The meals were delicious, the room was clean, and baby food was available, so it was a wonderful ryokan! We’d love to stay again when we travel to Shiga!

I stayed for two nights after a long time. On the second night, I had the “Shinpu” course dinner at the restaurant. The food and service were excellent when I visited before, and that memory stayed with me—this time was just as satisfying. The dishes were truly delicious and outstanding, and the service was also impressive with wonderful hospitality. Maintaining such high quality in both cuisine and service must take great effort, but thanks to you, I was able to make another great new memory. Thank you to the chef and all the staff. Thank you as well to everyone outside the restaurant. I would love to stay again.

A truly restorative stay, thanks to the staff’s warm smiles and hospitality. Taking paid leave to get away from my busy workdays, I stayed at this Accommodation and had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff members from overseas spoke fluent Japanese and carefully explained each dish one by one, and with every piece of tableware beautifully designed, the delicious food tasted even better. I enjoyed it with both my eyes and my palate. Their gentle way of placing the plates, the timing of serving each course, and the timing of clearing dishes were all excellent, allowing me to fully enjoy the meal. The open-air bath in the Room was also fantastic. I was surprised by how many amenities were provided. The scenery was superb as well. It was raining, but the rainy view—with mist hanging in the distance—was a beautiful sight in its own right. The large public bath felt great with its dark-colored water. The objects displayed throughout the Hotel were fascinating; I found myself staring closely at a dragon made from driftwood. It was fun searching for all the different pieces around the property, and they’ll be great inspiration for ideas in my own work. Above all, I was impressed by how thoughtfully every staff member interacted with guests in every situation. For this price point, this Hotel offers exceptional hospitality—I highly recommend it. Even though I stay at Hotels about three to four times a month, this is one that truly stood out after quite some time. I also liked that altitude above sea level is shown on floors 2, 7, and 8. This is a Hotel I’d love to visit again. Thank you very much for taking such good care of me.

The front desk staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The late-night meal Plan was also excellent, and everything was delicious. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Mt. Konpira, and I’ll recommend it to my friends. Thank you for having us for our one-night, two-day stay.

Thank you again for a wonderful stay. This was our first drive in our new car and also our first stay at Gora Kadan, but we were met with heavy rain. Even so, thanks to the warm welcome from all the staff, your help with loading and unloading our luggage, and your thoughtful care for my mother-in-law, all of our worries disappeared and we were able to enjoy a comfortable stay. We sincerely appreciate your attentive hospitality. We would love to stay again.

I made a Reservation because the Accommodation offered an Italian dinner, a sand bath, and spacious Rooms with great views. The Room was large, had a wonderful view, and felt very clean. I also appreciated that the drinks in the refrigerator were free, including beer. There was a sand bath within the Facility, as well as a large public bath, plus one more Onsen area with indoor baths only. Inside the building there was so much to see—such as a shochu dojo, artworks, and exhibits about notable historical figures from Kagoshima—that we didn’t have enough time to take it all in. The garden was also vast and perfect for a walk. The Italian dinner was at a restaurant inside Denshokan; both the atmosphere and the food were excellent. Above all, every staff member was wonderful—this was truly an outstanding Accommodation. I would definitely like to stay again when I visit Ibusuki. Thank you very much for your hospitality. As an aside, I learned that this is also the venue for the Ryuo title match in shogi, which made me even more excited—I was moved to see where Sota Fujii sat and played.

I found this hotel as a nearby alternative when the hotel I had in mind was fully booked at the last minute. It was very comfortable. Above all, the bed firmness was just right, and I slept soundly. The large public bath was also great. I was told that gowns were available in front of the elevators if needed, so I went to my room thinking I wouldn’t need one—but there were no pajamas. Then I realized “gown” meant sleepwear, so I went back down to get one. The room was clean, there’s a convenience store next door, and the front desk staff were kind and welcoming. I’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed here on a couples’ trip. The welcome pizza was incredibly delicious, and even though we asked for seconds many times, the staff kindly baked fresh pizzas for us each time with a smile. Thank you very much. Perhaps because there were many families with children, our bathing times didn’t overlap, so even though we used the bath several times, we never shared it with anyone and were able to relax as if it were private. This was my fault, but the pizza was so good that I ate too much and ended up leaving some of my dinner, which I felt sorry about. I thought it would be nice to have an option with a smaller dinner portion. The dessert contained peaches, and when I declined due to my allergy, they offered to prepare an assortment of seasonal fruits instead. Since I’m allergic to fruit in general, I had to decline as well, but I truly appreciated their thoughtful consideration. Breakfast was also very delicious and satisfying. We would definitely like to stay again.

I stayed here once a few years ago, and this time we stayed with my mother-in-law. She was delighted with everything—the meals, the sunset view, the Room, the Onsen, the amenities, and the service. Thank you very much. My daughter mentioned that the hair dryer in the Room had weak airflow and it took a long time to dry her hair; she said she would have preferred a dryer like the ones in the large public bath.

After reading other guests’ Reviews, I learned that the bathroom and toilet are separate and that there is a shower chair, so I made a Reservation. I had been standing for a long time at my favorite artist’s concert, and it was extremely hot, so by the time I got back to the Hotel I was exhausted, but I was able to relax in the bath and soothe my fatigue with a bath salt I chose on the 1st floor (it said it helps you sleep well). The next day, since checkout isn’t until 12:00 p.m., I could take it easy—going out for breakfast and enjoying a morning bath. There was also a coffee machine next to the amenities on the 1st floor, and I appreciated being able to drink coffee freely. I’d like to stay again.

We stayed here on the first night of our two-night trip to Yamagata. The food was excellent, and we were able to try the imoni stew we had been looking forward to at breakfast. The bath was spacious and relaxing, and the garden was beautiful. My spouse and I were both very satisfied. The welcome tama-konnyaku was delicious as well.

We were very satisfied with the wide variety of sweets in the lounge, and the meals were also very delicious. All three of us agreed we would like to come again. The bath was relaxing as well. We will definitely return—thank you very much.

This was my second stay at Almont Hotel. I had a great experience last time, so this time I chose the popular Plan with breakfast. Although the room was compact, it had everything I needed. The bed was spacious, the room was well cleaned, and I stayed very comfortably. The large public bath was also very clean, and I could soak and relax at ease. The breakfast I had been looking forward to offered a wide variety of dishes. Even though I went at a later time, everything was well replenished, making it a very satisfying meal. There was an excellent selection of Okinawan cuisine along with standard Japanese and Western dishes, plus desserts. The reasonable price is also very appealing and makes it easy to stay here. It’s close to the station, and there are plenty of nearby facilities such as supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, and more—so there’s no inconvenience during your stay. Thank you again for another wonderful stay!

Thank you very much for a comfortable stay the other day. The Room was very clean, and the staff were courteous and attentive. I was extremely satisfied and would love to stay again. There is just one point I noticed. The TV in the guest Room seems to have a maximum volume limit set at 25, which was perfectly fine for regular TV broadcasts. However, when playing streaming services such as Netflix, the audio is relatively quiet to begin with, so even at the maximum of 25 it did not become loud enough, and I found it difficult to hear clearly. I understand that setting a volume limit is likely out of consideration for other Rooms, so I think it is generally fine as it is. That said, if a guest requests to watch streaming content, allowing the volume limit to be raised slightly only during that stay (if possible) might make things more comfortable for many guests. This is just one suggestion, but I would appreciate your consideration. Although there was one small concern regarding the Facility equipment, overall it was still a very satisfying stay. I chose this Hotel because it offers excellent access within walking distance to the Shinkansen, Hankyu Railway, and the Midosuji subway line. The cleaning was thorough, and both the building and the Room were spotless. There are three elevators, so there was no waiting time. It perfectly matched my criteria when choosing a Hotel. I would like to stay here again when I visit Osaka.

It’s a great hotel. I stay here often. This is just my personal preference, but I like having sausages at breakfast, and if possible, I’d love it if bacon were available as well. That said, it’s truly a wonderful hotel that I can recommend to friends. I’ll be staying again next month.

We stayed in the urara twin Room during our Obon trip. The ohagi served in the lounge was outstanding! There was a great variety of drinks, and it made us want to come back again and again. In addition to alcohol, we were also happy that we could make an Oropo after the sauna. For dinner, when we mentioned that we wanted to go to Natsu Akari Road after the meal, they served everything quickly, which was a big help. Everything was delicious, but the sashimi platter left the strongest impression. We would love to stay with you again next year. We’re already looking forward to it.

My wife and I stayed here to attend our grandchild’s sports day. We had always stayed at hotels in Minato Mirai before, but this time we were completely satisfied with our stay. Our room was on the top floor, with a wonderful view and a clear look at the stadium. Chinatown and Motomachi are both about a 10-minute walk away, which was very convenient. When choosing a hotel, my top priority is having the bath and toilet separated, and both were extremely clean here. The amenities, including the hair dryer, were also good. What impressed me most was how polished the staff were—their manners and greetings were excellent—and it made our day even more pleasant than at some higher-end hotels. Considering the value for money, I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Yokohama. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
