Kanazawa Yuwaku Onsen Kokorian

We stayed here for our 30th wedding anniversary trip. The meals were simply outstanding. Not only the food but also the tableware was beautiful, and my wife—who loves dishes—was so inspired that she bought lots of Kutani ware during our sightseeing in Kanazawa the next day. It was my wife’s first time in Kanazawa, and she seems to have fallen in love with the city. With only four Rooms, it was quiet, and the bath was excellent as well. We truly enjoyed a relaxing adults-only getaway. We would love to return again, not just for anniversaries.

I visited on a solo trip as a woman.It’s a bit of a journey from Kanazawa Station, but the moment I arrived I felt at ease, and both my body and mind were truly refreshed.Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious.I enjoyed not only the local ingredients but also the beautiful presentation.Everything was wonderful, but personally the “Kabocha Castella” and the “Blanched Purple Eggplant with Rikyu-style Sauce and Snow Peas” were exceptional—I hope I can have them again someday.They even made onigiri from the rice I couldn’t finish in the clay pot so I could enjoy it in my Room, and I really appreciated that thoughtful touch.When traveling, my cleansing often doesn’t remove everything and my eyes end up stinging, but here it washed off completely, and even the foaming face wash was comfortable to use.Both the bath area and my Room were spotless down to every corner, and including the amenities, I could really feel how much care goes into every detail.Everyone at the Ryokan welcomed me with warm smiles, and it left a lasting impression—those smiles made me smile too.The Onsen was wonderful of course, but thanks to that warmth from everyone there, my stay felt even more relaxing.Thank you very much!I honestly wished I had checked in earlier so I could have taken more time to unwind.On departure, I also used the Shuttle Service to the station and was seen off with great care.I would love to visit again.
