We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days for a tournament. The staff kindly prepared an early breakfast just for us to match the ski resort's opening at 8 AM. Each meal had a different menu, which was very satisfying. The bath was almost private, allowing us to relax and recover, with the temperature being perfect even for my husband who usually doesn't enjoy Onsen. We will definitely stay here again when we participate in next year's tournament.

I decided on a last-minute Reservation during a touring trip and stayed here. The spacious, nature-rich grounds are laid out with plenty of room between each Facility, creating a relaxing escape from everyday life. The Room was also large and kept very clean. The Onsen I had been looking forward to was excellent—I could use both the large day-use bath and the guests-only Onsen. Since I stayed on Sunday, the day-use bath was busy, but the guests-only Onsen felt private, so I was able to soak slowly many times. The meals were delicious and more than filling enough. Above all, the service from the front desk staff and the dining staff was outstanding, and it truly shaped my entire impression of this stay. I would definitely like to stay again.

My child came home to visit and brought friends, so we booked at the last minute with the No Meals Included option. The Room Plan was up to the property, but it seems there was availability and we were given a very nice room. They were very happy. We would definitely like to stay again.

This was my first visit to Hakone. The serene, nature-rich environment and the beautifully renovated interior of the facility and Room made for a very comfortable stay. The open-air bath was wonderful, allowing us to relax while enjoying views of the trees. The Japanese-Western style Room we stayed in with our beloved dog had a dining table, allowing us to enjoy a luxurious dinner in the Room, which was highly satisfying. The tatami area in the Japanese-style room was new and spacious, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Our dogs seemed delighted with both the spacious Room and the dog run. The staff members, including those from overseas, were all very kind and provided heartfelt service that left a great impression on us. We are grateful for how this trip added color to our journey through Hakone during its beautiful autumn foliage season. We look forward to visiting again during another season!

Nozawa Onsen has few accommodations that allow pets. Among them, we had an excellent stay in a spacious log house room, enjoying a relaxing onsen experience. They provided a parking pass for visiting the public baths in town and even allowed us to use the onsen after the trail race the next day. The attentive service was truly appreciated. We look forward to staying here again when we participate in the race next year.

The room was beautifully renovated, preserving the charm of a traditional old house while adding modern comforts.

Stayed in summer. We were able to relax, and it would be perfect if there were a fan in the changing room.

I slept well in the calm blue Room. The bath was also nice, but my husband said he slipped and fell on a step in the men’s bath, so I hope this can be improved. Also, it would be perfect if there were a sauna and an open-air bath. The cherry blossoms viewed from the Room were lovely as well. The Facility was well equipped, and I got as excited as a child about the Kutani ware chopstick-rest capsule toy machine.

This trip to Oki Island—somewhere my father, now over 80, had always wanted to visit—was truly special. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Thank you very much.

I stayed for one night on a work-related trip. Because I’m sensitive and not very comfortable with the distinctive atmosphere of Hotels, I was looking for a guesthouse and found this Accommodation. It had a homey feel, I could take a bath, and the breakfast was delicious, so I had a very meaningful night. It’s a bit far from central Nagoya, but the Accommodation Fee is low and it was relaxing, so I’d like to stay again when I visit Nagoya. Depending on the Room, the toilet and bath are shared, so as long as you keep that in mind, it’s extremely comfortable.

The meal plan is incredibly affordable with two meals included for one night. At this price, the quality leaves nothing to complain about. It almost makes me worry about how they can stay in business. The building itself is old, but it’s kept very clean, and the Onsen is excellent. It’s great to be able to relax after dinner with friends or family in your Room with drinks. Next time, I’d like to come alone and take it easy. I stayed with a coworker, and they said they’d like to stay here again on a family trip.

Thank you very much for today. This was, without a doubt, the best glamping Accommodation we have ever stayed at. First, the Room was very spacious, spotless in every corner, and extremely comfortable. What impressed me most was the bath. The jacuzzi bath was amazing, and amenities like ReFa shampoo and a hair dryer were provided as well—I could really feel the attention to detail. We were also completely satisfied with the meals. There was an incredible amount of food—meat, rice, rainbow trout, vegetables, and more—and it was the most generous portion size we’ve ever had at any BBQ facility. I’m honestly disappointed that we could only finish about half of the meat and rice because there was just so much. It truly felt luxurious and exceeded our expectations. Outside the Room there was a hammock that was wonderfully relaxing. Also, the barrel sauna—my first time trying one—was available 24 hours a day. Going back and forth between the sauna, the jacuzzi bath in our Room, and the hammock allowed us to enjoy an incredibly indulgent time. Within the Facility there were many activities for both adults and children—hands-on athletic courses like zip lines, a fishing pond, vegetable harvesting experiences, and more. It was so fulfilling that we didn’t have enough time to do everything. At the premium lounge, we could freely enjoy alcohol, soft drinks, snacks, and more—which made us very happy. Breakfast was excellent as well. Not only was everything delicious; even the tableware—including bowls—was beautiful and showed great care in every detail. It was my first time enjoying a breakfast where even the dishes themselves were part of what made it special. Above all else, what moved me most was how wonderful all of your staff were. In particular one female staff member greeted us with a smile throughout our stay and kindly answered all of our questions. Also when we accidentally booked/mistook our Room due to our own Reservation mistake (and ended up with another Room), you kindly changed it for us without hesitation—we are truly grateful. The Room(s), meals/food/dining experience , Onsen & sauna , activities , lounge , staff hospitality —everything about this place is outstanding . This is an Accommodation that genuinely made us think: “We will definitely come again.” It’s a bit far from Tokyo or other parts of Kanto; however it’s absolutely worth traveling specifically to visit . I would highly recommend it not only to travelers from Tohoku but also those coming from Kanto Kansai Kyushu—and even from overseas . The cost performance/value for money is truly exceptional ; this is easily one of those places where you can sincerely say “I’m so glad we came.” We will definitely return . Thank you very much .

We stayed here on a family trip. The Room was very clean, spacious, and relaxing. The bed was also wide enough. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the bath had a washing area, so bathing was very comfortable. The in-room refrigerator was large, and it was great that the freezer and refrigerator were separate. There was also a microwave, plus a table with three chairs, which made it easy to spend time comfortably. For breakfast, you could choose one of three main sandwiches, and the other items were served buffet-style. There wasn’t a huge variety, but everything was delicious. Next time our family stays in Osaka, we would definitely like to make another Reservation.

The Room isn’t new, but it’s clean, and the bathroom area has been renovated, making it very comfortable. The bedding was also great—there was a thick mattress placed under the futon, which really helped relieve my fatigue. I was worried that the open-air bath in the Room might attract a lot of insects due to the season, but perhaps thanks to some measures they’ve taken, none came into the bath area at all. Having the river right in front of us was very soothing. There is also a Kanazawa Loop Bus stop near the Accommodation, and a shared bicycle port next to the bus stop, which made sightseeing very convenient. Breakfast didn’t have a large number of items, but everything was delicious. Lastly, when my daughter suffered from heatstroke and we suddenly asked to change our breakfast time, they kindly accommodated us. They even prepared an assortment of fruit that wasn’t on the menu—thank you very much. I don’t often write Reviews so this may not be well written, but it was a truly wonderful Accommodation with kind staff. I hope this helps others as a reference.

From check-in to check-out, the hospitality was exceptional throughout our stay. Every in-room amenity featured a top-tier brand, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect. From the Frette bedding and linens to the Bertrami pajamas, everything felt wonderfully soft and comfortable. After 5:00 p.m., we were also able to enjoy a maiko performance in the living room with a glass of champagne in hand—an unforgettable way to experience Kyoto culture.

The villa was more spacious and cleaner than we expected—almost too luxurious for just the two of us. The large open-air bath outside was wonderfully relaxing, and we enjoyed the Onsen while feeling close to nature, soaking many times. Mt. Yufu looked beautiful right in front of us, and the indoor Onsen bath was also great. We only had breakfast, but it was prepared in the refrigerator, so we could eat at whatever time we liked in the kitchen, and it was delicious. We’d love to stay again in a different season.

There is an accommodation on the eastern hillside of the basin. Even if you call out from the greenery-surrounded entrance, it seems that the staff focused on cooking in the back cannot hear you. The surprised owner kindly carried my heavy luggage effortlessly to the second floor. The twin room on the second floor feels like staying in a friend's attic room, decorated with floral patterns. It is a bright room with a great view, offering a wide panorama of the Alps. The bathroom has no separate washing area and includes a toilet and bathtub together. Dinner starts precisely on time, featuring dishes made from handmade ingredients accompanied by detailed explanations—truly gourmet cuisine. At night, it’s quiet; only the sound of water flowing from a nearby stream can be heard. The night view of Azumino Plain combined with an expansive and clear sky full of stunning stars seen from the terrace is breathtaking. Morning also begins punctually. The terrace overlooking mountain ranges was very comfortable. Everything at this auberge seems to revolve around prioritizing cuisine, reflecting the passionate dedication of its owner-chef to their craft—it’s truly impressive!

Originally, we planned to visit Miyako Island, but due to a flight cancellation, we made a last-minute change to this accommodation. The disappointment of not being able to go to Miyako Island was completely overturned by this wonderful accommodation and the nearby sea! Despite our late-night check-in, we were warmly welcomed. The handmade bread served at breakfast was exquisite! It was beautifully presented, and my 4-year-old daughter was thrilled with the heart-shaped bread. Having baked bread for luxury hotels for many years, the quality of the dough and carefully selected ingredients were exceptional. We could choose our drinks; among them, the chai and mango juice were delicious. On our last day, everyone chose mango juice again. The room is a renovated traditional house with high ceilings featuring four bunk beds—perfect for providing a sense of privacy even for teenagers in their sensitive years. Each bed had stylish reading lights and outlets conveniently located for charging devices while lying down. Towels were replaced daily, trash was collected every day as well, allowing us to stay in cleanliness throughout our visit. The toilet and shower room were also spotless! The mist shower provided warm water that felt comforting on slightly chilly days—a thoughtful touch indeed! Cute towels hung daily at the sink added an extra delight. The interior design is stylishly curated; even household appliances are chosen without compromising aesthetics—truly impressive attention to detail! Particularly notable are the potted plants around the reception counter and tasteful tableware used during meals. Less than a one-minute walk from this accommodation leads you straight to the beach—a perfect spot where small children can enjoy activities like SUP boarding or snorkeling safely while playing with floaties in shallow waters close by coral reefs teeming with colorful fish species alongside crabs & hermit crabs living on rocks nearby delighted my daughter immensely! For shopping needs such as drinks or snacks (including delicious bento boxes), there’s a supermarket about 10 minutes away by car offering everything from island sandals & meats desserts fireworks souvenirs operating until 9 PM making it convenient avoiding trips into Naha city altogether! Next time around—we plan staying entirely within Nakijin village itself laughingly skipping excursions elsewhere altogether enjoying its serene charm uninterruptedly instead 😊 Lastly though unexpected mishaps occurred upon departure staff graciously handled situations kindly demonstrating immense patience generosity beyond words expressing gratitude wholeheartedly here once more including promptly mailing forgotten items back afterward too much appreciated indeed ❤️ My daughter fell head-over-heels loving black sugar peanuts brought home cherishing fond memories shared together thanks again sincerely wishing Nakijin remains tranquil unspoiled haven forever amidst growing popularity tourism developments ahead looking forward returning soon reconnecting warmly meantime best regards always till then 🌿

The only downside was the stairs (our dog is heavy, and we liked it so much that we’d love to bring an elderly family member next time), but this was a wonderful Accommodation that more than made up for it. The food was delicious (the Shizuoka oden was amazing), and there’s a great variety of alcohol—very generous! (and you can even drink from the morning). The amenities are stylish, and the nearby Onsen that guests can use for free was fantastic. The Room shower is also spacious, so even large dogs can feel comfortable. Oh, one more downside: the bed was a bit narrow. Other than that, we have no complaints at all. We’ll definitely be back!

The large public bath and breakfast were satisfactory. The Room was good and overall decent.
