  I can’t sleep because of the noise outside...

  I stayed here on a business trip to Tokyo. Check-in was very smooth. There was an address change, but it was easy to update by entering it on the touch panel. The shower and amenities were in APA Hotel’s usual style, with no issues. However, when I tried to go to sleep after 11:00 PM, the Hotel faces the road, and I could clearly hear voices (pedestrians?) and passing cars even though the room window was closed... I tried turning up the air conditioning fan noise to mask it, but it didn’t help... Since it’s in the city and faces a road, this may be unavoidable due to the location, but I would appreciate any measures you can take. Around 9:00 PM, there were people (not guests?) gathered in front of the Hotel entrance talking, which also made me feel that security wasn’t very good. I would appreciate your consideration on these points.

  Satisfaction

  Arrived late, took a shower, and just slept, but the system was simple, had everything needed, and was comfortable. Convenient location; I’ll choose this place for future business trips to Tokyo.
