  Excellent Accommodation

  We stayed for one night as a family of three, including our upper elementary school-aged son who loves tatami. The hospitality of the hostess was exceptional. From the matcha tea served at check-in to the introduction of the historical building and garden, as well as recommendations for dining spots tailored to our Kawagoe sightseeing plans, everything was thoughtfully arranged. She was also very kind to our child, making even our slightly shy son enjoy conversations. Despite being a historical house, the facility is well-equipped with modern amenities such as clean restrooms, washbasins, a ReFa hairdryer, and basic toiletries. It was so comfortable that we wished we could have had a multiple night stay. The open-air bath allowed us to relax while gazing at fresh green maple leaves after walking around all day. After bathing, we enjoyed orange juice and Coedo beer before sleeping soundly on high-quality futon mattresses. The dry landscape garden was stunning both during its nighttime illumination and in its lush daytime appearance. This accommodation provided an excellent opportunity to unwind from daily fatigue while experiencing the history of Koedo Kawagoe.

  We were truly delighted by your unexpected visit. The sight of your family in traditional attire entering the tatami Room was picturesque and conveyed your deep appreciation for Japanese culture. Sharing moments over matcha, exploring the garden, and chatting during your Kawagoe stroll left a lasting impression on us. It was also a joy to see your son, whom we heard is a bit shy, happily engaging in conversation—a cherished memory for us. The garden takes on a different charm when embraced by autumn foliage. We warmly invite you to visit again with your family during another season. We look forward to that day and will prepare the garden and Room with care for your return.

  It was excellent.

  I used this place for the first time because I was attracted by the open-air bath. I was able to enjoy a large open-air bath where I could stretch out my arms and relax. (I entered it more than 10 times.) In addition to water, two drinks were prepared in the refrigerator, and I enjoyed COEDO beer in the open-air bath. The garden at night was also lit up and very beautiful. It is really just a few minutes from Kawagoe City Station, and there are convenience stores and places to eat nearby. I think it's a perfect location for those visiting Kawagoe. I would like to go back soon to relax again. Thank you very much.

  Enjoy a pleasant stay.

  The location is very convenient with easy access to transportation and tourist attractions. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, making it feel just like home. The Onsen within the facility was also very relaxing, providing a perfect way to unwind after a long day.
