Kinosaki Onsen Oyado Seri

Our family of four stayed here, and we were able to relax with dinner served in our Room. When we asked to go on an outdoor bath tour, they also provided a Shuttle Service, so we were very satisfied with this Accommodation.The Room had two beds plus a tatami area, so it turned into a family battle over whether to sleep in the beds or on futons (laugh).We got so focused on visiting the outdoor baths that we put off using the Ryokan’s bath, but we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches—being able to choose from different types of shampoo and conditioner, and having towels prepared in the changing area separately from those in the Room. We really appreciated this, since at the outdoor baths there was only body soap and all-in-one shampoo.The staff also provided attentive hospitality that you don’t often see these days, including explaining the dishes, carrying our luggage, and guiding us to our Room.If we have a chance to visit Kinosaki again, we would love to stay here again.

With our 2- and 4-year-old sons, we often have to be extra careful when traveling, but at this Accommodation we were able to enjoy meals and bathing without worrying about others thanks to the in-Room dining Plan and the private bath.We were told it was a mountain-side Room with no ocean view, but a staff member mentioned that “you may be able to see storks from the window,” and our animal-loving kids happily enjoyed the view from the window.Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and we were glad as a couple that we could eat at a relaxed pace. All of the staff were kind to our children as well, and we would definitely like to stay here again when we visit Kinosaki!
