Crystal Villa Shirahama - Hill Town

The Room was spacious and had a sofa, so we could relax comfortably, and the bath was wonderful—like a stone bath. If I may mention just one thing, since pets are allowed and there is a small garden, it would have been even better if it were fenced so that small dogs could run around. Of course, even without that it was more than good enough! We would love to stay again.

We stayed with three family members and two dogs. The building is very clean, and the layout is well designed. On the first floor, right after entering, there is a dog area, and further inside are the vanity area, sauna, and large public bath. There was also a washing machine tucked away. The amenities at the vanity were more than sufficient. The large bath at the back was spacious enough for all six guests to bathe together, and it was an Onsen. It was very relaxing. We only wished the sauna could be set to a higher temperature. Up on the second floor is the dining kitchen. It isn’t huge, but it’s plenty of space. There is a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, rice cooker, and a full set of tableware as well. There are five beds in the bedroom. A projector is also provided; however, perhaps due to condensation, water droplets appeared on the screen image, which was disappointing. It seems to be inside the unit itself, so we hope it can be fixed. Outside there is a dog run and a BBQ area. The dog run was more than enough space for our two small dogs—they ran around nonstop. The Coleman BBQ grill had plenty of heat power and cooked both meat and seafood nicely. Tongs, paper plates, chopsticks, salt and pepper—even yakiniku sauce—were provided! Extra gas canisters were also prepared in advance. Insect spray was available as well; having mosquito coils would have made it even better. We brought our own ingredients, but Tore Tore Market and Super Okuwa are nearby for groceries and beer supplies too. Adventure World is also very close by. We were able to stay comfortably with our pets without any worries—overall we were extremely satisfied.”
