Conne Hotel

We stayed one night as a couple in a non-smoking Queen Room. The Room had a shower, and the large public bath on the 1st floor was uncrowded and very comfortable. Since our Room faced south, it was bright and spacious enough for us. The free coffee on the 1st floor was excellent, and we enjoyed it many times. The staff were very kind and pleasant.For dinner, we went to the nearby sushi kappo restaurant “Yashio,” where the sashimi, miso soup with rockfish (arakabu), and kibinago tempura were outstanding (set meals are available until 7:00 p.m.). We would definitely like to stay here again next time we visit Fukue.Also, we didn’t realize this Hotel offers rental bicycles, so we rented an electric-assist city bike from the tourist association at Fukue Port. It was rusty, worn out, and poorly maintained—so much so that it stopped even on gentle downhill slopes. We highly recommend using this Hotel’s newer rental bicycles instead.

Great value for money, and I was very satisfied to have a bath as well.You can rent a bicycle for 1,000 yen per day, which let me make good use of my arrival day exploring around Fukue!
