Cozy Comforts Hotel

I always stay here when I’m on business in Tokushima.I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this is truly my favorite. I sleep so well here and can head to work the next morning feeling refreshed.The breakfast is also genuinely delicious. The menu changes every morning, so even during a Multiple Night Stay I never get tired of it—I look forward to seeing what’s available each day.Above all, the staff are wonderful. They are always cheerful and welcoming, and I’ve been impressed many times by their thoughtfulness—remembering casual conversations and even small details.Coming back to the Hotel naturally makes me feel at ease.The main reason I keep coming back may be the staff. Rather than “I want to stay again,” it feels more like “I want to come see everyone again.” It’s a Hotel I truly love.Thank you always.

With the grand opening, both the Hotel and our Room were very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious—especially the chilled onion and chicken shabu-shabu. It would have been even better with yogurt. All of the staff were very kind and prepared connecting Rooms next to each other, which we truly appreciated for our family trip. I highly recommend this Hotel for families. Thank you very much.
