We stayed for one night before Obon as a trip to celebrate my mother-in-law's 88th birthday. Although it is a bit away from the stone-paved street, it was a quiet and charming accommodation. The staff were friendly and kind with warm smiles! The room was spacious, and the meals were delicious. The attentive service by the dining staff was very much appreciated. The bath included an indoor open-air option, and there were various hair dryers from different brands available to try out, which was great! Near the front desk, there were board games that everyone could enjoy together. I would love to visit again if I have the chance!

This was my first stay at AZ. I noticed a spider in the Room and some mold on the shower curtain, but otherwise I had a comfortable stay. The staff were also very friendly.

My regular accommodation in Miyazaki. Stayed for 2 nights from 12/31, but had to book the 1/1 stay via phone as online reservations were not available. Compared to my first stay 7 years ago, the number of guest rooms seems to have decreased, and it felt quieter than expected for New Year's. The food at "Ichiki Issou" was as delicious as ever, with special New Year's Eve soba and festive menus that were exceptional. The "Tamayura no Yu" bath was also fantastic, though some guests' manners were disappointing. While this is not the hotel's responsibility, it would be nice if they could attract more considerate guests through unique selling points. When I mentioned "Miyakan" as my destination at the airport car rental shop, I received a delighted smile in return. I hope this hotel continues to represent Miyazaki proudly for years to come.

About a 10-minute walk from Iida Station, this retro Showa-era Accommodation is close to the famous Apple Tree-Lined Street. While the age of the Facility is noticeable, there is an elevator and everything is kept clean, so I had no particular inconveniences during my stay. There is a slightly larger family bath; women can use it with peace of mind by hanging the “in use” card on the door and locking it from inside. It was much more comfortable than the small unit bath in the Room. In the dining area, instant coffee, barley tea, and cold water are available freely, and there is also a microwave, so I brought my own breakfast and enjoyed eating there at a relaxed pace. The staff kindly told me that I could leave my trash on the table as it was, and I often saw them diligently cleaning or handling linens in the hallway—overall their pleasant service made for a comfortable stay. The down comforter was light and cozy, and I slept very well. Although it’s in town, it felt surprisingly quiet, and there are no convenience stores nearby, so it’s best to buy what you need in advance. I was able to stay in a twin Room for just over 10,000 yen, which helped keep travel costs down. I’d be happy to stay again if I have another chance.

I had no issues staying overnight and was able to spend my time comfortably. Due to the building’s structure, I could hear sounds such as running inside the room late at night, so those who are sensitive to noise should be aware. (I rated it 3 stars because the shower is standard and only light snacks are provided.)

Located in the heart of the downtown area, offering convenient access to any destination. Perfectly suited for business use with a comfortable environment. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful.

I chose your Facility for relaxation after climbing Mount Fuji. The private and well-equipped space allowed me to fully enjoy my stay! The meals were also extremely delicious.

The Onsen was nice, and the staff's service was also good. It's unique to have a style where you take off your shoes and store them in a shoe locker, which you don't find elsewhere.

It was great to stay affordably in Shinjuku. It became a wonderful memory. Thank you!

With few days off in my usual routine, I booked this Accommodation at short notice because I wanted to relax in an Onsen for the first time in a while, and it turned out to be excellent value for money. The whole place has a strong Showa-era vibe, which felt pleasantly nostalgic to someone born in that era. They prepared a private dining room for us, and our family enjoyed a delicious meal together—both the quality and quantity were more than enough. We were also very satisfied with all the baths: the open-air bath attached to our Room, the large public bath, the outdoor Onsen bath, and even the private bath with karaoke. We could truly unwind. If I visit the Nagano area again, I’d like to stay here again.

I stay here every year. The Room is thoroughly cleaned and very tidy. There is no odor in the Room, making it very comfortable. The futon and pillows are fluffy, providing excellent sleep quality for a restful night. Quick wipes and dishwashing detergent are provided, along with appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, TV, washing machine, dryer, and hairdryer—everything you might need. The shampoo and other amenities have a wonderful scent that was truly relaxing. I would love to stay here again next year. Thank you very much!

Stayed for 4 nights with a friend's family! We were 3 adults and 3 children. At check-in, it would have been nice to have insect repellent at the entrance. Some items we wished for: a quick floor wiper, toilet cleaning set, a net to remove bugs or debris from the pool, extra outdoor chairs for BBQs, various sizes of plastic bags, shelves in the bathroom and rooms to place small items. A cleaning robot was available but having something handy for quick hair or dust cleanup would be great. It would also be helpful to have cleaning supplies like detergent for quick toilet cleanups. The dryer stops working after several uses unless you clean the filter. It would be helpful if we could receive detailed information about kitchen supplies via email before our stay. We brought our own food for BBQs but additional chairs and tables would make it easier to place food and sit comfortably while eating. There were insect repellents and mosquito coils provided but having a fly swatter as well would be useful. We appreciated that there were plenty of towels, toothbrushes, cotton swabs, and cotton pads available! The extra supply of toilet paper was also great! Since we stayed with friends, having separate bedrooms was ideal. Overall cleanliness and stylish design were impressive! The building itself is beautiful with an amazing atmosphere—just a few more thoughtful touches in service could make this place perfect! As someone who pays attention to details (being a homemaker), I feel enhancing comfort here could elevate this already wonderful space into an exceptional one—especially since it's such a special trip destination! However, bugs are quite noticeable here; addressing this issue might help improve overall satisfaction significantly!

I often stay here when I’m on business in Osaka. It’s in a very convenient location, directly connected to Umeda Station via the underground mall. The Room is compact but new and clean, making it comfortable to stay in. There are many international tourists, but I’ve never been bothered by noise from neighboring Rooms. The bathroom has only a shower booth. The Room feels well designed to make the most of the limited space. Many Rooms face the street, so it doesn’t feel closed in. It would be even better if there were a desk suitable for working. There is no complimentary bottled water; instead, there is a water dispenser in the first-floor lobby.

This property uses a self check-in system. There are a few issues, such as no bidet toilet seat and older Facility, but it is sufficient for an overnight stay. Breakfast was served in a nicely renovated space; even during the three-day weekend it wasn’t crowded, so we could relax and enjoy it. The coffee, fried egg, and pudding were delicious. The staff were also courteous. Thank you for your hospitality.

The Room felt a bit small, but for me as an exam taker, it was a space where I could focus. However, the breakfast portion was small.
