Within walking distance of Tennoji and close to Shinsekai, the location is convenient and the value for money is excellent. Even during Golden Week, we were able to stay at a great price—perfect. We’ll definitely stay again!

We stayed here during Golden Week. Dinner was a sukiyaki set and breakfast was French toast, and to be honest, we didn’t have high expectations. Just in case, we bought some good sukiyaki beef at a nearby butcher, but the ingredients provided for both dinner and breakfast were excellent. However, we couldn’t find any clear information about what type of equipment was provided for making sukiyaki, so after searching for quite a while we contacted the staff. Even then, they didn’t know right away and said they would get back to us. In the end we were able to confirm the equipment type and how to use it, but it would be very helpful if this could be explained clearly somewhere. We only stayed one night this time, but we’d like to come back and stay longer.

The spacious hinoki bathtub in the onsen was amazing, with plenty of room to stretch out. As advertised, the BBQ hamburger at dinner was the most delicious. We stayed in a room called "Island Blue," and the wood stove provided a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The autumn leaves from the room and the view of Hosen Gorge within the property were stunning. This time, we used our trial Diamond membership, so late check-out went smoothly; however, it was slightly disappointing that we had to confirm during dinner to receive the Chivas Regal benefit. It seems improvements have been made compared to reviews from a few years ago, so there’s still potential for further growth.

I had a night shift that day, but I had errands in central Tokyo in the morning, and it was a hassle to go back home, so I used the hotel for day use from 11:00. It’s also easy to reach from Ochanomizu Station—just cross two traffic lights. It was extremely hot that day, but I arrived 10 minutes early and sat on a sofa in the air-conditioned lobby. About five minutes before check-in time, staff told me, “Your Room is ready,” and I was able to check in. The Room is indeed small, but it was kept clean and had everything I needed. I took a shower and napped until evening, which helped me prepare for my night shift.

It was a very beautiful Hotel. I would love to visit again.

I’ve stayed here many times. I haven’t had any particularly bad experiences (sorry if that sounds a bit condescending) or anything unpleasant. It may vary by Room, but mine had a microwave (very handy) and a washing machine (it seems detergent is sold at the front desk). It was a loft-style Room with the ladder removed. (It didn’t feel run-down.) The Hotel’s design and layout are like the Rooms are arranged in a spiral, with a mysterious open atrium-like display space in the center—maybe they once planned to make it into a disco…? The building’s structure is unusual (in a good way). For meals, there’s a supermarket right across the street, and there are bento shops along the road, so it’s easy to heat up boxed meals in the microwave. I was able to relax normally. Thank you very much.

For the past few years, we have stayed here almost every year. It reminds us how wonderful it is to spend time with family in nature. The Room and the surrounding greenery are beautifully maintained, and we also enjoy the delicious meals. The fun activities and the relaxing time are both fantastic. Above all, all of the staff are truly wonderful, and it became a joyful summer family memory. Thank you again for this year.

The large public bath next door has several options—mist sauna, carbonated radon, bubbling baths, and more—so I was very satisfied. The water quality suited me as well. The massage chairs are 300 yen for 15 minutes; they seem to be good machines, and I really enjoyed them. However… it seems one of the large public baths is currently under repair, so men and women can only use it on alternating days. On women’s days, men can only use the indoor bath in the accommodation building (just a tub about 10 meters long). And vice versa. If you’re staying overnight, you can use the large public bath on your way there or back. But if you go all the way there and end up with only the indoor bath… that would be a big disappointment. I don’t think the website mentioned any repairs… Even though they do rounds with free drinks, that service is also out of order. It makes me wonder if they’ve stopped it to cut costs… That said, I was extremely satisfied. There’s nothing around except Taizanji Temple. The Room key is old and hard to turn. Locally grown vegetables sell out quickly. There are enough staff members, and their service is good. I found myself wondering how they manage to run the place… But that’s fine. Probably because I was happy with the large public bath, the massage chairs, and the karaoke room. Breakfast doesn’t have many items, but it’s enough for me. The indoor bath felt like having a private reservation. If you think of it as a therapeutic hot-spring stay, it has everything you need. For me, it was worth going out of my way. As for maintenance issues—please check properly before you go. If things don’t work out as expected, you might end up seriously upset. Still, spending a whole day doing nothing—I had a great time.

First, it’s an older Hotel, but I had no complaints at all. The rooms have been nicely renovated—clean and easy to use. The bath is a natural Onsen with excellent water. And the breakfast—there aren’t many Hotels where you can enjoy such a delicious breakfast. If I post a good review like this, Reservations will probably increase and the rates may go up, but since I stay in Suwa every month, I’ve already made my Reservation for next month as well.

First, the Facility is old. I didn’t feel like using the bath in the Room, but since there is a large public bath, it wasn’t an issue for me. It was my first time trying a sand bath; the staff were kind and even took photos for us. We booked a plan with two meals and all-you-can-drink, and the food was better than expected—I enjoyed plenty of shochu and was very satisfied. The foreign trainee staff were also diligent, and my friend who came with me was satisfied as well.

The meals were high quality and exceeded my expectations. The bath wasn’t too hot, so it was easy for small children to use as well. Overall, I could really feel the effort the staff puts in. The Facility feels a bit old, but I hope you keep it up for a long time. We’ll be back again.

I stayed here with a friend during our visit to Asakusa. The room was clean, and we were very satisfied.

I had to use it unexpectedly, but it was affordable and very comfortable! The microwave is located at the front desk, and the staff were very kind! However, please note that it seems to take some time for hot water to come out of the shower!

Flowers were in bloom, and we enjoyed the sounds of insects and owls, the breezes of Taketomi, and a breathtaking star-filled sky with the Milky Way unlike anything we had ever seen. We walked along white-sand paths from our Room to the lounge and restaurant, feeling close to nature each time—it was a wonderful experience. The pool and lounge were open 24 hours a day and were kept very clean. We had à la carte dinner for three nights, and everything was delicious.

This is a nice Hotel with a spacious, clean parking lot.

I was able to relax in the bath.

It’s a small Business Hotel, but the staff were very friendly, and it’s close to Hokkaido University, making it perfect for a walk in nature. I stayed here for Arashi’s final live concert, and they played Arashi songs all the time, which made my stay very enjoyable. Breakfast was served at the café on the second floor; there weren’t many options, but I could enjoy it at a relaxed pace. I didn’t know you could have drinks at night too, so I really regret missing out. If I have the chance, this is definitely one of the Hotels I’d love to stay at again. I’m also grateful to the male front desk staff member who kindly helped me with dining recommendations.

There is a shared microwave and water available in the hallway. Since I checked in after having afternoon tea at 3:00, I prepared my own dinner. Breakfast was a very tasty buffet, and I tried every item. I would like to stay again.

I stayed in a single room and was satisfied with the reasonable price and the Onsen. It felt a bit old, but I only needed it for sleeping, so I was happy with it.
