APA Hotel <Asakusa Ekimae> (All Rooms Non-Smoking)

I chose this Hotel for its great location and price. It’s close to the elevator at the Asakusa Line station, which made carrying luggage very convenient. The Room was clean. The bath area and the shelves in the Room had slightly more space, making it easy to place items, and I felt it was thoughtfully designed. The amenities were well stocked, and I especially liked that the quality of the cotton pads was better than at other Hotels. When staying in Asakusa, I would like to use it again.

This was my first stay since New Year's 2024. During my previous stay, I felt the room was quite small, so I came prepared this time, but I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn’t as small as I thought. Perhaps it’s due to the size of the window and the absence of a wall next to the bed. The design is compact, but it didn’t feel cramped at all. While suitcases can apparently fit under the bed, I chose not to store my bag there and instead used the coat rack near the entrance. There’s no closet, but six hangers were provided on the coat rack.After two years since my last visit, I noticed some changes in the breakfast menu and a significant increase in foreign guests—there were fewer Japanese guests this time. However, check-in was quieter compared to before; everyone waited patiently in line without making much noise. Conversations were kept low-key, and parents quickly addressed any noisy children. Even in the hallways, it was very quiet.With its convenient location and reasonably well-equipped amenities for this price range, everything exceeded expectations—completely satisfied!
