  It was very clean. I didn’t have any unpleasant experiences at all. Since it’s inside a building, the view from the window was understandably limited.

  It was comfortable.

  Although it’s only a 5–6 minute walk from Hommachi Station, it was quiet and comfortable. The bed and linens were clean and fresh, and it was great value for the price. I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.

  Very satisfied!

  I booked a room for the night after visiting the Expo. The location was excellent, with direct access from Shin-Osaka, no transfers needed to the Expo venue, close to Umeda and Osaka Station, and within walking distance to Shinsaibashi. When I asked in the morning if I could borrow an umbrella while leaving my luggage, the staff responded kindly and promptly. Thanks to their help, I had a very comfortable time both at the Expo venue and during my exploration of Umeda the next day. Although the welcome drink service was until 8 PM, they kindly accommodated me even though I arrived slightly late. It was such a relief after experiencing how crowded Osaka was everywhere! The room itself was spacious and very quiet. Even one of the foreign cleaning staff greeted me with such a warm smile that it truly brightened my day. Staying here on a Saturday during the Expo period at such great value helped me recover from all my fatigue—thank you so much!

  For a simple stay

  The amenities were minimal, and the simple service was impressive. It may depend on the person, but I think there is a demand for this kind of service. That said, there is a drink service in the lounge, and you can enjoy the atmosphere. The room might depend on personal preference, but the unique bed arrangement was interesting. It's a bit of a distance from the station, but there are restaurants around, and a large park where you can enjoy a walk.
