To start with the conclusion, every member of the staff was wonderful. From one week before our stay, the operators were helpful, and this time we stayed for two nights as three generations for the first time. The entrance, lounge, pool staff, housekeeping staff, breakfast buffet staff, Japanese breakfast staff, and valet parking staff—everyone we interacted with was very kind. My daughter and her husband and our two grandchildren were also very happy. I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you very much. I especially recommend this Accommodation for families, and we would love to stay again.

I stayed on the Plan with Premium Lounge access and breakfast.Although I had originally booked a harbor-view Room, they upgraded me to an ocean-view Room because it was my birthday (the day of my stay). Thanks to that, I was able to fully enjoy the fireworks right from my Room (balcony).Above all, the Premium Lounge was outstanding.I had assumed this Hotel would be very family-oriented and therefore crowded, but it was always quiet and truly relaxing. Families probably don’t come to the lounge—there aren’t many kid-friendly snacks or sweets. The alcohol selection in particular is excellent: two types of awamori, two types of whisky, rum (from Ie Island), two types of sparkling wine, plus red and white wine. Especially impressive was “Shimanagi” from Masahiro Shuzo in local Itoman City—absolutely superb. I ended up drinking that almost exclusively.The Ie Island rum “Santa Maria Gold” is also amazing. Try adding a small drizzle over Blue Seal brown sugar ice cream and topping it with nuts—it turns into a high-end dessert. Please give it a try; everything you need is available in the lounge.Even the red wine goes beyond typical lounge quality—honestly better than many international-brand hotel lounges.On top of that, it’s open until 11:00 PM, and you can enjoy Orion beer and sparkling wine from the morning.I could spend quiet adult time in a spacious lounge.The background music selection is also impeccable—I even looked up the tracks and listen at home now.This kind of lounge experience was completely new to me—a real eye-opener.I’ll definitely be back.If you stay on the club-lounge floor, you even receive complimentary beach sandals, which is incredibly helpful.For breakfast, since the buffet gets crowded (there was quite a line), I chose either Japanese or Western set meals instead. You need to make a Reservation by 10:00 PM the day before. The menu is almost the same every day, so I’d love to see more variety—but everything tastes great.Some nearby recommendations:Roadside Station Itoman (Michi-no-Eki Itoman) nearby is also highly recommended.Okinawa may be known for pork dishes and steak, but the seafood here is fantastic—especially tuna. It’s nearly medium fatty tuna at prices that feel unbelievably low.Also recommended is Masahiro Shuzo nearby as well. If you’re driving then it’s not an option for tasting alcohol, but tastings are available otherwise. Awamori is great too, but they also have whisky and gin—you’ll have trouble deciding what souvenirs to buy.
