    I had a great time!

    We had seen a Review saying the pool temperature was low, and since it was a chilly day we were worried, but it was comfortably warm. The first-floor flooring is also not slippery, so I think it’s dog-friendly. If possible, it would have been even better if the second-floor flooring were made of similarly non-slip materials. The quality of the free-flowing Onsen water was great as well, and it was a wonderful Accommodation that makes not only dogs but also people want to come back.

    This place was amazing.

    We’ve stayed with our dog at many cottages, but this Accommodation was among the very best. We could soak in the Onsen anytime, 24 hours a day, and fully enjoy the sauna as well. Even after bathing we stayed warm and cozy all the way to bedtime. The massage chair helped us unwind, our dog ran around in the spacious yard, and we played together in the heated pool (though for this season it felt a bit cool...). The kitchen was well equipped, so we cooked whatever we liked, and our whole family had a truly happy time. Thank you to all the staff.\nPlease consider adjusting the heated pool temperature by season—we’ll be back!

    We had a wonderful time.

    We had a wonderful time. Unfortunately, it rained, so we couldn't use the dog run, but our dog had a great time playing in the pool and was very satisfied. The Facility was clean, and the dinner and snacks were plentiful, leaving us full. Privacy was well-maintained, allowing for a comfortable stay. It would have been even better if the pool temperature were higher. Thank you so much!

    The ultimate dog-friendly accommodation

    This is my second visit. My dog is not good at communicating with other dogs, so having a private pool and run like this is a dream-like Facility. Even at good Facilities, some places do not accept solo guests, but I was grateful for the warm acceptance here. I will visit again.

    Dog-friendly Travel

    I stayed here for a trip with my dog. The stairs have gentle steps, so even my senior dog could safely go up to the second floor. The furniture and built-in kitchen appliances were all modern and made the stay very comfortable. The selection of tableware was also stylish, featuring brands like Iihoshi and HASAMI, which added to the excitement! The space was incredibly luxurious, and even with a large dog, there wasn’t a single moment where it felt cramped during our two-day stay. One point: It seemed that someone next door using their pool accidentally hit something against our shared wall repeatedly. While it made some noise during their one-hour pool time, once that hour ended, there was nothing else to be concerned about. Of course, no voices or other disturbances were heard. When we used our pool during our designated time slot, they were still in theirs—just bad timing on our part. You can enjoy both the Onsen and sauna at any time you like. If your dog uses the pool, there’s also a blower provided for drying them off—an extremely helpful feature! This was truly the perfect space for a relaxing trip with my dog!

    Dogs Take Center Stage

    We visited with our family of four and two beloved dogs, enjoying the dog run, pool, and child sharing existing bedding options, making it a perfect stay centered around our pets. The unique interior and beautiful scenery provided a sense of escape from daily life, making us want to return to this accommodation. There were two large and convenient toilets for dogs as well. Our teenage daughter was satisfied with the amenities, which included high-quality POLA cosmetics with pleasant fragrances that she could use confidently. With two restrooms available in the accommodation, even my husband could use them comfortably without worry. Additionally, having designated parking spots for each room added to our peace of mind during the stay. The onsen was incredibly relaxing and left our skin feeling smooth. The washing machine provided allowed us to clean any dirty laundry before heading home—a thoughtful feature appreciated by homemakers like me!

    Wonderful memories

    The ability to enjoy the pool with our beloved dog was undoubtedly a major highlight. The children also had a great time, and it became a joyful experience for the entire family. The flowing Onsen was incredibly soothing, providing relaxation for both body and mind. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it even came equipped with a massage chair, creating a truly relaxing space. As my son is set to start university in America this month, we planned this trip as an important time to spend together as a family. We were able to create wonderful memories with our dog included. For those looking for an accommodation where you can relax with your entire family—including your pets—I highly recommend this place. I look forward to visiting again during another season!

    The private dog run ...

    The private dog run (garden) was overgrown with weeds on the day we used it, and it wasn’t in a condition where a large dog could run around comfortably. Indoors, although the air conditioning was on, warm air was coming out from several spots and the cooling was barely effective. If you have a large dog that gets hot easily, it may feel too warm. Because warm air kept coming in and the room wouldn’t cool down, we asked whether the heating might be on. We were told it was a device to prevent indoor appliances from being damaged by the Onsen, and that it would switch to cooler air once the sun went down—but it never became cool. Our dogs were panting heavily and looked exhausted from the heat. The bathroom was also hot since there is no air conditioning there. The upstairs bedroom might feel slightly cooler if you keep it closed off, but our large dogs kept panting and didn’t sleep at all. In the garden, our dogs reacted to lively barking from next door (another Accommodation?), which made them seem unsettled. There are two units/rooms; there is a divider between this garden and the other one’s garden, but there are gaps so you can see through easily. Dogs that react to other dogs may not be able to relax here. The kitchen was very clean and easy to use. Since we stayed in midsummer, this ended up being our impression; I think our experience might be different in another season. As for the pool area, because there is only one door between you and next door, you can hear conversations when they are using it as well. The woman who assisted us was very kind—thank you very much.

    I had a relaxing stay.

    Amid the intense heat, I discovered there was an indoor pool and decided on a 2-night Multiple Night Stay. The high ceiling provided a sense of openness, and despite the spaciousness, everything was impeccably clean. The drum-style washing machine and dishwasher were incredibly convenient. I did feel that having more meal options would be nice. I would love to visit again if given the chance!

    A supreme and blissful experience

    Stayed in July. Watching my beloved dog run around, seeing my family smile, and hearing the chirping of birds—it was truly the best time. On the first day, we enjoyed catering from a local sushi restaurant called "Yamahiko." The experience was absolutely wonderful. We had heartfelt conversations with family while savoring incredibly fresh sushi—it was unforgettable. I definitely want to come back again, though I imagine it will become harder to book as demand increases... It was such an amazing experience that it took some time to adjust back to reality. Thank you for providing such a perfect moment.

    Private Pool

    I made the reservation with great anticipation of swimming with my beloved dog. Since it was completely private, we were able to enjoy ourselves without worrying about others. Although we arrived before check-in time, a quick phone call was met with kind assistance. My dog, tired from the journey, seemed very happy running around the spacious garden. The interior and amenities were all clean and pleasant, allowing us to have a stress-free stay. I would definitely like to use this place again!

    Satisfied with the indoor pool.

    We visited primarily for the pool during the early rainy season. Our small dog enjoyed floating on a float in the pool, but the space was large enough for bigger dogs to have fun as well, so we’re planning to visit again with our relatives' large dog. The indoor pool allowed us to play without worrying about sunburn, and my daughter seemed very satisfied. The bath had high-quality water, and the sauna was spacious and relaxing. The garden was also wide and beautifully maintained—there are too many wonderful features for dog lovers to list! Highly recommended.

    The pool for you and your beloved dog is amazing!

    The facilities, including the pool, sauna, and onsen, were excellent overall, and I was very satisfied. I would love to stay again, so here are some points that could be improved for next time: ● About Meals I used the plan with selected BBQ ingredients, but it would have been nice if drinks like craft cola or ginger ale were included in the set. Also, having soup or dessert would make it perfect. By the way, there didn’t seem to be any vending machines within walking distance, and delivery services like Uber Eats or Demae-can were out of range. ● About Check-out Time Since check-out is at 10 a.m., there wasn’t much time to enjoy the pool or dog run in the morning during a one-night stay. It would have been better if check-out was at 11 a.m., or if there was an option for late check-out plans. ● Other Minor Points - The sauna seating surface gets hot; having sauna mats would be helpful. - A manual for self-loylyu (steam pouring) would be useful. - The ceiling design in the bath area is wavy; those who are 180 cm tall may hit their heads on it. - The tablet operation for check-out was not very intuitive. Overall, thanks to high-quality facilities and attentive responses to inquiries, I had a very relaxing stay. Thank you!

    A truly rejuvenating stay that healed both mind and body.

    I stayed at FOLQ HAKONE GORA for the first time, and it turned out to be an amazing experience beyond my expectations. The room was clean, quiet, and had a relaxing atmosphere, allowing me to unwind comfortably. The staff were polite and kind, making my stay very pleasant.     Perfect for spending time with your family and beloved dog!

    This was my first time staying here, and it was by far the best accommodation I have stayed at with my beloved dog. The space was spacious, very clean, and had a great sense of cleanliness. The onsen bath and heated pool provided were particularly excellent. I would love to stay here again.

    I had a very comfortable stay.

    This was my first time staying here. It was a resort house filled with thoughtfulness, consideration, and kindness for both people and dogs. The amenities (for both humans and dogs) were well-equipped, making it very convenient and comfortable for us as owners of two large dogs. It's rare to find a resort house so thoughtfully designed from the perspective of large dog owners. The height of the retractable kitchen barrier fence was sufficient, all furniture corners had cushion guards, and the non-slip flooring that could be easily cleaned provided peace of mind during our stay. The garden was spacious, allowing our dogs to run around happily. We will definitely visit again!

    I was able to create the best memories with my beloved dog.

    A property where my beloved dog can run freely, with a pool, and even swim in the pool during winter was like a dream! It was beautiful and felt like an ideal home! My beloved dog was also running around freely! There were games, and the children were delighted. We would love to use it again!

    It was a brand new Facility that had just opened. The interior design was lovely, and the equipment and amenities were almost complete, making it comfortable. The spacious dog run on the lawn had small hills and tunnels, which made the dogs very happy. The wooden deck extending from the Room had a table where you could relax while enjoying the view of the Hakone mountains. The wooden deck has a significant step down to the ground, and although there are stone steps, please be careful when small dogs are descending. The indoor pool was heated, and there were life jackets for both humans and dogs in various sizes. There were also float rings available. The dog run and pool had showers with hot water, which was convenient. The kitchen was an island type, equipped with utensils for cooking. There was also a large refrigerator, coffee maker, oven range, and rice cooker. Although we stayed for one night this time, the dogs were smiling, and it was very comfortable and enjoyable, so we would like to stay a little longer next time.
