미쓰 역 × 만족도 평가가 높은 호텔·료칸

Although I arrived late due to a flight delay, the staff kindly assisted me, which I really appreciated. The large public bath was clean and spacious enough, and I was able to relax. The parking is free, and the location is very convenient—close to Matsuyama Castle and ideal for walks, sightseeing, and shopping. Considering the great value for money, it felt almost too good to be true. I would like to stay here again.

This Hotel is directly connected to Iyotetsu Matsuyama-shi Station, which was convenient since I planned to take an express bus the day after my stay. The Room and the large public bath were both very clean and well maintained. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which included local specialties (Uwajima-style sea bream rice and five kinds of mandarin orange juice). Since I enjoyed Onsen at Dogo Onsen Honkan, I only needed a place to stay and a good breakfast, so I was very satisfied and felt it offered great value for money.

Spacious and affordable—very helpful for us. Sorry to mention this in a comment, but we found the key plate we had misplaced. Thank you for looking for it. We will use your place again.

All the staff are wonderful, making this an excellent Hotel. The free, spacious parking is also a plus. Breakfast was very satisfying, and starting at 6:00 a.m. is very convenient for early departures. You need to be careful when climbing up and down the Room’s bunk bed, but you can sleep well. Above all, it offers outstanding value for money. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

I chose this hotel mainly for its location, and I was very satisfied with the staff’s kind and welcoming service and the excellent cleanliness. Having the Iyotetsu line, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby was especially helpful. It made the first day of our road trip a great one. Thank you very much.

Although some of the facilities—especially the unit bath—feel a bit dated, the excellent breakfast and great value more than make up for it. The amenities are also well stocked. Thank you as always for your hospitality.

After sightseeing at Okaido and Matsuyama Castle, I arrived within walking distance. Near the front desk, you pick up essentials such as bathrobes and brushes to take to your Room. There is also a sake tasting service. On the second floor, there are massage chairs and a manga corner. There is also a limited-time drink bar where you can enjoy free sours and highballs. Mini ramen is available as well. With rental bicycles, it’s easy to access Dogo Onsen and nearby Kotobuki Onsen (Kotobuki Onsen is inexpensive). Breakfast was more than sufficient, with items like jakoten fish cakes and Pon Juice. This Hotel offered outstanding value for money, and the front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The view of Matsuyama Castle was great, and it looked especially beautiful at sunset. The Room was also clean. I’m not a fan of unit baths, so having the bath and toilet separate made my stay comfortable. However, I would have liked a wash basin in the bathroom.

Whenever I arrive at Matsuyama Airport, I stay here. It’s close to the station and reasonably priced, so I’m very satisfied. I will stay here again next time. I noticed this last time as well, but it seems the older staff at the front desk and in the dining area have retired—I was looking forward to seeing them.

The Onsen and meals were excellent.

If I have the chance to visit Matsuyama again, I’d love to stay here again. Next time, I’d like to check in earlier and also request dinner.

Conveniently located near the station, with easy access to the downtown area on foot or by train. It is not a brand-new Hotel, but the Room was spacious and well kept and clean. We stayed in a twin Room, and the beds were large. The parking lot was near the Hotel, and discount vouchers were available.

I stayed for two nights and tried both the Matsuyama rice porridge and the sea bream broth ochazuke—both were outstanding! I can’t wait to have them again. Next time I’m staying for three nights, and I’m torn about which one to order twice.

Our family of four stayed in two Twin Rooms. The front desk staff were very courteous, and the Room and beds were spacious. We were also very satisfied with the covered parking, same-day luggage storage, and dinner service with app registration. Breakfast was also delicious! We would definitely stay again!

We stayed here while visiting to celebrate our second son’s wife’s birthday. The location was convenient, with easy access and close to where we had dinner. Best of all was the breakfast buffet—especially the sea bream rice. Matsuyama Castle is also nearby, making it a great area for running. We would love to stay again next time.

I stayed here not for sightseeing, but to take a certification exam. First of all, the complimentary drinks in the fridge were well stocked (bottled water, juice, and beer for each guest). There were also Ito En instant tea sticks and drip coffee (with a T-fal electric kettle). There were snacks on the table—and even cup noodles by the sink! The kitchenware and tableware are fully provided, so if you’re traveling with small children and prefer not to eat out, you can cook here as well. It’s less than a 5-minute walk to Matsuyama Airport, so I was able to shop for souvenirs easily. I exchanged emails with the host/staff, and their responses were very polite and pleasant—another big plus. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and there’s a spacious changing area with a large vanity (plus a separate dresser in the room). The bed was roomy and comfortable. Although it’s near the airport, I wasn’t bothered by airplane noise at all. I’d love to stay again.

I originally planned to visit Dogo Onsen Honkan again for my first trip back to Matsuyama in three years, but every Accommodation around Dogo Onsen was fully booked due to Silver Week. Since I was worried about parking my motorcycle somewhere unfamiliar, I decided to give up this time and chose this newer-looking place instead... and it turned out to be a huge win. The bath is spacious, and there’s even a sauna and a cold plunge pool. The last time I went to Dogo Onsen Honkan three years ago, it felt more like a place to enjoy the atmosphere than anything special about the water itself... So this time, “personally,” I’m calling this place my Dogo Onsen Honkan! (Honestly, I’d give it 6 stars if I could.) I’m not particularly interested in the Dogo Onsen area itself, so when I’m not going to Dogo Onsen Honkan, this will probably become my regular go-to Accommodation.

I stayed here for my 77th birthday class reunion in Matsuyama. The room was spacious, clean, and excellent. Next time, I’d like to try the breakfast as well.

During our stay, the bath in the Room was kept hot the whole time—almost too much to waste. The Room and bedding were clean, which was great. We also used the large public bath, and it wasn’t crowded, which was perfect. However, the jacuzzi and jet baths seemed to be out of order, so we could only use one out of three. It was a bit disappointing that there was only rinse-in shampoo and no face wash or cleansing products, but I guess it can’t be helped. We chose the Western-style breakfast; it felt homemade and was delicious, and the orange juice was also very good. I would like to stay again.

Due to the rain, I called as I wanted to arrive early and received a polite response: [You cannot enter the Room until 4 PM, but you can leave your car and luggage with us.] Thank you for accommodating us without any hesitation.
