Conveniently located near Okayama Station, with a convenience store on the first floor, and the property itself is clean. We stayed in a twin room, and it was more spacious than expected, making for a very comfortable stay. Amenities are provided at check-in as needed, and I was happy to see DHC-brand shampoo and conditioner in the room. We also had breakfast: there was a wide variety of side dishes, regularly replenished in small bowls. Each item was individually wrapped for good hygiene, and the choose-what-you-like style made it easy to enjoy everything—delicious overall. It’s also great that Aeon Mall Okayama is within walking distance. My mother was very satisfied too and said she’d like to stay here again when we visit Okayama.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was clean, and we were able to relax. One request: it would be great if we could choose the portion size for our dog’s meal. The menu selection was excellent, but the serving was a bit too large for our dog.

It was absolutely wonderful. The Room was very clean, and it was perfect for staying with children. The washing machine and bathroom were also spotless, making the stay extremely comfortable and easy.

It’s within walking distance from the station, but it’s a bit far. However, there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it wasn’t a problem. The front desk staff were kind and friendly. They also accommodated a change to the breakfast time from what I had told them in advance, and I was very satisfied with the breakfast.

We were so satisfied the first time we stayed at Hatsune-so that our family kept saying, “Let’s go again,” and we finally made it back! Because it’s designed especially for families with children, there are lots of activities—little kids can enjoy themselves, and adults have fun too. You can borrow children’s sandals, and they provide diapers and baby food as well—there are thoughtful touches throughout the Ryokan that really make a difference. The warmth of the staff also adds to how comfortable it feels. The storytime at “Ehon no Mori” was wonderful. As soon as we got home, we were already talking about when we should go next. Haha

Dining and shopping are available at nearby facilities. It was great to have free access to the bath during our stay. The view of Mt. Fuji from the Room was beautiful. Waiting for the clouds to clear was a relaxing moment. The female front desk staff were kind and courteous, and their smiles were wonderful. Breakfast wasn’t crowded, and we enjoyed it very much. We avoid peak seasons and, every year in late August after the Obon holidays, my spouse and I visit a nearby Onsen to relax. We have stayed at this Accommodation once before, and the views from both the Room and the baths were excellent, and we were very satisfied with both breakfast and dinner. Dinner in particular was an abundant spread—crab, abalone, lobster, beef steak, simmered nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch), and sashimi including fatty tuna—so many dishes that we couldn’t finish them all.

This was my first stay here. The cuisine was outstanding—delicious Yonezawa beef and flavorful Tsuyahime rice. The baths were not very crowded, so I could relax and soak while listening to the gentle sound of the river. It was a truly soothing inn in every way. I will definitely stay again if I have the chance.

Until now, we often traveled with our children and stayed in a whole-house rental Accommodation, enjoying BBQs and cooking for ourselves. This time, however, we stayed without the kids—just the two of us and our senior dog—for 2 nights and 3 days from 2/11. Every Room Service dish was delicious, and we were able to enjoy our meals at a relaxed pace. The Room was comfortable, and we felt completely at ease staying together with our dog—we were very satisfied. Most memorable of all was the thoughtfulness and excellent service from all the staff. Their attentive care and polished hospitality made it clear that training and service standards are consistently well maintained. Thanks to you, we had a truly pleasant stay. We were a little worried because our dog is elderly, but he was able to relax comfortably, making this a wonderful memory for our family. Thank you for such a lovely time and lasting memories. If we have the opportunity, we would love to stay again.

This was the final Accommodation of my first trip to Niigata, a 3-night, 4-day journey. Our Room was the 2nd-floor Western-style twin [Marronnier]. The bathroom, with a separate toilet, was very convenient and made our mother-and-daughter trip extremely comfortable. The closet was spacious, and there were plenty of hangers. Just before check-in there are shoe lockers, and you can walk around the building barefoot or in socks. From the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the Room and along the corridors, you can enjoy views of wine grapes vineyards and the mountain range stretching from Mt. Yahiko. I visited looking forward to Vinespa’s aroma hot stone sauna, but I was told it is no longer available after renovations—such a shame. Still, the open-air baths placed throughout the garden offered wonderful scenery, and I thoroughly enjoyed soaking both after dinner and before breakfast. Restaurant Cave d’Occi is beyond a European-style garden that is carefully maintained by gardeners. The April menu—beautifully presented and truly delicious—featured local ingredients (hairy crab, celeriac root celery), spear squid), wild boar meat), flounder), roast beef smoked with branches from wine grapes vines), etc.) without feeling overdone). At the winery shop, I had my favorite Zweigeltrebe and unoaked Chardonnay shipped home). The next morning’s Japanese breakfast surprised me—in a great way: zaru tofu with olive oil was delicious!! At checkout time) pizza toast) grape juice) at the library café tasted so good it made leaving hard). It’s an Accommodation that made me genuinely envy those who live nearby).

As soon as we arrived at the parking lot, Hotel staff came over and helped carry our luggage. The entrance, surrounded by trees, had a lovely atmosphere, and the Room felt comfortable with its modern Japanese style. The private open-air bath was pleasantly lukewarm—perfect for relaxing—while the large public bath was set to around 41°C, which felt just right. The water is clear and neutral in scent and taste, leaving a refreshing feeling after bathing. Dinner was a chef’s creative course menu, and each dish was carefully prepared—we were very satisfied. For us in our 60s, it was almost more than we could finish. The grounds are spacious, with spring water flowing into a pond with koi. The pathways are full of charm as well, but they are somewhat long and include slopes, so older guests should take care. At check-in you can receive feed for the ducks. Ducks (and cats) come close looking for food and are adorable, but they may compete for it; some guests were bitten when feeding directly from their hand, so please be careful. After an unexpected evening rain stopped, we looked outside late at night to find a sky full of stars. On clear summer nights, it seems you could lie back on the terrace couch and enjoy stargazing. I did wish the Room trash bin were a bit larger. The staff were thoughtful in many ways overall, making this a very pleasant stay.

We searched for a well-reviewed Onsen with an ocean view and decided to stay here. From check-in to being shown to our Room, and even during meals, the staff always served us with a smile, making our stay very pleasant. The meals were very luxurious and absolutely delicious. The ocean-view terrace was also beautiful, and we were able to relax at our leisure. This is a Facility we would love to visit again.

I stayed here during a typhoon due to work and other commitments. I am truly grateful for the staff’s thoughtful care. The Room was spacious, and I enjoyed using the washer and dryer; the bathroom was also clean, and I had a great time. The meals were delicious. The drinks were delicious as well. I was able to enjoy the atmosphere of Yokosuka, and thanks to the staff’s smiles and considerate support, I felt very at ease throughout my stay. I often stay in Tokyo for work, but compared with overpriced Hotels that feel superficial, this Accommodation offered excellent service, which made me very happy. I’m also grateful for the thoughtful attention from the staff at the drink counter. I will visit again. Thank you very much.

I made a Reservation to see the morning mist at Lake Kinrin. All the coin lockers near Yufuin Station were full, so it was very helpful that you stored my luggage before sightseeing. The room was carefully cleaned, and the post-bath beer server was a nice touch. Since Yufuin has many international visitors and there were also international guests staying at this Accommodation, some voices in the bath area were quite loud and a bit uncomfortable. However, there were five private family baths, so I could move right away and relax comfortably. Fresh face towels were provided in every bath, which was also great because I didn’t have to reuse a wet towel.

We planned to spend the last night of our long weekend here. I booked it thinking it would just be a place to sleep, but after four days of traveling we had a lot of laundry piled up, so having a washing machine in the room (with detergent provided) was incredibly helpful! I ran it three times, so finding places to hang everything was a bit tricky (lol). There was a step ladder in the room, plus a clothesline and other drying items provided. There was also a microwave, and the bath could be filled automatically. The bathroom and toilet were separate as well, which made the stay very comfortable. When we entered the room, we kept hearing a sound like water dripping from the air conditioner, so I called the contact number and they responded right away, which allowed us to sleep well. Phone support hours were listed as 9:00–18:00, and I called right before 18:00, so I’m not sure what would have happened if we had checked in later, but at least for us it was very helpful. The price was affordable, and we didn’t have to go out to a laundromat, so it fit my plan perfectly.

It’s a perfect 5 out of 5 for me! The bed springs suit my body well, and having a double bed all to myself is the best. All the staff are very friendly as well. I’ll definitely stay again. Thank you in advance.

On my trip to celebrate my 77th birthday, the Accommodation made a celebratory cake for us, and my husband and I enjoyed it in our Room. My husband also loves beer, and he was very happy that there was non-alcoholic beer (All-Free). The meals were delicious, and the staff were kind, making it a memorable trip.

It was convenient to access from the parking lot and close to Kokusai-dori.

I stayed at the property in a brand-new condition just over two weeks after its opening. This time, I reserved a Comfort Semi-Double Room, and not only was the size and facility impressive, but I also felt that the overall quality of the setup was higher than other Route Inns. Of course, being newly built plays a significant role in this impression, but I felt this way even in the lobby, corridors, and the bathhouse on the first floor (both the bathtub and washing area were spacious!). It is certain that at least new Route Inns are updated compared to existing ones. Also noteworthy is that the room's TV was a smart TV compatible with Netflix and YouTube!! Due to hosting events, I've had many opportunities to visit Maniwa from Tokyo over recent years. Honestly speaking, there is basically only one business hotel in Kuze-Ochiai area; while it’s a good facility with a homely feel, reservations fill up quickly. As a result, I often ended up staying in Tsuyama or Okayama City and traveling by highway... However, with this new Route Inn opening up here now alleviates some of those inconveniences. Personally though—I hope reservations don’t get filled too fast (laughs). One more thing: due to time constraints during my stay this time around—I left without having breakfast—so next time I'd like experience their breakfast as well! At night they also have restaurant (or izakaya?) services available which I'm interested trying out moving forward. When making reservations through IKYU.com accommodation fees were reasonable too—and as long as there’s availability—it’ll be my go-to property whenever visiting Maniwa henceforth!
