At first, I wasn’t sure how to check in, so I called the owner using the contact information posted at the entrance, and they kindly explained everything. The Room was kept very clean. There is no toilet in the Room, but the shared toilets (separate for men and women) were equipped with washlets, which was great. This time we bought bento meals at a convenience store and ate in our Room, but there is also a self-catering area next to the 1F entrance and a spacious dining area. If you bring rice and ingredients, you can cook rice with the provided electric rice cooker and prepare stir-fries and other dishes using the IH cooktop. Once you stay here once, you get a good sense of how things work, so next time I’d like to try cooking for ourselves. There is a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a two-burner IH cooktop at the 2F wash area. There was also a kids’ room where children can play. We checked in after going to Bessho Onsen for an Onsen bath, so we didn’t use the Accommodation’s bath facilities, but there are two clean shower rooms as well as a bathing area. I believe there are two washing machines available free of charge. To avoid overlapping with other guests, you can reserve a time slot by writing on the whiteboard at the entrance to the bathing area. One request: it would be perfect if there were vending machines inside Facility for juice or beer. Thanks to this very nice Facility and the owner’s warm personality, we had a memorable family trip.

We stayed for two nights as a family of three (parent and child) to cheer at our child’s tournament. Here are the good points: The living Japanese-style room was about 20 tatami mats in size, and there was an internet-enabled projector, so we could watch YouTube and ABEMA Prime on a big screen—my wife and child were very happy. Each Room had an air conditioner plus either a kerosene fan heater or an oil heater, so we had no issues with the cold. The Accommodation was pre-warmed for us in advance, which made it very comfortable. The kitchen was also quite spacious and fully satisfactory, and there was a coffee grinder—we ground beans and enjoyed great coffee. The not-so-good points: There is no curtain on the door at the entrance leading to the sauna room, so it can be seen from outside (we didn’t use the sauna). It would be nice to have basic seasonings (salt & pepper, soy sauce). It’s a bit far from supermarkets and restaurants. Overall, we were very satisfied, and we’d like to stay again if we come nearby. (It felt slightly wasteful for just three people to rent.)

There is a supermarket nearby, and the provided cooking utensils and tableware are available to use, so we were able to stay very comfortably.

The staff are very kind. Just a short walk from the Futenma Market Entrance bus stop. For shopping, there's a supermarket across the crosswalk. The washing machine is indoors. The dryer is conveniently located outside the door on the same floor. The refrigerator comes with a freezer. The water pressure for the shower and other facilities is sufficient. The Room is clean and comfortable. It had all the best conditions for a long trip. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

First of all, the staff was very kind and attentive. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and very tidy. The bedding was also clean and comfortable. The wood stove added a nice atmosphere and a sense of escape from the ordinary, and it warmed the entire Room, making the purchase of firewood a good decision. According to my wife's opinion... A few slightly disappointing points: No makeup remover or facial cleanser in the amenities Not a three-sided mirror The bathroom floor is slippery Next time, we would like to stay for more than two nights to relax more. Also, it seems there are Facilities in other areas, so we would like to use those as well.

Unfortunately, I was unable to stay due to a problem this time. I sincerely apologize for not being able to go on the day without any notice. I would definitely like to stay when I use it for travel next time. I look forward to another opportunity.

This was our first time staying here. We were traveling as a family of five, so we chose an entire house rental for the first time. The place was spotless—like a brand-new model home—and the interior design was wonderful. There were plenty of amenities, the bathroom was clean, there was a washing machine, and all the bedrooms were clean as well—everything was excellent. There were notices in several places saying that the building is close to the neighboring unit and asking guests to be mindful of noise. We thought it wouldn’t be an issue for normal use, but… It seemed that foreign guests were staying next door this time. After they came back late at night, they appeared to be enjoying themselves while playing music. Given the hour, we contacted the person in charge using the provided contact information. Just when it seemed to quiet down, they moved upstairs and started again with music and loud shouting… Even I woke up in shock from the noise. If this hadn’t happened, we would have said that we’d like to stay here every time we visit Sapporo, but it may be difficult. The Facility was so good that it’s truly disappointing.

The accommodation cost was affordable, so I was honestly a bit worried before using it, but it turned out to be an extremely satisfying stay. The space was ample, and every room was clean, which is why I gave the highest rating. Additionally, there were two baths available, allowing me to enjoy bathing without worrying about time. I rated the customer service and hospitality slightly lower because I forgot to purchase oil and the nearest supermarket is a 30-minute drive away. It would be helpful if the website listed what items are provided in the room (the outdated website also added to my concerns). However, everything else was excellent. I will definitely use this accommodation again!

It was an accommodation with exceptional hospitality. They were flexible even when we checked in late. During this season, fireflies seem to be flying around, and we were taken to see them at night, which was a precious experience. The room retained a nostalgic atmosphere while being renovated and very clean. In the morning, we visited a nearby udon restaurant, but before checking out, they made us coffee, making the entire stay fulfilling and highly satisfying.

Check-in was smooth, and the Hotel staff were kind. The parking staff were also very courteous, and when we checked out, the cleaning staff were on the same floor and greeted us with a smile—excellent service. The Room was quiet despite being right near the downtown area, and it was spacious and clean. It also had plenty of amenities and appliances, so we had a very comfortable stay. You can’t use the elevator without tapping your key, so it felt very secure. It may not be a Hotel in name, but I was more satisfied than with many Hotels. Thank you!

At first, the exterior made me wonder, “Is this really the place?” but once inside, it was incredibly spacious and wonderful! For two adults, there were more than enough Rooms and futons. I’m not good with insects, so the moths on the balcony were a bit scary, but in the Room we only saw ants and a few tiny bugs. The Room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the open-air bath had an amazing view. On the first day it was cloudy and rainy so we couldn’t see much, but the next day it cleared up and we could see islands—it was beautiful. They also provided dog pee pads and diapers, so we were very satisfied with this Accommodation! On our way home we visited Izu Animal Kingdom as well and had a great time. Our dog seemed happy too—thank you very much!

This is a clean and comfortable Hotel. It was especially convenient to have showers and baths on each floor—available 24 hours and close to the Room. The value for money was excellent. The staff were also very kind and helpful, making for a highly satisfying stay.

Even though it was right after the New Year holidays, it was so inexpensive that I didn’t expect much. However, the Hotel itself was new and clean, and I was surprised that the Room was spacious enough for children to play in. They kept our luggage for us before check-in, and the staff were very helpful. In the lobby, we could choose the amenities we needed, and we also enjoyed delicious complimentary coffee freshly ground from beans. There was also mineral water in the Room for each guest. The hair dryer (Mod’s) had plenty of airflow. The only downside was that the unit bath felt quite cramped, but I was impressed by the heated toilet seat and even by the toilet paper with a crane watermark design. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied. By the way, Senso-ji Temple is just 50 steps away; a convenience store is two doors down; and the station is very close as well.

Stayed for 2 nights during a trip to Takayama city and its surroundings. The location is very convenient, just about a 3-minute walk to the old town. In the morning, it’s especially nice for a leisurely stroll as there are fewer tourists (though shops may not be open). Miyagawa Morning Market is also less than a 10-minute walk away. Since it’s an entire house rental, we were able to relax as if we were at home with our family. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and with the simple kitchen provided, you can also buy groceries from local supermarkets and prepare your own meals. The property includes a garage, so traveling by car is worry-free. Exceeded our expectations and left us very satisfied!

I stayed here after watching a professional baseball game at Vantelin Dome. Not only the Room, but also the toilet, washbasin area, and bathroom were all very clean. I contacted you suddenly due to my own mistake, but thank you for your prompt and courteous response. This is an Accommodation I would definitely like to use again.

It felt like staying in a model house. Amenities, cooking utensils, and tableware are all provided (bring your own seasonings). We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, using it on the final day with three ladies. Since it's a whole-house rental, we could chat late into the night without worrying about others, offering a relaxing experience different from a Hotel or Ryokan. The house has three rooms (2 bedrooms and 1 Japanese-style room), so each of us had our own room. For dinner, we walked to a nearby izakaya, and for breakfast, we enjoyed vegetables, spicy lotus root, and rice balls purchased at the local roadside station the day before. You can also walk to Aoshima Shrine and enjoy the sunrise. I’d love to try other stay houses as well!

There were several flies in the Room, and the shower drainage was slow, which was a bit concerning. It would have been better if insect repellent was placed in an easily noticeable spot! The atmosphere and location were excellent. Sunset Beach was breathtaking. The terrace bathtub kept the kids entertained, while adults could enjoy a relaxing BBQ. The large BBQ grill was very convenient. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed with five people. I think it’s easier at check-in if you register the guest list in advance. Since there are two sinks, it would be helpful to have two hair dryers as well. The amenities are well stocked. We knew this before our stay, but it was disappointing that there were no pajamas provided. The projector is a great Facility.
