My daughter and her spouse, who came from afar, stayed at the accommodation. It was helpful for me as I didn’t have to prepare bedding at home, and they seemed to have enjoyed a comfortable stay using the large public bath.

We stayed with the 1-night, 2-meal plan with BBQ included. The trailer house felt quite old and slightly tilted, but it was more than made up for by the attentive upkeep and cleanliness, so it didn’t bother us at all. The air conditioner worked well, and our family of four had a wonderful evening. Both at check-in and during meals, the service was excellent—it reminded us that what makes a trip truly great isn’t just the Facility, but the people. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I stayed for two nights this time to attend a live concert. Before I knew it, it’s already been 11 years—thank you for always taking care of me whenever there’s a concert. If I’m lucky enough to get tickets next time, I’ve also made a Reservation for a Room in November, so I look forward to staying with you again.

Whenever I come to Atsugi, I always stay here. As a former local, this is the Hotel I recommend most. If you head toward OK Store as your landmark, it’s right across the street. You’ll pass through Ichibangai, so there are plenty of shops, and it’s also convenient for shopping at OK Store, one of Kanagawa’s larger stores. There’s also the best Western-style restaurant in Atsugi just behind the Hotel—if you’re aiming for their melt-in-your-mouth omurice, this Hotel has the best location. In the morning there is a light breakfast service, and the coffee is exceptionally good. It pairs perfectly with a boiled egg and toast. I always have one cup with breakfast, then another after eating; I put a lid on it and take it back to my Room. Sometimes I also see business travelers taking a cup to go on their way out. The Room is always clean, and they provide a nice set of bath salts and hair ties—great for women guests. Unusually (and very helpfully), there’s also a handheld mirror, which is convenient for contact lenses and makeup. The internet is fast and smooth as well, which really helps when I need to work. This time, the loungewear had been changed to a silky-smooth type—comfortable to wear and I slept very well. The front desk staff are pleasant too, and they always assist me kindly. The staff who prepare the light breakfast are friendly as well; they regularly check in and restock items so nothing runs out. Since the parking area in front of the Hotel is small, if you’re driving I think it’s best to consult with them in advance.

While Tokyo was experiencing relentless extreme heat every day, we thoroughly enjoyed the coolness of the highlands. Early in the morning, we could see Mt. Fuji from our Room. Perhaps because it is under the Tokyu Harvest brand, many guests were on the older side, and maybe by chance there were no inbound tour groups, so it was quiet and relaxing overall in both the restaurant and the baths. The front desk staff were also very friendly and pleasant, which we really appreciated. The Facility itself may not be new, but it has been renovated and felt clean, so there were no issues at all. Although it is located at an altitude of 700 m and takes a bit of time to reach from lower areas, we would definitely like to visit again.

They were extremely kind. The next day, I tried to book a sightseeing taxi, but none were available and I was in trouble. A member of the Hotel staff kindly showed me around for half a day. Thank you so much. It may be rude to say this, but I was surprised to find such a wonderful Hotel in Oki.

We booked this Accommodation for our elderly parents, with the condition that it had an in-room Onsen. Meals were served at table seating, with handrails throughout, and they even lent us floor chairs and a cane for use indoors. The meals also felt well suited for seniors to enjoy. It was truly a senior-friendly Accommodation, which was a great help.

This is my fourth stay. Although the building is old, the rooms are clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is one of the highlights, and I enjoy a delicious breakfast every time—this time was excellent as well! The on-site museum also has an impressive collection that is well worth seeing. I will stay here again the next time I visit Yurihonjo.

Since my child’s university club tournament was held in Sasebo City, I made a Reservation early. I chose this place for the great price and convenient location. The Room was a twin, with plenty of space, and the unit bath and toilet were not too small, so it was very comfortable. The bed was nicely firm (just how I like it), and there were two types of pillows—soft and firm—so I slept very well. What stood out most was the food. For dinner, I chose a Plan that included JPY 2,000 worth of meals per person, and the food was delicious despite being very reasonably priced. It probably ended up cheaper than eating out. Breakfast was also high quality, and I couldn’t help but eat too much... There were lots of local specialties—navy curry, fried horse mackerel, sara udon, Goto udon, grilled champon... The vegetable buffet was also excellent. If I visit Sasebo again, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful and relaxing time.

We stayed for one night after trekking to Happo Pond via the Happo Gondola. I had stayed here once about 20 years ago, and I still remembered how pleasant the bath was and how clean the Room felt. This time, I had the same impression. The building has aged, but the Rooms are still clean and the bath is just as relaxing as ever. Dinner may have improved now that all-you-can-drink alcohol is included. As for dinner, there were quite a few items that seemed like frozen foods (such as pasta and fried chicken), but for our eldest daughter—who is a picky eater—the flavors were reliably familiar, and she was happy that she could eat everything (lol). After trekking, being able to take a bath, have a meal, sleep in an air-conditioned Room on freshly washed sheets—and at this price—was extremely satisfying. It may not be ideal for those looking for a stylish highland resort experience.

I have stayed at Hotels across the whole country, but this stay was truly memorable. What impressed me first was the hospitality of the staff. It wasn’t a formal, scripted service—each person conveyed a genuine warmth that made it clear they truly love this town and this Accommodation, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. For dinner, we went to a restaurant called “Nao,” which the Hotel recommended, and it was absolutely the right choice. It wasn’t aimed at tourists; it let us experience local charm, and it allowed us to enjoy not only our stay but also the city of Otsu itself. I think this is a unique value that comes from a Hotel that treasures its connection with the community. In the past, I also stayed with a large group at Matsumoto Jujo, another property in the Jiyujin Hotels group (I organized that trip). Matsumoto Jujo was highly satisfying as well, but personally, HOTEL Ko Otsu Hyakucho left an even stronger impression. The reason is the space and hospitality created by making use of traditional townhouses designated as Registered Tangible Cultural Properties. Rather than simply staying at a Hotel, it felt like living in the town for a while. While preserving the character of these historic buildings, comfort is fully ensured, creating a distinctive sense of calm. It offered an appeal you can’t get from large-scale Hotels or luxury Ryokan. If you’re looking not for flashy services or extravagant Facility features but to enjoy local culture, streetscapes, and encounters with people, I highly recommend this Accommodation. It was one of those rare Hotels where staying there becomes part of the purpose of your trip.

This was the finest Hotel I have ever stayed at. The room, the private open-air bath, the hospitality, the meals, and the service were all exceptional. I was able to relax and enjoy a truly unhurried stay. Unfortunately, my partner felt a bit unwell, so we could only enjoy the meals with our eyes, which was very disappointing. That’s why we definitely want to come back for a retry. Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

This was my first time using it. I have used nearby chain Hotels several times, but I chose this one because it is closer to my destination. It was very good. Above all, the response of the front desk staff was excellent. Also, I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast as they were delicious. If there is an opportunity, I would like to use it again.

Right in front of the ocean, with a pool—and even a large public bath—it was truly amazing. And they even have ice. The parking lot is close, too. We didn’t use the meals because we wanted to eat at local Okinawan restaurants, but it was more than enough even without dining. If I had to say one thing, it would be helpful if the refrigerator were just a little bigger—but at this price, I can’t complain. I’ve stayed here several times already, and I look forward to staying again. I don’t like crowds, so it’s very relaxing; I sincerely hope you can keep things just as they are.

I realized upon arrival that I had stayed here once for work about 25 years ago. Perhaps it has been renovated since then, because the Room doesn’t feel dated at all. Oh—there is a card key, but it’s not the type that turns the power on when inserted (though it does have an auto-lock). The charging connectors support various types, giving me the impression they’ve tried to accommodate guests’ detailed needs as much as possible. The welcome drink was made with a single-cup machine, so I could enjoy a delicious coffee. The rental bicycles are also great value: 500 yen for 1 night and 2 days, and you can use them until check-out. It was very helpful since I needed to go out at night. A helmet is included as well.

This time, we stayed in the Jinshiro Room. As always, the in-room bath was incredibly relaxing. The meals were delicious too!

It was a clean Room. It has a kitchen, microwave, and washing machine, with the toilet and bath separated. There is no convenience store nearby; it’s about a 5-minute walk. It’s also about a 5-minute walk to the downtown area. It’s a quiet neighborhood, so you can sleep well. I’d like to stay again!

I contacted the Hotel to let them know I would be late for my scheduled check-in time, and they kindly assured me it was fine, which was a huge help!\nThe Hotel interior was beautiful, and the Room was very comfortable.\nI will definitely stay here again when I come back!!

When visiting Utsukushigahara and Matsumoto Castle for the first time, we chose Miyamaso mainly because it had the best room rate. Since it was so reasonably priced, we were a little worried at first... But after staying there, it was great!! The meals were especially good. There was more than enough food, and everything was delicious!! Next year we’d like to visit Kamikochi, and we’re hoping to stay here again.

The meals were delicious. The bath is small, but it’s well cleaned, and the open-air bath is also small, but the water is pleasantly warm so you can soak for a long time. Since it’s all-inclusive, I enjoyed a beer at check-in and after bathing. Sake during meals was also all-you-can-drink with a wide selection—this Accommodation was perfect for those who love to drink. I deducted one star because the TV was small, but everything else was 100 points! I’ll be back!
