with great ambiance and water quality, plus there was something like a courtyard which made it feel even more spacious and wonderful! I love onsens so much that I visit private open-air ones twice a month, but this one was truly exceptional compared to others I've experienced. There is also a family bath with beautiful views of Mount Yufu. The creative dinner dishes were delicious and satisfying, but what touched me the most was the thoughtful birthday celebration service they provided—thank you so much! This accommodation exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely love to stay here again!

The Facility was clean, and the view was great. Unfortunately, since it was the day before a typhoon, we couldn’t see the starry sky. The BBQ meat was delicious. However, I would have preferred chicken thigh instead of drumettes—just my personal opinion. The shrimp were also plump and tasty.

I stayed for one night. It is a hotel like an apartment where you can cook and do laundry. The bath is separate from the toilet, and above all, it is clean and new, which I am very satisfied with. If I have a business trip planned in this area again, I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed as three families and booked three villas. Each villa had a lovely Room, and we had a very comfortable stay. The complimentary drinks and snacks at the management building were also a nice touch. Since it was still a bit early for ocean activities, we brought our own fishing gear and relaxed. The staff kindly arranged the setup so all three families could dine together, and we had a great time sharing BBQ, bouillabaisse, and sushi. We were worried dinner might not be enough, so we bought extra meat beforehand, but it turned out to be more than enough—everything was delicious. The clam miso soup served with the sushi was especially outstanding. Breakfast was also stylish, with bagels as the main item on the plate, and it tasted great. However, for children who don’t like bagels or for my father who has dental issues, they were too hard to eat—so it would be nice to have a choice of several options such as croissants or French toast. The yogurt was plain with no sweetness, so fruit yogurt or jam served on the side would be appreciated. The Room was comfortable overall, and both the beds and futons felt wonderful. One small inconvenience was that there wasn’t a place to hang bath towels; having one behind the sink would be helpful. There were hangers and a rack, but once we hung jackets and clothes it was full. Since swimwear is required in Rooms with an outdoor bath, I think additional hangers and space to dry wet swimsuits are necessary. I’ve noted some points here, but overall this was an excellent Accommodation and we would love to visit again. All staff members were kind and responded thoughtfully to our requests. I chose this Accommodation for a fishing trip, and while the catch at the hidden fishing spot was… well… okay, I had a great time! There were lots of first-time experiences, and the service offered a nice level of freedom, so I think it’s a great place for fishing lovers. Also, the bath was an Onsen! It felt wonderful. If I get the chance to visit in a different season, I’d love to stay again—probably for fishing again.

The facility was well-equipped, very clean, and completely odor-free. Having a BBQ space with ingredients provided was extremely convenient. Additionally, staying here comes with the perk of receiving discount services at restaurants in Tsumekizaki, which was a delightful bonus. However, the number of buses decreases from afternoon to evening, requiring a considerable walk from the bus stop to the accommodation. It is recommended to plan your time and transportation carefully in advance.

It was our first time staying here. We arrived before check-in, and we had BBQ meat in a cooler box. When we asked at the information desk if we could use a refrigerator, they kindly agreed. Playing in the river, the fountain park, trout catching, and the Onsen were all close by and easy to get to. There were also plenty of shaded parking spots thanks to all the trees. The Accommodation was very clean, and we enjoyed a fun BBQ dinner on the balcony. Since guests can use the Onsen as much as they like, Grandpa and Grandma went three times! I (Grandma) made the Reservation, and our grandchildren liked it so much that they said they want to come back here again next year. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

We stayed at this condominium as a couple. It’s very spacious and a detached house, so it’s fine even if children run around. Next time, we’d love to bring our grandchildren too!

We visited as a couple. The Onsen was wonderful—both the view and the water were excellent. We liked it so much that we went in many times. The meals were all about abalone!! There was so much abalone that we couldn’t finish it, and my husband said he didn’t want to see abalone for a while (lol). But every dish was very delicious. In the Room, stink bugs may appear, so if you’re not comfortable with them, you may not be able to sleep.

We made a Reservation for this Accommodation as our first trip away with our child just before starting weaning foods. Just as other Reviews said, both dinner and breakfast were very generous, and everything looked and tasted amazing—this alone made us glad we stayed here. The amenities were also very well stocked, and since we mentioned when booking that we had an infant, they prepared not only adult items but also baby lotion and more, which we really appreciated. If there’s one thing to note, we drove to the Accommodation but the route was a bit hard to follow and we got slightly lost before arriving, so it may be helpful to check the directions in advance.

The dinner and breakfast were very delicious. The portions were generous, and we were very satisfied. The Room was clean, but it was disappointing that the toilet in the Room did not have a bidet seat. The shared toilet on the 1st floor had a bidet seat and was very clean. This is a pension we would like to visit again.

With access to the sauna and an open-air bath, plus an ocean view, this price is a great value. Though compact, the Facility is thoughtfully designed and very functional, and the towels and sheets felt great on the skin—I slept soundly. I’d love to stay again.

Thank you for taking care of us during our sightseeing trip. The staff at check-in were polite and wonderful. However, the location of the “RITA Goshomachi” check-in counter was hard to find. This time there were no other guests, so we were able to relax as if we had the place to ourselves. Thanks to that, we could use the living room comfortably like our own home. The brewery for the sake “Kaze no Mori” is very close by, and it was great to buy some at a nearby liquor store and enjoy it slowly in the living room. The Room was very stylish, and everything was thoroughly cleaned and extremely spotless. We could also borrow bicycles for free, which was convenient for getting around Gose town. There was also a public bath just a short walk away—retro with an amazing atmosphere. It’s an Accommodation we would definitely like to use again when we visit Gose City. My first time in Kurokawa Onsen. We stayed at Shinmeikan, famous for its cave bath. We drove there with a rental car, and on the way I was honestly surprised by how narrow the road was—like, “Is it really okay to go this way?” But that’s part of what makes Kurokawa Onsen feel special. Most of the staff are from overseas, but everyone was friendly and their Japanese was truly excellent. Even those who were a bit hesitant communicated their sincerity, and it made me want to cheer them on. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious. The entire building and our Room struck a great balance—keeping the charm of its age while updating what needed to be updated—so it was very comfortable. As for the baths, we managed to try all five: the famous cave bath, Iwato Bath, Kaze-no-Yu, Kajika-no-Yu, and an indoor bath. Each one had a completely different atmosphere, so we felt fully satisfied without needing to go Onsen-hopping at other Ryokan. The women’s cave bath is quite long, and it’s amazing to think this was actually dug out. I’d always wanted to visit Kurokawa Onsen, and staying at Shinmeikan left me truly satisfied—it became a wonderful memory.

We had a wonderful family trip during the New Year. The meals were incredible, with an abundance of crab and sashimi, followed by tempura and chawanmushi just when we thought we couldn’t eat any more! The final dish of zosui was absolutely perfect. The private baths at night allowed our family to relax together comfortably. The staff provided such warm and welcoming service that it felt like returning home. A special thank you to the driver who kindly took us on an outdoor hot spring tour despite the heavy snow! We will definitely visit again.
