We thoroughly enjoyed the all-you-can-drink craft beer server. The open-air bath overlooking the bamboo grove was also wonderful: during the day, you can hear cicadas, and at night it has a majestic, Bamboo Cutter’s Tale atmosphere. The meals were excellent—both dinner and breakfast offered a great variety of dishes. The bar had many cocktails and Japanese whiskies, all delicious. Thank you to the bartender.

I stayed here after a live event. It was my first time staying at an APA Hotel, and I was more satisfied than I expected! The check-in guidance was outstanding—far better than any other Hotel—so it deserves more than five stars. The Room was very clean, and the services were clearly explained as well; it really felt guest-first. Check-out was also super easy—I just returned the key and could leave right away. I will definitely stay at an APA Hotel again next time!!!! Thank you very much!!

Directly connected to Shin-Urayasu Station, and even when we arrived around 1:00 p.m., the front desk smoothly stored our luggage. With Atre and AEON nearby, it’s convenient to grab a meal or do some shopping before check-in. The guest room offered great views through the large windows, and the glass-walled bathroom made the space feel especially open. Being able to enjoy the outside scenery from the bathtub felt like a luxurious touch. The TV was placed at the foot of the bed, making it easy to watch while relaxing. We also visited the bar on the 22nd floor; the night view from the counter seats was beautiful, and it was a calm place to unwind. The parking lot is underground, and guests can use it for just under JPY 3,000 per night. It seems there is also a Plan that allows you to keep your car parked for a while after check-out, which should be convenient for those traveling by car.

I stayed here on the 1st and 3rd nights of a 3-night, 4-day trip. I’ve stayed many times, and it’s always very comfortable. This time I was traveling during a typhoon, but because the hotel is adjacent to Tokyo Station, I was able to enjoy various places without getting wet in the rain, which was a huge help. The Room is always clean, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff were very kind and treated my children warmly as well. I will definitely stay again.

We stayed with our child, and the Accommodation had thoughtfully prepared many items such as barley tea for children, bibs, toys, and a dedicated diaper bin, which made our stay very comfortable. Everyone was kind and truly hospitable. We also received a letter from the dining staff, which made this trip especially heartwarming. We would love to stay again.

We had another wonderful stay. No matter which Fufu Accommodation we visit, we are always delighted by the consistently heartfelt hospitality and the truly careful, delicious cuisine. At Fufu Hakone this time as well, we were soothed by the warm welcome from all the staff and were able to enjoy a relaxing, luxurious time. An Accommodation that makes you want to come back—Fufu is still number one for me. This time, we also made use of a wonderful IKYU benefit, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I always stay here when visiting Amami. It was very comfortable. I would appreciate it if something could be done about the poor ventilation in the smoking area on the 10th floor. I would be very happy if the large public bath were available 24 hours a day. It was my first time having breakfast here, and the bread was really delicious. I will stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed with my mother to celebrate her 88th birthday, along with my wife and me. We had requested slightly smaller portions, and the meal was still more than satisfying—we were able to relax and enjoy it at a leisurely pace. As a surprise, the staff gave us a heartwarming celebration for her 88th birthday, and I’m truly grateful that I was able to show my appreciation as a child in such a meaningful way. Thank you very much for your thoughtful care for my mother, who has difficulty walking, especially during the transfers to and from the station and to our detached room. Lastly, when you said “Please come again,” I could accept those words sincerely. Thank you very much.

I stay here every year when I visit Kobe, also to pay my respects at the family grave. The front desk staff always welcome me warmly, making me feel like I’ve come home. The Room furnishings are calm and tasteful, and the drawers for storing clothes are very convenient. They provide a voucher for Chikuzono Butcher’s croquettes, so enjoying those nostalgic, warm croquettes in my Room is one of my pleasures. I also enjoyed drinks in the lounge while taking in the night view of Mt. Rokko and spent a relaxing time. I look forward to staying with you again.

During our trip to explore Kumano, we stayed at Aoki Shima no Yado Kumano Bettei Nakanoshima. What impressed us first was how smoothly everything was handled from the moment we arrived. At the parking area by the port waiting lounge, we simply gave our name and a staff member guided our car for us, and we were able to complete check-in right there in the lounge. The sea viewed from the port was exactly as the inn’s name suggests—truly an “azure sea.” We were moved by its beauty as soon as we arrived. As explained in advance, it takes about five minutes to reach the property by private boat from the port. Even this short boat ride felt like a special touch that made it wonderfully out of the ordinary. Throughout our stay, what stood out most was the high level of hospitality from all staff members. Everyone seemed well trained, and their service was both polite and naturally warm. With the Kumano Kodo registered as a World Heritage site, it seems visitors come from all over the world, and it was impressive to see how confidently and appropriately they assisted international guests as well. What I had been looking forward to most on this trip was the open-air bath. Just as rumored, it’s an incredibly open and relaxing rotenburo with sweeping ocean views right in front of you. From 3:00 p.m., we took our time enjoying the hot springs while listening to the sound of waves—an indulgent experience indeed. Since the men’s and women’s baths alternate daily, we also enjoyed the other open-air bath starting at 6:00 a.m. The hot spring in crisp morning air felt especially refreshing. The meals were also excellent—many delicious dishes making great use of local ingredients—allowing us to fully enjoy flavors unique to Kumano. The staff member assigned to our table provided attentive service throughout, so we could relax and enjoy every moment of dinner. It takes about five hours by car from our home, so it isn’t easy for us to visit often—but even so, this is a wonderful place where we would love to stay again. This trip combined sightseeing at Seiganto-ji Temple, shrines in Kumano, Nachi Falls, and our stay on Nakanoshima into one truly memorable journey. We are grateful for the beautiful sea views, outstanding open-air baths, delicious cuisine—and above all—for everyone’s heartfelt hospitality. If you’re considering a trip to the Kumano area, I highly recommend this property.

I couldn’t forget the hot spring that moved me last year, so I stayed again to fully enjoy the wonderful waters. The quality was just as before, and the silky feel on my skin was exceptional. The open-air bath in Room 88 was also incredibly comfortable, and the meals had been upgraded—I was completely satisfied. I once again enjoyed the chef’s creative cuisine, crafted with a literary sensibility. It’s a bit far from Tokyo, but I’d love to stay again to be soothed by these superb hot springs.

With Hotel rates rising lately, I hadn’t had many chances to stay, but with my birthday coming up, I visited again for the first time in a while. These days, many Hotels seem busy with inbound travelers, and it’s often hard to receive Diamond member benefits. Here, even though the Hotel was nearly full, they still provided them, which made me very happy. The Room was just as before—very clean, with large windows and a great view. It felt like a unit in a luxury apartment building, and I was able to truly relax. The service was excellent and made me want to stay for as many nights as possible. I can’t visit often, but I hope to come again soon. Thank you very much.

It was our first time staying at this Accommodation, and we were able to relax and take our time. Since we had a Room with an open-air bath, it was great to be able to bathe as many times as we wanted without worrying about the time. The Hotel staff told us that deer come into the garden, and although we were skeptical, we were truly surprised to see them from our Room. We look forward to staying again next time.

Thanks to the Diamond member benefit, we received a Room upgrade. The moment we stepped inside, the space was so generous that I couldn’t help but say, “Wow.” The interior was consistently styled with a Kyoto-inspired Japanese aesthetic, creating a wonderfully calm atmosphere. The indirect lighting was thoughtfully designed, and the Room felt especially lovely at night. The tableware included beautiful, like-new pieces from Noritake and HARIO. My personal favorite was the bath salts—soaking in the tub while surrounded by natural aromas was truly relaxing. Breakfast was delicious, and having it delivered to our Room made everything feel effortless. Rather than a Hotel stay, it felt like relaxing in a private residence. This time we stayed for one night, but it’s an Accommodation where I’d love to enjoy a Multiple Night Stay at a slower pace. All staff were polite and kind, which made us feel at ease. Thank you very much for your hospitality. We had stayed at another resort hotel until the day before, but we were truly impressed by the attentive service here—wonderful hospitality from helping with our luggage to taking photos. When we opened the window, the Irabu Bridge and Miyako Blue stretched out right in front of us, and the time wrapped in the morning sun was pure bliss. The room, styled in white and beige tones, and the spacious powder room were both stylish and spotless. There wasn’t a single bug, so we could relax in complete comfort. The pleasant scent in the lobby also left a strong impression, and every time we returned to the hotel we felt refreshed. The in-room amenities were equally impressive—high-quality hair dryers and kettles from well-known brands, as well as an excellent selection of complimentary drinks—showing thoughtful attention to detail throughout. Overall it was a highly satisfying stay, but a couple of small points stood out: the shampoo products didn’t suit my hair or skin, and I would have loved to see a bit more Miyakojima-style dishes or Japanese options at breakfast (even about one-third more). All in all, we were extremely satisfied and would definitely love to return—and recommend it to others.

I was surprised to find someone waiting to welcome us at the entrance when we arrived by car. We were greeted by the scent of lilies, and while waiting our turn for check-in, my husband quickly started enjoying a beer. Our Room was on the 3rd floor and felt more spacious than expected. The tatami flooring made it very comfortable. The view from the window was wonderful, and we kept it open for a while just to enjoy it. The amenities were well stocked, and we didn’t feel any inconvenience. One thing I noticed was that there was quite a large step up into the in-room toilet, which made me a little worried about tripping if I got up during the night. What stood out most was the wide variety of dishes at dinner. The boat platter we reserved was extremely fresh, and the sushi prepared right in front of us was delicious as well. I love grilled seafood, and I went back for it twice. The steak was also excellent. We couldn’t possibly try everything—of course there wasn’t any room left for late-night ramen, so I’d like to have that next time (laugh). We made our Reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and they surprised us by bringing dessert and taking photos for us—it became a truly happy memory. Breakfast was also buffet-style. In the morning, I made my own seafood rice bowl and enjoyed it very much. The freshly cooked French toast was delicious too. There were so many dishes that we couldn’t finish them all—it was a one-night stay filled with food that delighted both our eyes and taste buds. Lastly, thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a very pleasant stay at your Accommodation. We will visit again.

We were completely satisfied with everything—the Room, the meals, and the Onsen! We truly appreciated all the accommodations made for my nephew’s allergies. The kids also found lots of stag beetles and made wonderful summer vacation memories. It looks like this will become an annual tradition.

I stayed here with my husband while I was pregnant. One morning, we woke up unusually early and took a walk together to Kiyomizu-dera Temple. The location is excellent, and I think it’s ideal for sightseeing. The lounge was also very comfortable. I recommend staying in a Room with a large bath!

I stayed at Yokohama Tokyu REI Hotel! This was my second time! All the staff responded quickly and courteously, and I was able to spend my time here very comfortably. The Room was also very clean, carefully cleaned down to every detail—perfect! There was an earthquake in the middle of the night and I felt a bit uneasy, but there was clear guidance on what to do in an emergency, so I could respond with peace of mind, thinking “I’ll be okay here.” I really felt their attentive care for guests, which was very reassuring. Once again, I had a safe and comfortable stay. Thank you for a wonderful time and great memories! When I come to Yokohama again for fan activities, I would definitely like to stay here.
