Hotel Nagano Avenue

The large public bath on the top floor (with a sauna!) was very relaxing, and the delicious breakfast was perfect for me—I could enjoy a little of everything, with soba and oyaki served in easy-to-eat, bite-sized portions. The dessert selection was also excellent. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches you don’t often find at other Hotels, like disposable chopsticks in the amenity area in the first-floor lobby and water dispensers on every floor. Everyone—from the front desk staff to the restaurant team and housekeeping—was genuinely warm and welcoming.My only regret is that I didn’t spend more time playing with LOVOT in the lobby… so next time, definitely.

The Room was clean, the amenities were well stocked, and nightwear was available on each floor, so I had a very comfortable stay with no inconveniences. Breakfast was also excellent—there were so many local Nagano specialties such as soba noodles, oyaki, and nozawana pickles, along with drinkable yogurt and many other delicious items that I couldn’t possibly try everything. I was very satisfied. The large public bath was great as well, but none of the four hair dryers worked properly. One only blew cold air, and the others just lit up when pressed but didn’t blow any air. They looked like expensive models (such as ReFa), so there may have been some special way to operate them, but I would have appreciated having at least one standard dryer that starts blowing immediately when you press the power button. They were difficult for an average person to use. However, there was a regular hair dryer in the Room, so I was able to dry my hair there. Other than that, everything was truly excellent!
