Hotel Green Hill Otaki

If you don’t particularly need a separate bath and toilet and just want a place to stay, this is more than enough. The Room was fairly spacious. For breakfast, each person received a simple bento-style side dish box, and rice, bread, and drinks were unlimited refills. The large public bath alternates between men and women, so unfortunately I couldn’t use it due to the schedule, but there was no excessive service—everything was efficient—and my spouse and I were satisfied. There is some dirt in certain areas outside and in the bath/toilet facilities, which may bother some people, but at this price with breakfast included, we were satisfied.

I stayed here during my trip. The front desk staff were kind and friendly to my child, which left a good impression. The room was spacious, and we could relax on the tatami area behind the bedroom. There was no moldy smell. The bath seemed to alternate between men → women → men, so I didn’t use it due to security concerns.Breakfast included free side dishes made from frozen food and locally sourced rice, which I appreciated. (There were also options like natto and toast.)When we were leaving, the front desk staff gave my child a toy—this was the first time I experienced such hospitality at a hotel! The 12 PM checkout time was also very convenient.Although some reviews mentioned moldy-smelling rooms or poor service, I personally didn’t experience any of that. While the hallways and lobby had a strong air freshener scent, it wasn’t bothersome since we didn’t spend much time there. I would definitely stay here again for future trips!
