We stayed here for a family trip.All of the staff were very welcoming, and we were truly impressed by the complimentary free-flow drinks service. The meals were just the right amount—not too much—and we enjoyed everything to the last bite. The sashimi in particular was outstanding!The Onsen water quality was excellent, and with the clear autumn weather that day, we felt completely refreshed in the open-air bath.Overall, it was a wonderful stay, but the only disappointment was the Wi‑Fi. The signal was extremely weak in the guest rooms, lobby, and all common areas, and it wasn’t usable in practice. Mobile reception was also poor in this location, so the weak Wi‑Fi felt like a serious issue; I regret that I couldn’t get my work done during our stay.Other than that, we were very satisfied with the service, food, and baths, and we hope the Wi‑Fi will be improved. I stayed here on a trip extending from Kanazawa to the Noto area. This Accommodation is located right by the Chirihama Nagisa Driveway.This time, I booked a standard twin Room with the basic meal Plan. The Room facilities feel a bit dated, but it was spacious enough, and the greenery in the garden was beautiful.The meals were more than generous—perfect for enjoying with drinks (if you don’t drink alcohol or want to eat even more, adding options might be a good idea). Everything was delicious, including fresh sashimi and beautifully presented dishes.After dinner, I spent a relaxing time at the bar next door, enjoying an after-dinner drink (non-alcoholic for me).The Onsen is free-flowing from the source with a silky-smooth quality. Perhaps because there are Rooms with private Onsen baths, the large public bath never felt crowded, and I could enjoy a long, relaxing soak.I imagine it must have been a difficult period after the heavy rain damage, but none of that showed in your hospitality—the staff made my stay truly comfortable.
