The staff at the reception were very friendly and provided clear explanations. Since I stayed on a weekday, I was able to use the shower room and restroom without waiting. Apart from some hair left in the sink, the private room was clean. I appreciated the welcome drink as well. The breakfast the next morning had limited options but was just right for a morning meal. As a side note, when I mistakenly thought I had forgotten something after returning home and called, they responded politely both times—even when I called back to confirm there was no forgotten item after all. I will definitely stay here again!

As a capsule hotel, the sleeping space is not particularly spacious, but the service is absolutely amazing! While there is a small fee for in-house wear, everything else such as towels, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover, face wash, lotion, moisturizer, cotton pads, and cotton swabs are provided. Sunscreen is available for free and items like hair oil, hair treatment products, hair irons, sunscreen spray, cooling spray and chargers can all be rented at no cost! From 3 PM to 10 PM there’s a free drink bar with complimentary snacks like chocolate and rice crackers! Unlimited manga reading! Free breakfast! Free matcha tea experience! You can also enjoy unlimited access to the collagen room (normally priced at 3,000 yen for 30 minutes at beauty salons)! I even received a matcha latte just by writing a review!There are refrigerators & freezers on every floor!For this level of service at this price point—it’s unbelievably affordable!
