ANA Crowne Plaza Toyama

At the IHG Hotel where I always stay, I can enjoy a comfortable stay every time and benefit from various services—thank you very much.During my stay it rained, and I was able to borrow an umbrella when going out. Thank you.The pillow and bed firmness were just right, and I slept soundly. Although it was a seasonally humid and uncomfortable day, the air conditioning worked very well.I received bath salts at check-in, which allowed me to enjoy a pleasantly scented bath—this was wonderful.With four elevators, there was no stress at all when going up or down.Water dispensers were installed on each floor. Instead of providing bottled water as before, this showed consideration for the environment.The breakfast venue was very spacious, with an excellent variety of food and drinks, all of which I enjoyed.

After I messaged in advance that we were traveling to see the snowy Tateyama, you informed us of a Plan that guarantees a Tateyama-side room, which gave us peace of mind even before our trip. The weather was great, and thanks to you we were able to enjoy views of Tateyama all day—daytime, night, and morning.Thank you very much.Since the nearby restaurants were closed, we had Japanese cuisine at the Hotel. It was delicious.Whenever we visit Toyama from now on, we will stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Toyama by IHG!!
