We enjoyed our meal in a semi-private dining area and ate to our heart’s content. There aren’t any convenience stores nearby, but there was a small convenience store and a souvenir shop inside the hotel! The open-air bath in the room was amazing, especially when soaking while watching the sunrise. I’d love to come again.

Although it was self check-in, the front desk staff greeted me and provided courteous service. It is also close to the station, which I found very convenient. I had the breakfast buffet, and there was a wide variety of options and it felt like good value for money. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Since my femur fracture, we’ve been staying in a Room with an open-air bath, and we’re completely satisfied with the meals, the Room, and the bath. The staff are wonderful as well, so we keep coming back. It’s a bit far away, but it’s our couple’s motto: “For birthdays, we come here.”

We arrived by taxi from Hakodate Airport. There is also a bus stop within walking distance, which is convenient. The meals were plentiful, and the squid in particular was delicious. It’s best not to expect much in terms of the view from the Room. There are two convenience stores nearby, and the refrigerator was empty so we could use it freely. The Onsen was excellent, with smooth, light water. Everyone—from the front desk to meal service and futon setup—was friendly and always smiling, which was wonderful. We will stay here again when we visit Hakodate.

I heard this is the oldest property in Reggina. The building did feel a bit dated, but it was kept very clean. The bedding was comfortable and I slept well. The staff were especially wonderful. Reggina is consistently pet-first, which made us feel at ease. Both dinner and breakfast were Japanese-style and very delicious.

We enjoyed a crab kaiseki meal, and every dish was carefully prepared and truly delicious, allowing us to fully savor the winter flavors of the San’in region. The Room was equipped with a massage chair, so after warming up in the Onsen we could relax and loosen up at our own pace, making our stay very comfortable. It felt as though the fatigue from our trip simply melted away, and we appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail. When we arrived by car, three staff members welcomed us, and their warm greeting immediately brought a smile to our faces. Throughout our stay, every staff member was courteous and pleasant, which made us feel at ease. We felt that the excellent hospitality further enhances this Accommodation’s appeal. It was a highly satisfying stay where both body and mind could truly rest. We would love to visit again.

The open-air bath is spacious and the views are wonderful. The proprietress at the dining area and the staff offered warm, unpretentious hospitality and thoughtful care. Of course, a good Accommodation has great meals and Facility, but it reminded me again that it is ultimately made complete by the people. I was personally very happy that our futons were not put away during breakfast.

As always, the meals were delicious, and the Onsen was gentle on the body with a perfect temperature. It was also my first time dining in a second-floor private dining Room, and the open atrium made it easy to appreciate the main building’s traditional architecture. However, this time the meal service was a bit disappointing: tea didn’t come unless we asked for it, and the explanations of the dishes were hard to follow. I understand they may still be inexperienced, but for an Accommodation that values its cuisine, I hope more care will be taken in how guests are attended to during meals. That said, it’s still an Accommodation I would definitely like to visit again.

The front desk staff were polite and genuinely caring. The room was spacious, with a two-tier refrigerator, a large TV, plenty of power outlets, and USB charging. The chair was big like a gaming sofa and very comfortable. Breakfast lived up to its reputation. I chose the Japanese set, and I was surprised that the rice was served in an ohitsu wooden tub. The side dishes were delicious, and there was coffee after the meal—nothing to complain about. I chose this hotel for three reasons: the low price, free parking, and breakfast. I was satisfied with all of them. I’ve been traveling solo to various places recently, but this is the first hotel where I felt it was a shame to leave after just one night. As mentioned earlier, not only the front desk staff but also everyone in the dining area provided pleasantly courteous service that made me feel great. I’d like to come back when I try again to see the whirlpools (Uzu-shio). This stay became one of my favorite travel memories. As for the hot spring/bath facilities, I only used the shower, so it was neither good nor bad for me personally. The facilities aren’t new, but as noted above, what satisfied me outweighed everything else. Thank you very much.

I gave my elderly mother, who can go anywhere on her own, a solo trip as a gift. When she returned home, she was truly delighted and spoke very highly of the wonderful service provided by the Ryokan staff. The meals were also delicious, and above all, it seems she was able to relax completely. Thank you very much. I plan to give her another trip as a gift once more within this year, and I would appreciate your kind support when that time comes.

Since my last stay was in August, it has been two months. As always, I have no complaints. There was no unpleasant smell when I entered the room; it was almost odorless and very well cleaned. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spotless, and the towels are clean. I really like this place overall, including the location and price, so I will continue to stay here on future business trips.

I stayed in a room with a ceramic open-air bath. In front of us was a quiet beach after the swimming season. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great, but the calm Seto Inland Sea—shallow and constantly changing—was very beautiful. At high tide in the middle of the night, the sea came right up to the road in front of the inn, creating an impressive scene you don’t often get to see. Dinner was heartfelt, homemade Japanese cuisine with an exceptionally large number of dishes, and I really appreciated the thoughtful presentation and tableware. If I could ask for one thing, I think reducing the number of items slightly and putting more cost into the main ingredients would create a menu with clearer highlights and make it even more appealing. As for the room, it had a practical layout leading from the vanity area to the shower room and then to a comfortable semi-open-air bath with a ceramic tub that was just the right size, so I had a very pleasant stay. However, it was disappointing that the sliding toilet door was extremely heavy; adding rollers would be an easy renovation that would make it much easier to use. Also, whatever fragrance is used in the elevator may be difficult for guests who are sensitive to chemicals. Keeping it clean is important; if any scent is added at all, something very subtle—such as light aromatherapy or a small sachet—would be better. There were beautiful fresh flowers arranged in the tokonoma alcove in my room, and all staff members were cheerful; I felt warmth that you can only find at a small inn like this. Finally, beds are much appreciated for elderly guests. The room is spacious enough that with minor remodeling it could become a lovely twin-bed Japanese-Western style room—and if so, I would like to stay here again.

The modern Japanese-Western style room was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail for small children, such as pushing the beds together and limiting the height of the cushions. The meals were excellent, and the dessert pudding was especially delicious—I wanted to buy some to take home as a souvenir. Kinosaki in the rain also had a charming atmosphere, and we were very satisfied.

Located very close to Kirishima Shrine, we visited after worship and enjoyed a consistently comfortable stay, enhanced by the refreshing hospitality. We also savored a variety of dishes that exceeded our expectations, and I was happy to see my mother enjoy her meal even more than usual. There are many stairs on the way to the hot springs, but unusually for her, my 80-year-old mother said her knees and lower back felt better after soaking and she enjoyed the baths twice. The room has a sense of history, yet it was thoroughly cleaned, and even on the way to our room we were soothed by the aroma of tea. We will visit again with our family in the near future. I’d been wanting to stay here, and I truly enjoyed it in great spirits. It was a calm and happy stay. The books in the Room were wonderful, too! I was also very pleased with the various perks at Moegi no Mura!

As we were an elderly couple traveling together, we chose this hotel so we could enjoy a relaxed course-style meal, and it met our expectations and left us very satisfied. From the room we were shown, we had a panoramic view of Miho Bay. The room was spacious with high ceilings, and that alone helped ease the fatigue of travel. The sofa and table were carefully crafted from solid wood; they weren’t flashy, but they reflected attention to detail and good taste. We used the large public bath, and even though it was around 5:30 p.m., it felt like we had it to ourselves, so I was able to relax and enjoy it at my own pace. Dinner featured a wide variety of small portions using local ingredients and seasonal produce. The amount was just right, and the timing of service was excellent. Thanks to all of this, we had a wonderful time; however, there was one thing that felt inconsistent—the send-off. After dinner on our way back to the room, someone who seemed to be in charge saw us off at the elevator until the doors closed, which almost made us feel apologetic for the attention. Yet after checkout, when we left through the entrance, there was no farewell or greeting at all. Given how high the overall standard of the hotel is, this was a little disappointing.

I stayed here as a base for exploring the Yoshino area, rich in nature and history. The hospitality was warm and heartfelt, with a simple charm. Flowers and greenery were thoughtfully placed throughout, and the room had an outdoor bath where I could enjoy the surrounding nature. The river was also nearby, and listening to the sound of the flowing water made me feel calm and relaxed. Because it’s an outdoor bath, there were quite a few insects, but it didn’t bother me much. The meals were delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised by the gelato from TENKARAGELATO served for dessert—it had unique flavor combinations and tasted great. I was also able to visit the temples and shrines I’d hoped to see, making it a wonderful trip.

The Hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. I stayed in a twin room, which was very tidy, and I appreciated that the toilet and bathroom were separate. Even though it was a weekend, the rate with breakfast included was lower than other hotels, and I enjoyed a Japanese set breakfast that was beautifully presented and just the right portion size. Overall, it was a very satisfying Hotel, and I would like to stay again.

The Room and the bath were both very clean and lovely. On the first floor, there was a library-like space where I could read magazines and enjoy drinks from the drink bar, which was very relaxing after taking a bath. All of the staff were pleasant and kind. I’d like to stay here again!
