As this is a No Meals Included plan, no meals are provided. The Onsen and bath are in a unit bathroom. The guest rooms are designed with no wasted space, minimizing dead space. Since it was summer in Sapporo, opening the window let in a pleasant breeze and was comfortable. The location is convenient and close to the downtown area, so you won’t have trouble finding places to eat or drink.

Whenever I visit Sapporo, I stay here as long as there is availability. It’s a very good Hotel and conveniently located near the station. However, this time the Room I was shown had not been cleaned properly, so I asked to change Rooms, but the next Room was the same. Since I checked in late at night and was tired, it would have been difficult to change Rooms again, so you provided a temporary fix and I stayed in that Room. On a previous stay, I was also shown a Room where used bedding and the wash area were left as they were. This had never happened before, so I was surprised and wondered what might have happened. I understand there may be staffing shortages and that cleaning many Rooms is demanding, but I hope guests can stay as comfortably as possible. I’ve written various things here, but there are also staff members who are very helpful. Thank you very much.
