I had planned to stay with my elderly parents while visiting a family grave, but they ended up going home. It was late, but I called my eldest son and daughter who live in Tokyo, and we enjoyed a one-night family stay together. We were able to sleep with four beds lined up, and we also had access to the lounge. As others have mentioned, the staff worked seamlessly as a team and took great care of us—I truly appreciated it. The weather wasn’t great, so I hope to come back for another try. We didn’t have time for the pool either, which was a shame—next time for sure.

I actually made a mistake with my Reservation this time, and only realized it at check-in, but the staff handled it so kindly that it really helped. I felt terrible because it was my fault, and I’m truly grateful. Everyone at the Hotel was very pleasant, which also made my impression of the Hotel even better. In any case, it’s so close to the station that it’s simply perfect. The Room layout also feels relaxing. I think this is a great Hotel when you want to take it easy and enjoy a slow staycation. I always look forward to breakfast when staying here, and once again the selection did not disappoint. The Japanese-style side dishes were delicious, and the Sanuki udon was excellent as well. I was also happy they had green juice. Overall, it felt like a health-conscious menu. The dining area is spacious and bright, which is nice. One downside is that the Room slippers are not disposable. There’s no note saying they’ve been sanitized either, so I wipe them down with disinfecting wipes I bring with me; having something like a sanitizing spray would be appreciated. Other than that, the Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. When you take the elevator down to the first floor, there’s a café right there as well, and guests receive a discount there, which was a nice perk. There’s also a convenience store just steps away on the same floor. Both are close enough to reach without an umbrella even in the rain. In that sense too, it’s a very convenient location. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby (including in the station building), which makes exploring fun as well. They also have laundry facilities, and during the day it seems fine to open your laptop and work in the breakfast area—so for business travelers on a Multiple Night Stay, this might be an especially good Hotel.

Because I love this Hotel and it’s perfect for visiting the theme park, I ended up staying here again. I was completely satisfied with both the facilities and the service. Every staff member was wonderful, and I always find myself thinking how glad I am that I came back. The high quality of the breakfast buffet truly lives up to everyone’s Reviews—I can only say, “I’m so glad I ate it.” We also had dinner at Bella Luce. The signature dish “Rossini” was recommended to us, so we upgraded and ordered it. Honestly, I’m truly glad we did—it was absolutely delicious. We’ll be back. Thank you very much.

Thank you for taking care of us for our 1-night, 2-day stay! From the moment we entered the Hotel, it was a wonderful space. The staff were very kind, and the Room was spacious and extremely comfortable! Breakfast was served buffet-style, with Ishikawa specialties and items you don’t often see at other hotels—such as drinkable yogurt, pudding, and smoothies—so we were excited from the morning. We’ll definitely stay here again when we visit Ishikawa!

It was conveniently close—about a 90-minute trip from Osaka. The ocean view was amazing, and the scenery was outstanding. It didn’t feel old at all, and the staff were polite and attentive. Since we traveled with our children, they enjoyed table tennis, the pool, and more from check-in onward, and we had a great time staying inside the Hotel. The restaurant food was also excellent, and when I mentioned it was my daughter’s birthday, a young female staff member at the restaurant gave her such thoughtful hospitality that we were truly moved. We would definitely love to stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here again for the first time in a year. The entire Room had been renovated. The bed was an Airweave, which I had wanted to try, and I slept very comfortably. Breakfast had also been upgraded with sandwiches and more—the fruit sandwich was delicious. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here while traveling by car from Kyoto. The location was great, and it was a relaxing place to unwind after our trip. Breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed plenty of it.

This was my first stay here, and it was a truly comfortable, relaxing, and wonderful hotel. All of the staff were very kind and pleasant as well. The room felt clean and cozy, with a great view. It also had a lanai where I could enjoy coffee and unwind. Above all, the hot spring baths and breakfast were amazing. The hot spring water was excellent, and the breakfast buffet used plenty of local ingredients—it was truly delicious. It really was a fantastic hotel. This was my second stay. I really appreciate that bath amenities include bath salts. The Room TV has been upgraded to a smart TV, so it was great being able to watch Netflix and YouTube. I stayed on the 3rd floor and couldn’t hear any outside noise. I thought the breakfast was better than last time. There were also some dishes I hadn’t seen before (I can’t remember the name, but something like fish tempura mixed with a sauce?), and it was delicious! All-you-can-eat Blue Seal ice cream is also a big plus. (You scoop it yourself with a disher.) There were three flavors, and I went back for seconds twice. Next time I stay, I’ll definitely book breakfast again.

This was my first trip to Iwate Prefecture. It’s far from home, so I hesitated a bit, but since I could use a municipal Discount Coupon, I decided to book—and I’m glad I did. I had seen a Review saying check-in took a long time, but for me it was around 3:50 p.m. on a weekday and everything went smoothly with no issues. The Room was new and impeccably clean. It was a Room with a semi-open-air bath, and I really appreciated having two bath mats and two thick bath towels per person. The tuna carving show was fun, and the food was delicious. What impressed me most was the excellent service. I wish I could give six stars! From the Shuttle Service driver from Morioka Station to the dining staff—everyone was polite and kind. The temperature of the open-air bath in my Room felt a little cool late at night, so at 5:00 a.m. I called the front desk even though I felt bad about it. They came to my Room right away without showing any displeasure and adjusted the temperature for me. They were so pleasant that it left me feeling warmly cared for, and it really stayed with me. The reason I rated “Guest room & amenities” as 4 is that there were no towels in the toilet area of the Room, and there were no shower caps or hair ties. For women who take multiple baths, these are essential, so please consider providing them. I’m truly glad we made the trip. Even my usually critical husband praised both the meals and how comfortable the Room was. Thank you very much for your hospitality and for giving us such wonderful memories. I would definitely like to stay again.

I originally chose to stay at Yunoyama Onsen because I wanted to relax in the Onsen. The Onsen was wonderfully soothing, and I enjoyed it many times, but to be honest, the meals were even better than expected—exceptionally delicious, with thoughtful touches in each ingredient—so I was just as satisfied, if not more so, than with the Onsen. The welcome drink and shiratama sweets, as well as the sweets café after dinner, were not the kind of “just for show” desserts you often find; they were genuinely delicious sweets, which was another highlight. Since it was summer vacation there were many families with children, and seeing them enjoy the festival games brought back memories of letting my own child play at a similar festival at Ogoto Onsen years ago. The Room was clean, and above all, the hospitality of all the staff was outstanding. I was especially impressed by how hard one international staff member working as a trainee was trying. I would definitely like to stay again—thank you very much.

We stayed to celebrate our wedding anniversary. When we arrived, our room had been upgraded. 　It was a corner room on the 8th floor with an amazing view of Matsumoto Castle right in front of us. The room was spacious, and the bed was a luxurious canopy bed. It was very comfortable. 　The breakfast venue was also gorgeous, located in the former Dai-ichi Kangyo Bank building with chandeliers. While the selection wasn’t huge, each item was delicious and made with carefully sourced local ingredients. I especially loved the salad dressing (wasabi soy sauce dressing). When I asked a staff member about it, someone knowledgeable came over and gave me detailed information about where to buy it. That staff member also shared lots of tips about Azumino—such as roadside stations and local specialties we planned to visit that day—so we had a really enjoyable conversation. One of the best parts of traveling is interacting with local people, so I’m glad we could talk about so many things. The only downside was that one corner of the sofa armrest in the room was torn, which was disappointing.

My family and I have stayed here several times. Our favorite point is the excellent location—just a short walk from Mikuni Station on the Hankyu Takarazuka Line—but the spotless rooms, complimentary coffee service in the lobby, facilities such as the large public bath, solid security, and the friendly staff also make it an outstanding hotel where you can truly relax even on a business trip.

I stayed here again for two nights on a business trip. It’s quiet, clean, and comfortable, so I can always stay with peace of mind. I especially like that I can choose a Room with a shower only, as I’m not a fan of unit bathrooms. The Room size and layout are just right, and it’s very easy to spend time here when traveling alone.

I came here with a friend to relax and unwind in the natural hot spring water. This time we chose a more budget-friendly stay, so we skipped dinner. The Facility has a traditional Japanese design with great atmosphere, and it was truly calming. The hallways are covered with tatami mats, so it felt nice to walk around barefoot. The bath was incredibly relaxing—excellent. I was also able to fully unwind in the lobby. The onsen eggs were delicious, and breakfast was great as well. The Room had beds, so I could relax comfortably. One thing I didn’t expect was how few places there are to eat around the Accommodation. Many restaurants were closed on their regular days off, so finding somewhere for dinner took some effort. Also, when I misplaced something, their courteous support really helped. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and spoke politely—perfect service overall. Highly recommended.

No wonder so many guests rate this Ryokan so highly!! The staff were simply wonderful, and I was impressed from the very start of the morning. Although the staff member assisting us was not Japanese, the explanations were clear and made us excited for the day right away. The half-buffet offered nothing but delicious choices, and we loved being able to grill items over charcoal at our own table. We were completely satisfied from breakfast onward! Even after checkout, they saw us off with warm smiles—this has become one of the Ryokan we definitely want to visit again. Thank you to all the staff.

The staff were very courteous, and the Room was clean. The bathroom was also spacious, so I could relax. At check-in, women received a one-day skincare set as a gift, and everyone was given thick hand wipes and discount coupons for the on-site restaurant, which was great. When I asked at the Western-style restaurant where we had dinner if they had tea, they kindly went out of their way to bring some from the Japanese restaurant, and I felt sorry for the trouble. If I have a chance to visit Kure again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

The Hotel is in a great location, and the Room was very spacious, making our stay comfortable. Akita Station is also nearby, and the Akita Citizen’s Market, where you can shop, is just a short walk away, which made our stay enjoyable. If we have the opportunity, we would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again.
