I may have booked at just the right time and stayed on the right day of the week, but it was an excellent stay with a level of satisfaction you wouldn’t expect for under 5,000 yen. Everything was perfect except that the large public bath alternates between men and women, so it isn’t available at certain times. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Conveniently located near Kasai Station, with plenty of nearby drugstores, supermarkets, and restaurants, so I had no trouble during my stay. I stayed for four nights, and they prepared a spacious Room for me, which was very helpful since I had a lot of luggage. It was also great that I could choose the cleaning service options and that amenities were already provided in the Room. If I had to mention one thing—this applies to any Hotel—having a hand towel would make it even more comfortable. It would be perfect to have something like a towel or hand paper to quickly dry my hands after washing or gargling.

The room was well cleaned and very tidy. The large public bath had a sauna, and it was very relaxing. Breakfast didn’t have a huge variety, but the selection was just right, and the vegetable-rich curry was delicious. The on-site coin laundry was cheaper than at other Hotels. If I have another chance to visit Iwaki, this is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

The Facility and amenities were better than those of similar hotels. The front desk staff, while working hard to assist many inbound guests, also provided me with excellent service, including luggage storage and courteous assistance. However, there was one disappointing point: when I called at night to ask about room cleaning and towel replacement during a Multiple Night Stay, there was no response at first when the phone was answered. When I spoke to ask my question, I received an unfriendly reply, which left me wondering what was going on.

I stayed here the night before because I had errands for my child. Next door there’s Bamiyan and Gusto, and nearby there are a 7-Eleven, Yoshinoya, Sukiya, Cocochi, MOS Burger, and a ramen shop. For one night with two guests, you receive two frozen-meal vouchers at check-in. You can choose from mapo eggplant bento, meatball bento, curry, meat sauce pasta, or yaki udon. The free drink corner offers coffee only, but the machine brews each cup by drip and felt quite authentic. Amenities are next to the front desk; you take what you need yourself. The sleepwear was a gown type. Earplugs were also available. I don’t smoke, but the smoking area is outdoors. If it rains, you’ll likely need an umbrella to smoke. Parking right in front of the Room is very convenient. Check-out was easy too—just drop the card-style room key into the post box outside the front desk and leave. Once inside the Room it’s so comfortable you forget you’re in a container unit; however, because the window is small and doesn’t open much, there was a slight lack-of-ventilation smell in the Room. Since there’s an air purifier provided, it may be best to run it on full power. In the bathroom there were shampoo, conditioner, body soap, foaming face & hand wash (foam), bath towels, and face towels. Inside the Room there were about five hangers; TV channels were terrestrial digital only. Wi‑Fi is also available. I avoided an “issue” Room type (“wake ari”), so there was no vibration or noise for me at all. At Bamiyan next door I sat at a seat closest to Route 1 (the main road), and it shook like an earthquake every time a truck passed—so I’m glad I chose a non-“wake ari” Room along the road side as well. It’s casual and inexpensive, so I’d like to use other Hotel R9 locations in other areas again if I have the chance."""

Because the service was excellent when I stayed in spring, I chose this Accommodation again for my stay in Kyoto.

Although we were a bit worried since it is the northernmost point, we were very satisfied with the environment and Facility that make effective use of nature. Thank you very much.

Clean and spacious, with attentive staff. Surrounded by cozy izakayas and restaurants, making it convenient to return to your Room after a drink. This Hotel offers very reasonable pricing compared to the recent rise in Hotel rates. Highly recommended for business travelers heading to work from nearby Jimbocho Station or students taking entrance exams in the area. For two guests, the 20-square-meter Superior Twin Room is a great choice.

I stayed here for an exam, and it was truly wonderful. First, I received some supportive snacks for exam takers, which helped ease my nerves and encouraged me. The Hotel was clean and well maintained, and a humidifier was provided. For exam takers, the breakfast hours were also moved a little earlier, and I am very, very grateful.

I stayed alone on a weekday. The hotel has a modern and stylish design. The front desk is simplified in a good way, making check-in smooth. I chose the Executive Bunk Room. It features two large bunk beds: the lower bed is queen-sized, and the upper bed is single-sized. This setup allows up to six people to stay (two on each lower bed and one on each upper bed). The room also includes a small kitchen, a drum-style washing machine, and a spacious bathtub. It’s an excellent environment for multiple night stays with larger groups. The location is along Peace Boulevard. While it’s not particularly close to the station, I enjoyed walking along Peace Boulevard during the seasonal Dreamination (Christmas light-up event). For breakfast, you can choose between sandwiches or granola with drinks included. There’s also a lounge available, but I opted to take my meal back to my room. Since it was a weekday, the price was very reasonable—great value for money! I would love to visit again!

I stayed for one night on 6/17. The Hotel is close to the station and easy to find, with izakayas, cafes, convenience stores, and drugstores nearby. The welcome drink right after arrival and the all-you-can-drink alcohol service were absolutely amazing! All the staff were very kind and polite, which made my stay truly pleasant. A passcode is required to enter the large public bath, and you receive a paper with it at check-in. I realized I had forgotten mine just before the entrance, and when I headed back toward the elevator, a staff member said, “Did you forget your paper? I’ll give it to you now.” I was so impressed by how attentive they were. Thank you so much! The Room was small due to the location, and the sink area was also compact, but that was about the only thing that stood out—overall it was a great Hotel. I’m glad my mother and I chose to stay here for our trip. If we have another chance, we’d love to stay again! *At check-in, we were assisted by someone on their first day who was giving their first explanation. We booked this Accommodation for our elderly parents, with the condition that it had an in-room Onsen. Meals were served at table seating, with handrails throughout, and they even lent us floor chairs and a cane for use indoors. The meals also felt well suited for seniors to enjoy. It was truly a senior-friendly Accommodation, which was a great help.

We stayed here for a three-generation trip with a 4-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl. We planned Amanohashidate on the first day and Kinosaki Marine World on the second. Originally, we had planned to visit Marine World on the first day and stay at an Accommodation near it without meals, but we changed our schedule so we could spend more time at Marine World and switched to a Plan with meals, so this is where we decided to stay. After check-in, we spent time in the pool until dinner. The pool was just the right size for our kids, and they had plenty of fun going back and forth between areas about 40 cm deep and about 100 cm deep. Dinner felt a little light in volume for an adult man. Breakfast was satisfying, with refills of rice available. The building isn’t new, but it was well cleaned and felt very tidy, which we were happy with. It was also nice that you can choose your yukata after check-in.

We chose the Surprise Plan for a celebration, and the communication was very courteous. The Room and open-air bath were spacious, relaxing, and very clean. We were also happy to have plenty of free drinks. We chose the wagyu course, and everything was delicious. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed chatting with them as well. Being able to adjust the open-air bath ourselves meant we could always soak at just the right temperature, which was a great feature. Breakfast was also excellent. We felt refreshed in both body and mind, the surprise was a success, and we’re truly glad we chose this place. We’d love to stay in one of the other Rooms too!

From arrival to check-out, we had a very comfortable stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, with such generous portions that we couldn’t finish everything. The staff were kind and their warm smiles were wonderful. When we visit the Nanki-Katsuura area again, we would love to stay at Manshiro again.

We woke up early and went for a walk to Kanazawa Castle Park and Oyama Shrine. It was wonderful to be able to pray in a quiet, uncrowded atmosphere. It was great that we could stay at Korinkyo as the perfect starting point for the morning. The night before, we enjoyed plenty of drinks and food, so the breakfast rice porridge was incredibly delicious. The soy milk served before the meal was also excellent. We would love to visit again.

Choosing the meal voucher option was the right decision. The motsunabe hot pot and fried chicken were both very delicious. It was convenient to be able to eat without leaving the Hotel.

Close to Shinjuku-sanchome Station, with a clean and new interior. The Room is standard, but efficiently designed with no wasted space. Breakfast isn’t lavish, but there are options like tacos and tomato juice, which is satisfying. There are many international guests, but security is solid—for example, you can’t go upstairs without a key card. Check-in feels self-service, but the front desk staff will assist properly. With Accommodation costs rising recently, even old Hotels in good locations that aren’t well maintained can charge high rates; however, this Hotel is new and clean, reasonably priced for what you get, and easy to use.

My son stayed here during a trip to Chiba. Because this Hotel is located very close to the Chiba Park Exit of Chiba Station, I felt comfortable letting him stay there. He was very satisfied with the pillow rental service that lets you choose a pillow that suits you, the welcome drink bar at check-in, the large Onsen bath, and the delicious breakfast. Considering the price for this level of service, I felt it offered outstanding value for money. I’d like to stay here myself someday. Thank you!
