Ibis Budget Osaka Umeda

It was my first time using this accommodation, but it was easily accessible from Osaka Station, and the staff were polite, making my stay very pleasant. Thank you.

Thank you for the wonderful stay! The front desk staff at check-in provided very professional service and prepared the requested room perfectly. It seemed that about 80% of the guests were international travelers (many appeared to be Westerners). I appreciated the recommendation to borrow a makeup mirror near the front desk and also enjoyed having complimentary water in the room. I stayed for two nights, but on the first night, it was a bit noisy as some Korean guests on the same floor were chatting with their doors open until around 11 PM. The room provided was compact, facing the street with plenty of light, clean, and had a fresh atmosphere. The bathroom was spotless, and I found the shower pressure excellent—very comfortable overall. On my arrival day in Osaka, I found it challenging to walk from Umeda Station to the hotel and ended up taking a subway instead. However, I was informed by your staff that walking from Umeda Station to your accommodation is straightforward. On my second morning when heading early to Kyoto, I decided to walk back to Umeda Station without any issues.On my last day, I enjoyed your highly-rated breakfast after being informed beforehand about potential crowds; hence I arrived right at 6:30 AM when it started. The spread included dishes like "Harihari Nabe" with udon noodles added in freshly fried skewers alongside both Japanese & Western options plus abundant fruits! It felt heartwarming seeing international visitors trying chopsticks enthusiastically while exchanging small conversations amongst them too!Lastly big thanks goes out towards attentive dining area team members who ensured smooth operations across tables ensuring everyone’s needs met seamlessly.Looking forward returning next time visiting Osaka again 😊
