I stayed for one night and two days. The facility was very clean, allowing for a comfortable stay. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. Although the distance from the station is a drawback, the value for money makes up for it. I would love to stay here again!

The front desk staff provided exceptional service—quickly addressing any issues and always prioritizing the guests. Their level of care was so impressive that it left me feeling humbled. The restaurant staff, especially the woman who served us for four days, greeted us with a wonderful smile and showed incredible attention to detail and care. After returning home, I couldn’t help but share my experience with family and friends over the phone and on social media. This was my fourth visit to Nagasaki, but this stay has been the most satisfying by far. I will definitely be returning in the future! Thank you so much!

This was my second stay. Last time, the lounge offered unlimited alcoholic drinks, and this time I mistakenly assumed it was included again based only on the photos. Coffee, black tea, and green tea are available for free. We stayed as a group of three, and there were three sets of bedding. It was also great that the shower, toilet, and sink were separate. The bus stop is right nearby, which made getting to and from sightseeing very convenient. They also stored our luggage for us, which was a big help. I would like to stay here again.

The convenient location right in front of the station is a major plus, but when viewed from the station, the rooftop sign shows the name of a different Hotel, which was a bit confusing. The staff were very pleasant, and although the property feels a bit old, it has sufficient Facility for what you need, so I was very satisfied.

We stayed during Golden Week. All the front desk staff were kind and courteous. It was great that we could borrow Ichikami and LUX shampoo and conditioner. It was difficult to adjust the shower temperature. We chose the Japanese breakfast, but the pickled ginger flavor had soaked into the teriyaki chicken, so my son, who doesn’t handle spicy food well, couldn’t eat it. Everything else was delicious. I thought it would be nice if there were a stirrer or spoon in the Room. One thing that concerned me: while waiting for the elevator at checkout, a housekeeping staff member was chatting with another housekeeping staff member right next to us, saying things like “I’m on XX today—huh? XX is missing.” I think it would be better to refrain from that in front of guests. It made me feel like I had seen behind-the-scenes operations. Overall, we were very satisfied. I stayed for one night to see the Nebuta Festival for the first time. The Hotel was within walking distance of the festival venue, and it was fairly clean. They also gave me a spacious Room, so I had no complaints. At night, I went to an izakaya just a few minutes’ walk away. I used the bath after returning from the izakaya; there was only one other person besides me, and in the morning I had it all to myself (laughs). There is one large public bath with separate hours for men and women, so you just go during your assigned time. Having a large public bath at all was a nice bonus.

I always use the Plan with check-in at 22:00 and check-out at 14:00 the next day. I leave my suitcase before check-in, and this time the young woman at the front desk was incredibly kind—she asked things like, “Was it hot outside?” and even offered me an ice pop. She also told me to cool down for a while and let me rest, which truly made me happy and helped a lot. I hope she’s always there at the front desk. I’ll definitely stay again!

I’ve stayed here several times on the way back from skiing. The Room is a relaxing Japanese-style room, and while the large public bath is not an Onsen, it’s spacious, clean, and very pleasant. It’s also nice to receive tickets for a nearby Onsen.

Although it is a bit far from both the station and Tachibana Street, we were able to borrow rental bicycles, so getting to the shops near the station was not inconvenient. We also enjoyed using the shampoo bar every day. The Room is somewhat old, but the desk is spacious and it wasn’t bothersome. If we have another opportunity, we would like to stay again.

I have stayed here many times in both the cottages and the condominiums, but this was my first stay with a pet. The property is a bit dated, but it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were also very courteous. However, I went to the front desk to pick up my reserved takeout order, but I had to wait in the same line as guests checking in, so it took quite a while. If possible, I would appreciate it if you could arrange a way to pick up takeout items from a separate area of the lobby. The takeout hors d’oeuvres were beautifully prepared and very delicious!

I stayed here solo as a reward to myself after working hard through the summer. Perched on a hill with ocean views, about 15 minutes from Atami Station by Shuttle Service, it’s only around two hours from my home in Tokyo but felt like a real getaway. From the welcome afternoon tea while soaking in the footbath to the Onsen and delicious meals, I enjoyed everything to the fullest. I’d heard that drinks at dinner were free, but the selection was far more extensive than I expected—even I, who rarely drink alcohol, ended up having sparkling wine and fruit liqueur. This Hotel is surprisingly reasonably priced for what it offers, and you can really feel the effort behind that throughout. The Room was a bit dated and there were some scratches on the fittings and furniture, but details like simple, stylish glasses and cups; using local ingredients even if not luxury items; and keeping amenities to only what’s necessary actually left me with a very positive impression. In earlier Reviews I saw comments such as indoor footwear being wooden geta sandals that were hard to walk in, or that things had become digital and explanations at reception were confusing. However, they now provide stylish slippers indoors, and they also gave clear guidance—including how to use your smartphone—so I felt they genuinely listen to guests’ feedback and keep improving. All of the staff were pleasant right down to housekeeping. As we left in the Shuttle Service car and passed through the gate, I looked back and saw an adorable female staff member waving enthusiastically goodbye—it really warmed my heart. There are a few minor shortcomings if you look for them, but considering the price it’s truly excellent, and I’d love to stay again. Maybe it’s just my bad luck with weather: despite a sunny forecast it stayed cloudy throughout so the sea didn’t look its best. That’s something I’d love to come back for revenge next time (lol).

It was just across the crosswalk from Hakata Station’s Chikushi Exit. The Room was a twin, but it was spacious enough to relax comfortably. Even though it was right next to the road, it was quiet at night.

Every year, we stay at different Oedo Onsen locations. We checked in at 3:00 PM and enjoyed the foot bath, table tennis, and games. The food was excellent in both variety and taste. After dinner, we sang karaoke! I’m already thinking about where to go next year.

We were informed the day before that a Room was available and that we could be upgraded, which made us very happy—our children were thrilled as well. Thank you. About the building and Facility There may be mixed opinions due to aging, but for our family it was not an issue at all. The garden was also well maintained and wonderful. If you are concerned about older buildings, it might be better to choose a newer one. Meals Both dinner and breakfast are standard buffet-style meals. We have used other Accommodations in the same group as well, but here the food was replenished much faster than anywhere else, and the older female staff moved efficiently and did an excellent job. Baths Above all, being able to enjoy hot-spring hopping between two nearby buildings is fantastic. I forgot my ticket while doing the hot-spring hopping. I’m sorry for causing trouble at the main building, but they helped me without any unpleasantness, which I truly appreciated. Next time, I would like to stay at the main building as well. If you’re looking for great value for money, this Accommodation is definitely recommended.

I used the all-you-can-drink Plan with a gasoline subsidy voucher. The Onsen had a noticeable sulfur scent and felt like a true hot spring. Since you can also enjoy an Onsen tour at the sister Hotel, I was able to enjoy both. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, and everything was very tasty. Above all, the way they poured the beer was fun and unique. There was a long line for the main steak dish, which took some time, and while the drinks in the all-you-can-drink option were good, when orders overlapped with those from paid Plans, I often had to wait for them to be served. The guest Room and bathroom areas were clean, so I thought it was very good overall.

Considering the price, I was satisfied. The meals were also delicious. I also appreciated having a large public bath.

While looking for a Plan in the Lake Hamana area that included an eel dinner, I came across the Marriott Hotel. The eel rice box was very satisfying. The breakfast buffet was very refined and excellent.

I walked from the station to the Hotel while sightseeing along the way. I visited a shrine before checking in, and when I did check in, my Room had a view of that shrine. Since it was easy to get there from the parking lot side, I thought I might have been better off checking in first, but the view of the sea from the slope below the shrine was wonderful, so it felt like I got to enjoy it twice. The meals were served in small dishes that were easy to pick up, so dining went smoothly. Everything was delicious and very satisfying. The bath was also great, but if I had one request, the shower position was low and a bit difficult to use. Since it was a Sunday stay, it was reasonably priced and much appreciated. I would like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

Stayed for one night on a business trip. The location is decent, about a 10-minute walk from Hamamatsucho Station. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and attentive. The Room was not very spacious but kept clean, and the bed was comfortable enough. However, due to the proximity to the train tracks, I could hear some train noise at night. Earplugs might be helpful for those sensitive to noise. Breakfast was served as a Japanese-Western buffet in the restaurant on the first floor. There was a fair variety of options, and everything tasted good. Overall, it's good value for money as a Business Hotel.
