Nishi-Izu Koshihari Onsen Akaneiro no Umi Arujisu

I had a very comfortable stay.The service, food, and location were all very satisfying.One concern: I felt the height of the privacy screens at the large public bath might still allow it to be seen from the beach in front, which bothered me.

I stayed with three friends (four of us in total).Because one of us has limited mobility, I asked in advance whether we could visit using a wheelchair or cane and whether a shower chair was available. I received a very polite email saying it would be possible and that they would be happy to welcome us, which truly impressed me.We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath, and it was the most satisfying open-air-bath Room I have ever stayed in.Overall, it was spacious enough, and the toilet was excellent as well, with plenty of space and handrails on both sides.The bath overlooking the sea also had enough room for two people to relax and stretch out. If it had been clear weather, could we have seen Mt. Fuji too?We also had our meals in the living area of the Room, so we could dine at a relaxed pace. The portions were generous—almost too much to finish.
