This time I used the municipal subway, and the Hotel was very convenient as it is located just outside the exit. There are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so I had no trouble finding anything I needed. Considering the price, it was understandable, but I was disappointed that there were no women’s amenities such as makeup remover, and I felt that the bathroom and toilet were small.

The Comfort Twin West Room was spacious, with refined interiors and a great view, making for a very satisfying stay. We booked a breakfast-only Plan, but the buffet was delicious, including their signature freshly grilled patty burgers and French toast. A fond memory is going with my niece again and again to make the monthly-flavor soft-serve ice cream. My mother liked it so much that she said she would like to stay here every month as a way to unwind. We made wonderful family memories. We were extremely satisfied and would love to stay again.

Three of us stayed one night in a triple room to enjoy a live show with friends. In addition to the three beds, there was a sofa where all three of us could sit and relax. The room was very well equipped, with a refrigerator, microwave, cutlery, and other tableware—everything we needed. We also enjoyed watching on the large projector screen and had a great time together. The location was convenient too, so we were able to take a morning walk and comfortably enjoy sightseeing, shopping in town, and lunch in Nankinmachi (Chinatown). Thank you very much.

The website says it is a 5-minute walk from the “West Exit” of JR Sannomiya Station, but Sannomiya has many lines and can be confusing for first-time visitors. I was traveling via JR, and I think it may be easier to exit from the JR Central Exit, go out to Ikuta Shinmichi, and head toward Motomachi (this is the route I used between the station and the Hotel afterward). The JR Sannomiya West Exit is hard to find unless you go down from the platform, and getting to the Hotel through the complex area under the tracks was difficult to follow even with a map app. The Hotel staff were very kind and made my stay comfortable. The coffee service was much appreciated.

In an elegant, tranquil atmosphere, we were able to enjoy a truly refined stay. Famed for having “the best breakfast in the world,” my wife had long said she wanted to visit someday. From the moment we stepped into the Hotel—perfectly suited to Kobe Kitano—she was moved by its distinctly international ambiance. The next morning, we enjoyed breakfast. The colorful vegetable juices lined up before us, seasonal fruit, breads and financiers, handmade butter and confiture—everything felt light and nourishing, and it was clear how carefully each item had been prepared. I’m not someone who can speak in detail about cuisine, but there were moments that made me think, “As expected.” The Hotel staff also treated us with great courtesy throughout our stay. When my wife returned to the Room after finishing her meal and accidentally bumped into a staff member coming out of the staff room through the door, they not only showed thoughtful concern at that moment but also spoke to us again at checkout—and even a manager offered kind words as well. We assumed they wouldn’t know who we were by name, yet they had clearly looked into it and communicated internally; I was genuinely impressed by their coordination. On top of that, we left something behind in the Room and received a call on our mobile phone so we could come back to retrieve it. Thank you very much for taking care of us in every way. Although described as an auberge, I believe this is a wonderful Hotel offering truly first-class hospitality. We hope you will continue providing such refined moments for your guests in the future.

After seeing a YouTuber’s post about the same Accommodation in another prefecture, my spouse and I decided to stay here. After traveling and sightseeing, we were warmly welcomed at check-in. The Room was more spacious than expected, so we could truly relax. From 5:00 PM, we thoroughly enjoyed plenty of alcohol during happy hour along with snacks purchased separately. After having a late-night meal, we unwound in the large public bath. It helped us recover from our everyday fatigue. The only disappointment was that the women’s bath was smaller compared to the men’s, but this is an Accommodation that will be at the top of our list next time we stay in Kobe. We are planning to stay at the Kyoto Kiyomizu location next month.

I stayed here for the first time for my once-a-year baseball game at Hotto Motto Field Kobe. Usually, I check in, head to the stadium, and come back to the Hotel late at night. This time, unfortunately, the game was canceled due to rain and I was very disappointed—but choosing to stay here turned out to be absolutely the right decision. There was so much to enjoy from the 7th to the 18th floors. The staff were also excellent, and I was satisfied with everything.

Every year, I stay near Sannomiya, where the Port Liner station is, for a live show at the Portopia Hotel. The area around Sannomiya Station felt like a maze due to redevelopment, but this Hotel was in an easy-to-find location, which really helped. Since I have the Hotel app, I was able to use the self check-in machine as well, and everything went smoothly. Breakfast had a great reputation and met my expectations—there was a wide variety of dishes and it leaned more toward Japanese-style options. For me, it was perfect because I prefer not to have anything too heavy in the morning. The Akashiyaki was also delicious. There was just one disappointing thing. It wasn’t about the Hotel itself, but after midnight (past 12:00 a.m.), someone was running around in the hallway and repeatedly slamming doors. It was extremely inconsiderate, but there wasn’t much I could do since I couldn’t exactly confront them. Other than that, it was quiet and comfortable. I hope to stay again next time. It’s a very convenient location, close to Kobe Station and within walking distance of Mosaic and other attractions. I have stayed here every year since it was Crown Palace. In the past, the in-room facilities felt a bit outdated, and I was especially concerned about the plumbing. This time, with the change in management, the facilities have been renewed and I was able to stay comfortably. I usually choose a Plan that includes breakfast, but this time I also had dinner once at the on-site restaurant. Since it has only been about six months since the management change, they seemed short-staffed, and the service felt somewhat lacking. We had dinner as a group of 10, but they said they couldn’t prepare course menus for everyone, so we ordered à la carte instead. The food was very delicious. Breakfast on both mornings was a buffet at the same restaurant, but I felt the selection was slightly limited. The omelet made by the chef was excellent. I would like to stay again next time as well, so I hope to see further improvements going forward.

The front desk staff were very courteous, and I had a pleasant stay from start to finish. The amenities selection was extensive, which I appreciated, and the Room was clean and felt fresh—the moment I entered, it smelled wonderful and was very comfortable. At breakfast, the Hotel staff recommended dishes to try, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Also, being able to check out smoothly without stopping by the front desk was convenient and much appreciated.

It was conveniently located near Sannomiya Station, and being on the south side, the area around the Hotel was clean and pleasant. The Room was clean and comfortable. Amenities and service are streamlined—you pick up water yourself after check-in—but I felt that this simplicity helped keep the price reasonable. The bath was a typical in-room bath found in many hotels, but I appreciated receiving a bath additive.

I stayed here on a business trip. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were courteous, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The Room was clean and well maintained, and I had a pleasant stay. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby areas, which was very helpful. The property was quiet, and I was able to rest well. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. We stayed in a Room with a semi-open-air bath. It was very clean and stylish. The bath was incredibly relaxing, and since there was also a sauna in the Room, I got to try a sauna for the first time in my life. The cute little duck we could take home was also adorable. All of the staff were truly polite and kind, which really impressed us. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again when we travel to Kobe!
