HOTEL Yume no Yu

I stay here every time I travel to Kanazawa. This time I planned to stay for five nights, but I couldn’t make a Reservation for the first three nights, so I stayed at another hotel. For the last two nights, I was able to stay at this familiar Accommodation and relax in the Onsen for two days, which was very refreshing. Hotel Yumenoyu offers a free round-trip shuttle bus from Kanazawa Station (West Exit), which is very convenient for getting there and back. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

Staying over Silver Week.\n\nMaybe because I made my Reservation late, every Hotel was fully booked, and the ones with availability were expensive.\nWhile I was debating what to do, I found this place.\n\nI thought, “A capsule hotel…,” but the Room was larger than a typical capsule hotel and very clean. The bed was also big.\nThere’s no lock and the ceiling is open, so you can hear noise from neighboring Rooms, but it was more than good enough for me.\nEveryone around me was considerate about noise as well, so nothing bothered me in particular.\n\nThe women-only area had excellent security, so I felt completely at ease. I relaxed in the bath after a long day and slept soundly.\nOf course, some people may not like this type of Room, but for someone like me who usually sleeps in my car, it felt like heaven.\nUnlimited access to the bath at this price is very appealing.\nSince sleeping in a car isn’t possible on extremely hot or cold days, I’d like to stay here again when traveling in Hokuriku.\n\nJust one thing: the lighting in the Room was a bit dim, which made it hard to do my makeup.\nI used the vanity area in the bathroom instead; personally it wasn’t an issue for me—just for your reference.\n\nThank you very much for your hospitality.
