It was a wonderful Accommodation.We were completely satisfied with both the Room and the meals, and the panoramic view over Lake Suwa was truly beautiful and soothing. The Onsen had excellent water quality, allowing us to relax at ease.We also appreciated the complimentary beer after bathing. We even received sightseeing boat tickets, so we were able to fully enjoy exploring Lake Suwa. This is an Accommodation we would definitely like to stay at again.

All of the staff are extremely kind and attentive.The Room is spacious and very clean, and it’s also nice to relax in the stylish in-house loungewear.There are two types of Onsen baths with alternating access for men and women between morning and evening, so you can unwind while looking out over Lake Suwa.In many Onsen areas from Hakone and Atami down to Shimoda, most employees are foreign nationals, but here the team is working hard as Japanese staff. It makes me want to support them, also in terms of creating local employment.They offer welcome drinks, and the restaurant also has a Lake Suwa view where you can relax in a Japanese-modern interior.I was surprised by the complimentary draft beer service after bathing. Cold and refreshing—such an appreciated touch.There was also a sightseeing boat service, but unfortunately it was cloudy that day, so I’ll use it next time.It was a bit disappointing that there wasn’t drip coffee in the Room. Also, because there is a smoking area, there was some cigarette smell—those were the reasons I deducted one star. Other than that, no complaints at all. It was very comfortable and made for a pleasant holiday.
